My wife and I attended a home show at Westworld in Scottsdale. Kokomo had a large display erected with many of their standard BBQ islands/ bars. We spoke with 3 reps, all who were knowledgeable about the products and answered all our questions. We didnt make a decision then but called our contact, DJ, the following Wednesday to ask a few more questions and to verify if the show price would be honored. Answer was yes and we ordered the Baja outdoor kitchen and bar with fire pit. We even managed a couple of more discounts. Many thanks to DJ and Kokomo for a great experience thus far. Delivery is at least 8 weeks out for all the usual reasons right now, will update then.

My boyfriend and I stopped in to KoKoMo Grills today and had the best customer service and guidance while customizing our bar and grill space for our backyard at our new home. Wish I could retract my 5 star review that was entered PRIOR to installation. Did not receive product as displayed at home show and not getting a response to correct the issues. Do your research before any purchase from this company. Very poor communications.

Just got my new island from Kokomo Grills and I love it! Everyone I worked with was so amazing and helpful. The delivery guys were great too. Super fast delivery and very professional.
