My story is too long to share; however, I will say it started off very displeasing and originally left me saying I would never return to this location. However, with great management skills and great integrity from Mr. Ed, I was very pleased with the outcome. Also, Sonja, Randy, and Terrell are other employees that went beyond their call of duty to ensure I was satisfied. Sonja is the BEST! She provided the best customer service from the time I first call until I left. Also, if it wasnt for her immediately getting management, I would have left and not returned. Thank you all!

Very helpful and pleasant employees. They were very personable and responsive. While the vehicles may be a little pricey for some, the establishment overall seems to be above board. Ms. Phoebe and Mr. Patrick were great to shop around with and puts you at ease.

Never bring your car to service. They will take 5+ hours no matter if its a oil change or brake job. Technician also took a lunch break right before finishing my vehicle after working on it for 5+ hours only to replace 2 front brakes which put me back another 2 hours.

I had an oil change & tire rotation appointment for 10am. My car wasn’t pulled into the bay until 11am. My car was ready and I was checking out at 11:17am.I didn’t get a window sticker. The one that has the date and mileage to return for an oil change.I just don’t understand how an oil change and tire rotation was completed in 17 minutes when the technician said he was the only one doing quick services that day.I’ve been a loyal customer since 2018. The only place I have my car serviced and the quality of work is declining with each visit.

I do have to say if a human is actually reading this is that LaSonja is the one who I’ve had for both appointments and she is the only good thing about my experience- she is a great employee, very patient, calm and considerate. I would not be able to do her job, she has a gift to calm unhappy people. It’s just frustrating that the departments don’t communicate to each other. Why can’t the service garage ask the parts department if they have a part before the customer gets there for their appointment which was made specifically to get a particular part installed.

Fraud, deception, and manipulation describe this company. We bought a vehicle and had it shipped. The picture was a mid roof Ford Transit. When the vehicle arrived, it was a low roof Ford Transit. The company refused to accept the vehicle back, saying they used “stock photos” and if the roof height was important I should have told them. Why in the world should I suspect the vehicle I received would be different than advertised? If AutoNation was selling a low roof van, the pictures should show a low roof van. Period. If a dealership posted a picture of a 4 door car, then shipped a 2 door, that would be unacceptable. In addition to complaints already filed with the Attorney Generals of two states, the BBB, and the FTC, I will be leaving a negative review in as many forums as possible to warn all potential buyers to steer clear of this company.

I purchased a car in November of 2020. I had the car refinanced as a personal loan and have called multiple times and sent multiple emails to the finance manager Joshua regarding needing the protection plans cancelled. For 3+ months I have had no response. I got the other finance manager, DJ(I think) to answer a phone call, but after leaving a voicemail to follow up on why it had not been cancelled, again received no response. This has been such a complicated process for me and I have been down right ignored for months regarding MY MONEY.

When I arrived, my truck was immediately taken back. Before the serviceman got in, he lined my seats with seat covers. My service person, 9998/Harding according to my paperwork, was phenomenal! I believe her name was Sonya. Due to it being my 1st time there; she walked me into the waiting area, showed my how to work the coffee machine and showed me where the vending machine and other things were. She was funny, talkative and overall pleasant. As time neared for my truck to be ready, she came and updated me. When finished, she explained what was done to my truck while going over the paperwork. I couldnt have asked for a more informative and pleasant person. As I walking out, the serviceman pulled right up to the door with my truck, leaving the door opened for me. Overall, great experience!

Don’t get your car service here!!! Everybody is extremely rude in the service department. I made an appointment weeks before dropping the car off. My appointment was at 2 pm and they were just now getting to the car around 5:44 pm and that was only because I came back up there inquiring when the car was going to be done. Keep in mind they fail to call me to give updates on the vehicle. Called several times nobody would answer and when they did they had no updates. All my car needed was a simple diagnostic test and they took forever to do that. I’m very unhappy about this service. I will go to Southaven location next time.

And ended up selling a car we were very clearing wanting to buy but wouldn’t tell us that it had sold. I had to call from a different number just to get communication. The quality of service is low.

I brought our 2016 Nissan Rogue in for a 20,000 mile check as the owners manual states. The car is 5 years old, but only had a little over 23K miles on it. I printed the page from the owners manual that specified the things that was to be checked. When I arrived at the dealership, I gave the paper to the person at the desk, which they promptly dismissed and told me that there were only certain things they did for a 20,000 mile check. They told me they changed the oil, replaced some kind of filter and replaced the wiper blades, which were already working fine.When I purchased the vehicle, I purchased the PMA and the VPP plans, which I hope I have better sense in the future to never do again. It is disappointing when one purchases maintenance plans that are supposed to be designed to keep your ones vehicle well maintained, and Nissans own employees will not adhere to their own maintenance guidlelines. It would have been better to take my car to my regular mechanic whom I trust, but I was gullible enough to fall for the salesmans pitch about how wonderful those plans are. A very costly mistake on my part, but I suppose some lessons have to be learned the hard way. I suppose the work they did was satisfactory. I hope it is; however, they DID NOT do ALL the work the owners manual states needs to be done at 20,000 miles.My wife and I are very pleased with our Nissan Rogue. Sorry we cant say the same for the people in the service department.

I had an appointment at 8:30am and my car wasn’t worked on until 10:00am I sat there waiting until I went to ask how long it would take. The receptionist said just a few more minutes. That turned into an hour. Just for the mechanic to say it wasn’t anything wrong, he can’t figure it out. I went to another shop and the problem was resolved in 30 minutes. It was a simple shortage in my A/C.

Poor customer service. Maybe they should emphasize to their newer sales persons that customer service is what customers value most. From the very day I initiated the purchase of my vehicle I’ve been treated like they were doing me a favor. I wasn’t acknowledged by the sales person when I returned (she did see me- she said she did). They tried to tack on an extraordinary $1000 to my purchase just because it was available. When I finally drove the car off the lot it was on Empty and I mentioned that to another sales person who basically said there was nothing she could do. And now it’s been nearly a month and I still haven’t received my license plate, nor the spare key I was to receive the week I purchased the vehicle and I haven’t been updated. We are all human, things happen but when you’re giving someone thousands of dollars customer service shouldn’t be off.

We had a recall to be performed the letter stated it took an hour to complete understanding the dealer schedule could be busy knew it would take longer. When we made the appointment was told about 3 hours m. Dropped off about 45 minutes early of appointment finally called them 5 hours later to get status was just told not ready yet. Finally got a call hour later it was ready. Manager told me the one mechanic that could do this job had a really big job before ours. I understand they are busy and sometimes jobs take longer than expected but could you at least call your customer and let them know or when dropping off say the mechanic is really busy today and give us the option to reschedule. We only take our car the the dealer for factory recalls and may just try a different local dealer next time. We really like our vehicle but the service department needs some work.

After seeing the reviews From this place, I still decided to give them a try. I spoke with Patrick Henderson one of the car salesman and came to test drive and check out a truck. I became interested and tried to go forth in leasing the vehicle that day. I had well over 10% to put down and my I make very good income! Due to some limited credit history I was having issues getting financed properly and thought the interest rate was extremely high. The finance manager was very rude trying to talk to me as if I was naive.. telling me he could just put me into something else etc. I left and called Patrick the next day to see if they could check into more options for financing since I really liked the vehicle. He communicated he would look into it and give me call back but never heard back from him even after I called again. Seem like he just threw me to the left because of my situation saying that was the best they could do. Well, Im glad I didnt settle because the same day I went to another car lot and was able to purchase the same exact vehicle with fewer miles and the salesman worked with me to get me a fair rate and other benefits after I explained my situation. If you truly want to help someone you will! It was pure coincidence but I am very happy things worked out and someone else saw the worthiness to help me out!! I can understand all of the various negative reviews on this place. I gave one star because the lady at the front desk was nice.

I scheduled this recall service three weeks in advance and I dropped my car off for this service on Thursday expecting the work for my 7:00am appointment to be completed by noon as I was told it was a 3 hour job. I was called at 11:30am and told they did not have the parts and now I have to bring my car back for the service. It is inconvenient and frustrating to have my time squandered like this. It would have been nice to receive a phone call prior to dropping my car off.

Well the staff was very friendly though short handed. I went in for an oil change and received a multi-inspection. After reviewing the multi-inspection I was concerned because I had just purchased this car in March. It noted that the battery needed immediate attention and the filters needed attention. The staff already had a line when checking out so I decided to return the next morning. When I returned, I requested that the battery and filters to be rechecked. Turned out the battery was good and the filters were changed in February 2020. My issue is that these items were not actually checked and the Technician went by the mileage instead. Now, I dont trust bringing my vehicle because I was going to spend money on items that didnt need to be changed. Whats the point of an inspection if nothing is being inspected. I gave 2 stars for courtesy. Im worried Im not the only one this has happened to. This needs IMMEDIATE ATTENTION.

Brought our Pathfinder in for an oil change. Unbeknownst to us, the technician did not tighten the drain plug. Unfortunately my family took the car on a road trip the following day and started smelling burning oil in middle Tennessee. Got it to a dealer across the state who found the drain plug loose as well as a cheap aftermarket Autonation branded oil filter, not OEM as paid for (see pics). When I brought pictures into the dealer, the manager barely could look me in the face and came up with all sorts of excuses and no big deal attitude. He refunded the ~$50 oil change and that was it. I called Nissan corporate to report this dealer and they said I should be hearing back from the local manager. Needless to say, they never reached out to me after multiple calls. Mistakes happen, but its how they are handled that matter. I will never take my car there again, and would advise other people to avoid them as well.

I was looking for a good used vehicle for my daughter whos in college. Id found a Rogue on their website & thats what I wanted to see. However Shannon, the sales associate showed me a newer model with added security features, dealer warranty, manufacturers warranty, and a few extra perks for less than a thousand dollars more. No complaints on the actual service done to my car, but the customer service was the absolute worst. My husband was taking care of dropping my car off and trying to communicate everything for me as I was working, but yet still after him explaining to call him I was called while at work so I answer and it’s Mimi saying they were still waiting to try to duplicate the issue (completely understand that); however, I asked if the battery had been put in my car and she hesitated and said yes he’s already done that. I said great my husband will come pick it up and we’ll take it to another Nissan (corporate told us to take it to 2 different Nissan’s to document the issue). When my husband got there the battery had not been put on and he was told I told her not to put it on. He left and put the battery on himself because after 2 days of not having my car Nissan had done literally nothing. Communication skills were the absolute worst - it shouldn’t take 2 days to know you couldn’t duplicate the problem to get the codes, drive around test it and be done so at max a few hours. But every time we tried to get an update, they couldn’t tell us anything. Oh and don’t try calling - no one answers the phone at all and they never call you back. Trust me I was on hold 20+ minutes at work and left voicemails to both Mimi and the supervisor Dennis and still got no return phone call. My issue has actually nothing to do with them not being about to get the codes to fix my car or even not putting the battery in, the issue is the lack of professionalism and communication that happened. I was straight up lied to about the battery being put on because she was too lazy to even check. Then no updates were ever given and no one would pick up the phone including the supervisor which I heard Mimi tell Dennis she was transferring the call to him and it proceeded to go to voicemail. I was out a car for 2 days because no one could call me or my husband to give an update.

I paid for oils change and tire rotation but my tires wasn’t rotated at all then the person did the service on my car told me he did it after I told him I just bought a tire cause I hit a pot hole so my tires are pro contact but one is same brand but different name so that’s how I know the service wasn’t done! The service clerk ask him why he said he thought he did it then said he didn’t do it cause my tire trend is to low which is a lie. But after I ask fir a refund for service that said it was done but wasn’t.. bad customer service by charging me and not doing the job! Made a complaint nobody call me back like they said. The tech guy jack that work on my car lied about doing then threw it off on the lady that wrote the service up. This is sad during pandemic people are charging you for service they don’t do.

He noticed the air wasn’t blowing as cool as it should and I had damage to brake light lenses. They ordered the part the same day. Topped off my coolant and replaced the part the next day!!! Service is good.Maintenance personel need to be better. My car is a 370z at one they left black grease all in my car steering wheel and white leather seat and both times that i have done tire replacement on wheels the have scratch them real bad even after i tell them to be real carefulwith them(thats using there best tech) 01/02/2017 is when i did my 2nd tire replacement and is gonna be the last time i take my car there for wheel work.

If I could give negative stars, Auto Nation Nissan service department in Memphis would get a -10. Do not waste your time, because they certainly will. They kept my vehicle for two days and did nothing to it. The organization in the office is laughable. One of the receptionists was arguing with a mechanic about where paperwork was. I brought my car in fur oil change and my tire maintenance light was blinking and they didn’t check it out .so I left and a hour later I was on flat and had to get my tire fixed elsewhere.

I didn’t get the gentleman’s name who greeted me at the door but he was very welcoming. I pulled in and was walking towards the door when he asked if I was there for an oil changed and immediately asked me to pull my car in to the service area. He took the key off my key chain for me & the young lady with glasses who took my information was just as nice and professional. It literally probably took me only 7-10 mins to drop off my car, 1hr for service and my car was ready for pick up!

Tech damaged my bumper when he drove car on lift. Was told I would receive a call by 10 AM from Larry Poe who was to talk to service manager. Nothing !!!!!!Edit, to first review: General Manager left a reply to contact him by phone. Happen to have a recall and was there for 3 hours, told the man at arrival about this and that I was eager to talk to Service an Sales Manager. Service Manager came out, never made eye contact nor did he say hello ( there was no one else in service Drive at the time, so obvious that the car was mine, plus I was standing by it) . He told Service specialist that General Manager was looking at their cctv and they were in a meeting. Never came to see me, never called me. Again, I was there for 3 hours. I got an email telling me they didn’t notice anything on tape. Not helping me. The end. No recourse for me, I have the perfect car with a creased bumper.

As far as what they did to the car was fine. However, the customer service is another story. I never saw so many people not wearing masks and caring less to wear masks. When confronted for not having the mask on it was funny until I threaten to report them. We have had too many people die and fighting for their lives as we speak to see people not respect the rules and I shouldnt have to inform you of my family dying to make you show some empathy. I have a low immune system and I shouldnt have to wear a sign saying that for people to put their masks on. My mask is to protect you and yours is to protect me, and if Im trying to love my neighbor enough to wear mine to protect them if you are not a christian at least be respectful enough to wear yours. Although, how can you fault the staff for not wearing theirs when the manager of the servicing department come out with his hanging off his face. I understand people are uncomfortable with wearing masks, but they will be even more uncomfortable being on a ventilator or not having a job due to not complying with state ordinances. I hope and pray you clean it up!
