I went to test drive a BMW 330i and fell in love! The salesperson, Ms. A. White, was very nice, professional, and willing to let me take my time and make my decision! The Finance person, Mr. Burns, was very helpful and made my experience easy and stress free! I appreciate all their help and recommend them to all my friends and family! I love my new car!!

Service was slow at best. 3 weeks to get a text telling me 3500+ to repair my A/C. Misdiagnosed after the extremely long wait. I took the time to troubleshoot myself. I had a bad thermal sensor on the compressor. It cost 65.00 plus my labor. Wont be back needless to say.

I wish I knew what was going on with the service department here, but the quality of the customer service has gone way done in the last 6+ months. I received a recall notice for the radio on my 2019 Honda Pilot. After multiple calls I finally received an appointment for Tuesday November 2 at 8 am. I showed up on time and left my car with no time given when it would be ready. About 2:30 that day I called and finally got ahold of a service advisor who told me that they did not have the recall parts and I would have to come back when they were available. They also did a reset of the radio and hoped that would hold me until the parts arrived. If the parts were not available why wasnt I told that when I called for the appointment? I have another 2019 Honda Pilot that had a fuel pump recall and when I made the appointment they told me that it would be months before the parts would be in and made an appointment for then.Very disappointed.

Excellent service in a timely manner. The staff was all friendly and helpful when assisting me. I went in for a recall, maintenance and a new key fob. I figured they would have my car all day and I left it with them. Just after lunch they were done and ready for me to pick up my car. I will always return there with my vehicles needs.

Steve in sales and Demetrice in financinsg flat foot lied to me and my husband assuring us we only owed 15 thou after putting 9 thou cash down but slick had us sign, E sign tap saying we owe 22 thou and looked us in the face telling us thats how the calculate things that number didnt mean thats what we owed, being 1st time ever buying a vehicle we didnt pay cash for they screwed us good!! they are dirty, r

What a pleasurable experience we had at Honda 385. It wasn’t like your run-of-the-mill dealerships will you sit and wait and wait and wait. Our sales rep TIM was constantly updating us where we were in the process and then the finance manager Stephen was consistently giving us updates and letting us know where we were in the process. Honda 385 made our car buying experience very simple and quick.We will be back

They seem to do good work and the customer service staff is competent and friendly. However, two hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation is crazy. I had an appointment too. I just can’t spend a couple hours in a dealership anymore. I will probably buy more Hondas in the future but I will never add an oil change service plan again.

I really love my Honda Civic! I feel like my sales experience could have been a lot better if I had a better sales person other than Robert. He showed no interest in being a salesman at all and really didnt seem to care about me as a customer. My experience would have been 5 stars if not for the salesman.

I walked in for an oil change, everyone was friendly and it only took an hour or so, which is pretty great for a Saturday with no appointment. Waiting area was large with comfy seating and it cost me 30 bucks less than the other place I was trying to get in at. I was sure it would cost more at the dealership, so that was great! Plus, I like that they do multipoint inspections.

I think what is important to note is that it takes 2 weeks to get a service appointment. However I have been a customer for 10 + years, because their shop is nearest me. As far as customer service I would say they could use some improvement. Service appointments are too far out, Im glad I have a new car and just need maintenance. However, the person who greeted me and checked me in for my prescheduled appointment , needs an attitude adjustment.Ive always had pleasant service prior to my recent visit.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They move quickly, so that you arent waiting forever to be assisted. They do an excellent job accommodating my schedule and handling service, repairs and recall issues. In most cases, they reach out to me with a reminder before I think about it. They always vacuum and sanitize my car before returning.

I am unbelievably disappointed in my experience!I booked my appointment online and from my guess I was automatically assigned to a service representative. I called in and asked if I could change my appointment time the day of due to a work conflict, they said that was fine. I came into the service department and requested the service representative who’s name was assigned to my appointment - one of the representatives told me that she was out today and I’d have to find someone who could fit me in but he was backed up so he couldn’t…. Okay.. fine. I felt that was poor customer service. The proper response would have been, let’s find someone who can assist as the initial rep you had been assigned is out today and unfortunately I can’t fit it in my schedule. Moving on - another representative offered to assist. We got checked in and she told me she’d give me a call. I dropped my car off at 9:30a and it is now 9:36 p and I do not have my car!!! I called the service department the entire day and there was no response. Finally - at 5:30 p after being placed on hold, told they could not find my cars ticket, and hung up on - the representative that serviced me answered (extremely rude by the way) and told me they only performed one of the 2 requested services but she could not locate my ticket and she’d call me back before 7pm. Well - obviously I never received a call. This is unacceptable and I am definitely looking to speak with their service manager to discuss. I believe in patience and grace - I know things may get hectic and/or turnover happens, but I do expect proper communication and respect. All of my other experiences in the past were always great so I do not understand where the ball was dropped today.

It is almost impossible to reach anyone by phone in any department. I have called multiple times over the last few months and usually get stuck in a circle of hell of pressing numbers for the service department that just rings then goes back to the main recording. I have had an issue with one of the sliding doors on my Odyssey for almost 2 years. Every time I brought it in under warranty they said they had no idea what the problem was, but the first time it was at the dealer out of warranty the tech had an idea of what was happening and ordered a part. I waited for them to call to tell me the ordered part was in, but was never contacted. I called after 3 months and they said the part was there. When I went for the appt I told the service advisor I would get a ride home but he said I should just wait and that the manager would come talk to me. He was there but never talked to me. I was there 4 hours(!) and kept being told it was almost done. After 4 hours, I was informed that they had replaced the part on the wrong side of the car and that I just needed to wait for them to take it out and put the original back in and they did not have the part for the correct door.It has now been 2 months and I cannot get a hold of anyone to tell me if the part is there. The service advisor is very nice, but the overall experience is terrible. The manager told him to let me know that the repair would be on the house as a courtesy for the mix-up, but I should never have been expected to pay for an issue that is well documented as not being corrected when brought there under warranty. I will only take my van there for recalls or other maintenance that my neighborhood garage cant do.

I have been a customer at this dealership for years. My experience with them two weeks ago and today have caused me to be done. I needed my oil changed and was told they were booked until the end of the month. While they require an appointment, it is my understanding there is no need for an appointment for oil change. Today my battery was sluggish this morning when I headed out to run errands. After my first stop I had to get my battery boosted. I immediately went to Honda 385, the gentleman Bill tested my battery and said it was good. I did my grocery shopping and had to get boosted again I returned to 385 and the service Rep Josh was very rude and unconcerned, told me he was booked to the end of the month. No concern if I turned my car off it would not restart. There is no need for rude and unconcerned customer service. If we did not buy cars there would be no job for even a rude Rep. Chris Higgins is my regular Rep, I regret he was not available today.

Great experience. Wed been looking at various makes and models from Nissans, Mazdas, Suburus, Hondas, etc. We decided on a 2021 Honda Pilot and Autonation385 were great to deal with. Its not the best time to buy a vehicle. Hard to get those amazing deals of the past but they did their best to make us happy. Wed definitely go back.

I took my car in on yesterday for a tire rotation and and alignment. I dropped it off at 7 am and it took them until 230 to get ready. Mind you I had an appointment. After I picked up car and headed home a light came on. Mind you my car has never had a light to come on in the dash. I called for over an hour and a half to speak with someone and no one never answered. I have never had such poor service.

Ive always had credit problems. Its been too much debt or not enough. This is a big accomplishment for me. The first car Ive ever bought with NO co signer. If you have bad credit/no credit, go see Jody Williams at Auto Nation Honda 385. He didnt have one on his lot, in my price range, so he found me one at another lot. He is awesome!

Maybe the fastest car purchase I have ever made! The whole experience of buying a car can be a intimidating. I knew what type of car I wanted and test drove a few different Honda Accords and within an hour I walked out with the car I wanted and felt like I got a good deal on it as well. I went there twice for my car servicing. First time I was helped by a lady and gentleman who looked very experienced and both were very helpful but my next appointment. I had very bad experience with one of the young advisor who might be in 30s. He was not very helpful and if we ask him to check about status of car, he doesnt like and answers that there are many other cars being serviced, not just yours. I know they are very busy in that case, they should not take any cars for servicing, instead just say that we are full and come later time which is better than not treating well. I am not begging to get my car done just here, if you cannot do just say it and I can manage elsewhere. I was planning to get my brakes and tires done but because of the treatment I got last time, just thought better to get other place where I get some respect for the business.

Once I got to an associate, all went well. However, to get there was confusing. In the past we waited in our car for someone to come out to us. There was no sign indicating that the procedure had changed, and that we should come into the building. This was the first waste of time. The first indication that I should enter the building came when I asked a worker who was passing me. I entered the building, approached a desk but the woman working there could not find me in the computer. I did have an appointment; I showed her the confirmation text which I had received, and she ignored it, simply stating that she couldnt find me. She finally went to another associate who had my paperwork. This was another waste of my time. The service itself went quickly and I was satisfied with it. However, the initial intake procedures need to be either streamlined or, at least, advertised.

I love coming here to this AutoNation Honda 385. I live in Whaven but would drive to this location because of the service, the care of my vehicle & the waiting area. I had so much to do like, registering my children for school online & was able to get it all done, while my van was getting serviced. I felt like I was in the privacy of my own home. I went to the Honda 385 dealership on Tuesday for an oil change and I was greeted by the service advisor Mr. Christopher Higgin. He was so professional and he was so kind. He was so concern about any questions that I asked him and he answered each one of them. I could see how busy they were but I am just grateful that he took time out for me and did not make me think that I was bothering him. I would give him a 10 if I could because he makes you feel like you are that important to him .

Unsatisfied with the way they deal with customers. I’m so disappointed with the people in charge at 385. Don’t go there if you don’t want to lose money.

Would have been helpful to know the car they let me “reserve” online had 2k miles on it, a chip in the windshield, and a chip in the paint. They said they’d make a deal on it, then wouldn’t even match the internet price that their website gave. Salesman was super nice and easy to work with, but management doesn’t seem to be interested in selling cars. Purchased elsewhere with a much better experience.

My new car (bought in June) began to have electrical problems, glitching and giving error messages on the screen and cruise control would not work. I made an appointment for service. I also was scheduled to have a hitch installed at the same time. I had the appointment for several weeks. When I took the vehicle to the dealership for the appointment, which is a 30 minute drive, I was told I did not have an appointment that day but they would try to work me in. I explained that I did have an appintment and had it for weeks. I even gave them the technicians name and date she made the appointment but they continued to tell me I did not have an appointment. In the afternoon, I called to check on my car and was told they did not do the work. If they could not do the work that day, why was I told to leave the car? So a whole day was wasted, I had to drive for another 30 minutes to pick up the car and nothing was fixed. It took me 2 more trips to get the car fixed- trip one to diagnose the problem and trip two to fix it. The final straw was when I went to finally pick my car up after the repairs and my wife cut her hand on glass in my front seat from where the front windshield was replaced. They did not vacuum the area thoroughly after the replacement. Glass was on the front passenger seat and on the floorboard. The only saving grace in all of this was Larry Brewer, our salesman who we bought the car from. He personally took the car back to the service department and vacuumed it thoroughly for us and then got a bandaid for my wife. Your service department is pathetic!

Was satisfied with the actual service work (oil change), but the customer service greeter/attendant who handled my work ticket (unfortunately I cant remember his name; Tory or Tony maybe?) was NOT at-all friendly, nor showed any interest in making me, as a customer, feel welcomed coming into their service shop. I do realize anyone can have a bad day, but does it hurt to talk and communicate?

If I tell you, Im not the person buying, stop asking me the questions and immediately proceed to the one I tell you is buying.. quick disclaimer, I do not like salespeople, And car salespeople are at the top of that list... Any.. I forgive the first question, but the second, third and fourth attempt puts me in a bad mood.. and that how the experience was.. once he got the point...he finally asked the right person and showed us some cars.. I dont know what it is.. if its a game or truly a lack of willingness to do the same research we do online...but salespeople should know the majority of new car options.. and shouldnt talk about features like keyless entry and push button start like they are new ..... These are things I observed while watching and was confirmed during conversation with the potential buyer after the test drive... Overall. Very run of the mill car shopping experience.

Our experience at AutoNation Honda 385 could not have been better. We had stopped in a few days before to actually look at the Honda Pilots and our salesman, Shane Carr, was so friendly and very professional. He talked to us about the different models and we looked at both new and pre-owned cars. We planned to return a few days later after thinking about our decision. . Since beginning of 2021, we have been here twice. Each time the waiting time was much longer than before. This time was even worse. The appointment was 10 am, and we arrived 9:30 am. The advisor attitude was not welcome stating he couldn’t find our appointment even without check. Then he found , and said he would call us when it’s done. We waited in the waiting area until 1:00 pm, then I went to service asking when it would be done. Another guy checked and told me it hasn’t started yet as 9 cars was still before us. My kid was super hungry that time and we could not go. I explained to him we arrived at 9:30am, all others gone already who arrived later than us. Then he let service guy started (1:00 pm) and told us there must miscommunication between the advisor and us. What was the miscommunications? He must on purpose put out car at the last list! When the advisor came( after his lunch)at 1:35 pm, I asked why after 4 hours, it is still not finished. His answer amazed me:” the appointment time is the time you can walk in, not service time”, what the hell? Then what is the meaning for appointment? His attitude was the worst ever! No looking, no apologies, even with discrimination! At 2:40pm, finally done! It means if they started 10:00 am, around 11am, it should be done. Now, it totally took us 5 hours!!! I don’t recommend this place anymore! It totally changed to a different Honda service place!

I have visited AutoNation on 2 occasions,the 1st was to see what it would cost to fix my 1998 Hondas air conditioner.since dealers are known to have higher prices for parts,labor etc.I went to a local shop and they certified the system was sound.I now felt the problem would be solved less expensively.The service writer turned the car ,1998 Honda Accord to the mechanic.After a relatively short inspection,he reported : the climate controll unit was bad ! Part $1700 ,then their would be labor,and tax. In my head Im looking at $2000 plus.I thanked them,Paid my diagnostic charge and drove out.I know its expensive location comes into play.sad thing this would be more than I paid for the car,needless to say rolling down the windows was and still is my relief.I still think Honda is a great automobile.like a fella told me : son dont ever buy an old house or marry a young women ! This comes to mind !

Great customer service. The person at the parts department repaired my key fob for free. I took in my Pilot for an oil change and tire rotation. When they completed the work I noticed that the tires hadnt been rotated. They quickly brought the vehicle.back to the garage and rotated the wheels.

Purchased my new Honda Ridgeline at Honda Wolfchase last year. Was always pleased with their service. Have just moved so took my truck to closer dealership at Automation Honda 385 to get oil change, etc. Was totally ignored for 15 minutes and when I found a representative in the garage, was told to check inside for availability. Inside, once I located a representative some 10 minutes later, was told she was too busy and could not help me. Did not look busy at all to me. I will never be back to Automation Honda 385. Service department is in dire need of new management.

I was not happy with the level of communication for the service center. I dropped my car off on a Monday to have the A/C fixed. I was not given any estimate on when it would be ready, but I was off work so I wasnt in a big rush. When I still hadnt heard anything by Wednesday, I finally called up to check on the status. I couldnt get my service rep, Doug, but another one assisted me and told me what was wrong and how much it would cost. She also told me she would have my rep call me when he was available. He did call me back that day to confirm the price and he told me it should be done Friday. Friday I waited and waited for a call that the car was ready, but never heard anything. I called up my rep and got voice mail. Hours later he finally called to tell me he wasnt sure of the status and he would call me back after checking with the tech....He never called me back. The next day I call again to check on the status and again was told he needed to check with the tech. Hours later with no updated. I called yet again only to be told the tech wasnt working that day and so my car wouldnt be ready until Monday and no they couldnt give me a loaner car because it was too late in the day. Monday comes and goes with me getting no response from Doug when I called. Tuesday comes and goes with no response from Doug even though I talked to another rep that said they would have Doug call me back. Wednesday finally comes and I get confirmation the car is ready for me to pick up finally (not from Doug but from another rep because I still cant reach Doug). And to top my experience off, the price for repairs was $200 over what I was quoted. Thoroughly unhappy with the service. The only reason Im not giving it a 1 star is that the repairs at least were successful. Its just that poor communication that guarantees Ill never be using this service center again.

Horrible service. Never get the tech I make An appointment with. Wait time over 5 hours only to find out the agent, Kacey, left while I’m waiting. She did not explain what was wrong so someone could fill in. And she was nowhere to be found for over an hour. When I spoke to manager, Jay, he acted sympathetic but would not offer anything for the inconvenience. He said I received a discount which wasn’t true. I received a few dollars off my air conditioner charge because the system cost was less than I was quoted. That has nothing to do when discounting me for the inconvenience and time and income I lost from work. Absolutely unacceptable! Unfortunately they are the only Honda dealer nearby but at this rate it might be better to go farther out to another location for better service. DO NOT GO HERE!

Service was quick and fast. The service advisor was friendly but was not very knowledgeable about ways to pay for service. When I asked him could I pay with a certain credit card he told me that they could never get this type of card to process. I dropped my car off and decided to call the credit card company. They informed me that Honda should be accepting my card as a form of payment. When I arrived I decided to swipe that credit card anyway. It declined and I used another form of payment. The service advisor sitting next to him told him how he had to process this credit card transaction a certain way. I don’t know if other things were checked on the car to make sure it was running properly. I didn’t get a check list or told what’s looking good and what’s not. I did have to call back to ask when was my car due back in for service because I didn’t have a sticker on the windshield to indicate that. So, overall my experience was just ok. There is room for improvement on some things.

The service department gave me different quotes for the same service. They took seven hours to install roof rails and crossbars for a brand new vehicle purchased at their property, with parts purchased from their parts department. The service rep was rude. They brought back the car after six hours with installation tools still on the roof of the vehicle. There were missing parts that they were not aware of until I pointed it out. There were visible oil stains on the chairs of the new vehicle after they installed the crossbars and roof rails. I thought that was not acceptable and I went to talk to the gentleman who was in the office that had Service Director on the door. The gentleman In the office did not seem bothered about that level of service. I bought the brand new car from AutoNation for my first time, and It’s gonna be my last time. As a person who has owned 5 Hondas over 20 years, with experience at dealerships all over the country, I am especially disappointed with the service at Autonation Honda 385. On my last visit I was charged for extra additives that were not requested or required for a basic oil change. The service manager was not concerned about my dissatisfaction.This time I waited 2 weeks for an appointment for another basic oil/filter change. Arriving 10 minutes early, nobody met me upon parking at the service entrance. Once at the service desk I had another wait until I was advised that it would take about an hour, so I sat down with my book and waited. When my car returned 90 minutes later, the maintenance advisor was gone to lunch. I waited behind other complaining customers to complete indifference and no help from the remaining advisors. My car was ready but nobody could release my car. Eventually, my name was called (over 2 hours later) and I was directed to the payment desk where the bill was incorrect. Nobody cared. Nobody tried to apologize. Complete indifference. Unsatisfactory customer service. This is a complete management failure.

I had a very good experience with the service. Service Advisor Doug was very helpful and communicated with me in every step giving all the details and was very thorough. He helped to arrange a rental car also when he felt that my car could not be returned by the end of the day. Over all very good experience and I am happy with the service.

It took a month of trying constantly before I could even get an appointment to bring my car in. After 3 days of no car, no phone calls, and no response to my attempts to talk to anyone at AutoNation, I finally had to drive in to the dealership to see what was going on with my car. Seems as though the mechanic that was assigned to my car had some time off so my car was just sitting there. When I finally got my car back the 2 issues I took it in for were not resolved and now my cruise control isn’t working. It was working when I took the car in. Now to take the car back in will take another month for an appointment. The service department blamed everything on a new phone system . I have nothing positive to say about my experience.

Terrible experienceOne of the finance persons did not conduct his business honestly.His first trick: He tried to give me more than 5% APR on my loan even though their website said 1.9% APR (not to mention I have an excellent credit score). I told him their website showed 1.9 APR and he said that it was only for the vehicles for the current year (not for next year models). When I pulled out my phone and showed him that he was not telling the truth, the 5.3% APR suddenly went down to 1.9% APR.The second trick: Once you agree on a price and the APR, he will try to sell you some packet (free oil change and some other insignificant stuff for a year or two). When you say no, he will say: “How about if I cut you a deal and give you this packet without increasing your monthly payment?” You will think that finally he is giving you a deal but he is not. What he is not telling you is that once you sign the “deal” you just extended your payment for another year. He won’t tell you that by agreeing to his deal you are paying for another year. When I realized I was about to sign to pay for another year, I asked him why he didn’t mention that I’d be paying for another year (why he tried to trick me) and he replied that it “isn’t his job to inform the buyer.” He said, “Isnt your job to read what you are signing?” He will talk super fast to confuse you, so you will mindlessly sign whatever he presents. Had a terrible customer service experience the last time I visited where for no reason the staff accused me of fighting when I was just clarifying the service fee split up. Very rude!This was my first kind of experience as earlier I might have serviced 5 - 6 times and had no such experience. I liked the old staff and experience. I wish AutoNation addresses and care for better customer service. Having said, I had no issue with the technical staff or the car service.

I have been trying to get in contact with the auto finance for a week. Every time I call they are saying they are busy. This week I’ve called 3 days in a row and no one has called me back. I get you have other customers, but the operator was rude and never expressed any concern for my matter. I’ve simply been trying to get information on my gap insurance for a vehicle previously purchased. Being short staff has nothing to do with making sure ALL customers are serviced in a timely matter.

Horrible experience from day 1. When we went to purchase our vehicle we decided what we wanted in the first hour there...took about 8 hours to actually purchase said vehicle and we didnt even get to go home with it that night. Six months later there was a recall on the MOST net system (something to do with the screen in the car and the sound etc) which isnt their fault. My husband and I only have one vehicle and two small kids so we need our van with the car seats. They wouldnt give us a loaner so that was tough and had to borrow a car from my mom for two days. Fine it is what it is. We got our car back and later realized they must not have connected the wires in the console back correctly so none of the USBs or phone charging pad worked and the drawer under the console wont come out properly and the whole center dash isnt attached properly either. We called to tell them and they said we had to bring it back...again no loaner which is so difficult to do. This time it was their fault and yet we have to figure out how to get around with work and kids and no car again because I dont have a car to borrow from someone else this time. Literally no help whatsoever for something that is completely in their hands. Ridiculous.

Sadly the service tech cracked the head in my Pilot - while replacing gaskets. Had to rent a car as we were heading out of town. The service adviser told us to bring the receipt and they would reimburse us. After all, it was the technician’s error! This location chose to reimburse us $40 per day. We rented a 3 row SUV - same as our Pilot. Not $40 per day rental!! Shocked that Honda didn’t make things right. If your Honda needs repairs, do NOT bother with the 385 location! We’ve had to take the car back too many times after repairs. Not to mention they didn’t keep their word and reimburse us in full. Incredibly poor customer service.

Great experience overall. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because the detail team was slower than expected in getting the car ready for me ( had to wait 2 days) and they didnt do a very good job on the inside of the car prior to driving it off the lot. Other than that I loved the sales experience and they made it super easy and fairly fast (for buying a car) process. The car I bought was a 2016 Kia Sedona SX minivan and it was priced extremely competitively and they even put on new brakes. Highly recommend!

I like to do business with one service advisor—they get to know the nuances of me, my family, and my cars. I had worked with Adam Keller for a few years and was very happy with him. But he left. I tried Kayce Glover on a recommendation from a service manager. My first encounter with her was good. But a week ago, I tried calling her to find a good time to bring a Pilot in for routine maintenance, but she never answered or returned my calls. I ended up going in and working with Doug. He was fine even though he did not know either me or my vehicle. I want to work with a single service advisor and will continue to work with him until I find a need to change. Adam did give me the names of a couple of others I might try out.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT: I called to make an appointment for a recall notification service and was passed around through all of the automatic menus for 10 minutes without any success and without speaking to a single human being in service, sales, the operator, etc. This was after 8:00 am on a weekday (not a holiday). The ironic thing is that there is a recorded greeting on the menu which says, your call is very important to us over and over again as you start new menus. TERRIBLE!!!

We received a recall notice thus took our 2019 Pilot in for service. We had already taken the Pilot in months ago for the same repair. We asked for an oil change at the same time and regular routine service and were charged accordingly. The cost of the dealership routine maintenance is so much more than our neighborhood car repair shop. We would not have taken it had we not received another notice of recall. The dealership is not in a convenient location and costs more so we wish the records of recall had been reported properly so we would have avoided the trip. Also, our other cars’ service is covered while the car is under warranty. The Pilot is not.

I came in for a scheduled airbag recall for my 2004 CRV .Upon arrival they were unable to find my info. Almost immediately my info was taken and my car was taken back for inspection . They went above and beyond the recall inspection as well. Identifying other soon to be needed service events. The waiting room was quiet ,clean and spacious. I expected to be there for a while , but was pleasantly surprised to be out in less than 2 hours. This is my first ever Honda that I have owned . I bought it used and couldn’t be more pleased , I regret not purchasing one sooner.
