I showed up for my appointment and waited almost an hour and then was told that the guy that could work on my car didn’t come in until 9. So unfortunately, I still haven’t gotten the service I wanted a month or so ago. The employees were all great and friendly. I appreciate having the right guy work on the car but was bummed that I waited and waited and had to exit without resolution. It just didn’t seem the schedule was reviewed and planned well for the day. I’m also waiting on a recall part but that may be supply chain related and not service dept related. I would definitely go back if everything was in order to get the service done efficiently.

Oil change was fine but they would not look at any warranty issues with a mechanic, would not set an appointment for me to come back to have issues looked at. Just told me I would need to leave it and it would take a couple weeks to look at issues and do not offer loaner. Unacceptable. Said to come back Monday and talk to some other service advisor(maybe manager) and maybe they could help me better then?

I was a Ford man 110% until 10/2/21. I took my 2015 Ford Mustang to AutoNation Ford for the repair of a factory recall on the door latches. I scheduled to appointment a month in advance. I dropped my car off that Saturday morning @7am with only 39,036 miles. This was my pride possession. Almost 6 years old and not even 40k miles yet. Still under dealer warranty on a few things. They had the whole day and didn’t complete the work. No one called me to inform me it would be held until Monday due to the shop being closed on Sunday. I called to get that information about 5pm that day. I get a call Monday morning from the service manager that my car had been stolen. I asked how? They informed me that the technician left my keys in the car and it was the only vehicle inside the garage with fourteen other vehicles at the time it was stolen. The only car taken. The only car they left the keys in. Ford didn’t fire the tech. My car was found three days later with damage and over 200 miles added to my car. They didn’t offer me a rental. They showed no real concern or apology for my prized possession I left in their care. I am disappointed and destroyed about my mustang. Convertible GT 5.0, my dream car was violated and they don’t care. They have done nothing to make this right. Even tried to get me to pick up my stolen car without fixing the initial issue. This place has fell all the way off with customer service and should shut down if this is the level of service and protection they will give loyal customers. I bought four cars from this dealership. My kids will ride Chevy from now on. I will never spend another dime here and suggest you don’t either.

60,000 mile scheduled maintenance, Tune up recommended. Nice people but here is why I will not return:1. Transmission inspection pan fell partly off as I drove away, held on by two screws. It was dragging. I had to crawl under truck (hard to do as I had back surgery recently) and remove the pan so it would not become a hazard while driving. I brought it back the next day and they re-attached it, no complaints about that except it required time I didnt have.2. My radiator overflow tank was empty.3. My truck hesitates now when I accelerate. I believe the transmission fluid is low, will check that on my own.4. My battery terminals were not looked at. The positive terminal had a bunch of corrosion on it. I will clean that. Maybe its not included in servicing but having paid 1800.00 I would expect to have the battery inspected and cleaned as well.5. Brought it back to address the issues and they were extremely busy, I was unacknowledged, though I called ahead. I waited five minutes and drove away.Nice people, no complaints about that, its the small details that count. Maybe my expectations are too high? Though I was not going to leave a review because I didnt want to leave any negative comments, I got two emails asking for it.

I had a wonderful experience here trading in my Honda and purchasing my first Ford SUV! The staff here was great! They didn’t just try to make a sale, they genuinely showed me all the features in the vehicle I was looking at and let me decide. I liked that technique. Matt in finance was really a pleasure to work with and has a great sense of humor! Isaac and Brad were great to work with on the sales end. I went back for my tags a month later and Isaac put them on for me as well. I liked my experience with this location and my purchase the most because I felt listened to and valued. I also didn’t feel like I was just a sale. That was the issue with the other dealership I had purchased my past three cars with. Jacob Humphrey did an awesome job helping me with a tire recall on my 2020 F-250. I dropped by the dealership once I got my recall notice in the mail. I was scheduled to head out to Louisiana in the coming days and wanted to get the issue resolved. He wasn’t familiar with the recall so he performed some quick research on it and determined exactly what needed to be reviewed to determine if my truck was at risk. He quickly assessed my tires and determined my truck wasn’t effected by the recall and got me on my way! He went above and beyond to provide me with an outstanding service experience! That’s what I call 5 star customer service. He’s my go to guy from this point forward. Thank YOU Jacob, well done!!

The service department is the worst Ive ever dealt with my entire life. I have an $80k Diesel truck that I called to make an appointment for service on. She asks whats wrong and when do I want to bring in. Once I mention its warranty and recall issues she tells me they are 4-6 weeks out for those services. I say no problem. She says they will not take appointments. I ask what Im supposed to do and she says to drop vehicle off. I ask her to clarify that she wants me to drop my vehicle off for 4-6 weeks and leave it there and she says yes with quite the attitude. I called another Ford dealer down the road and they advise theyre about 3 weeks out. She gladly makes an appointment for me. Call Homer Skelton Ford in Millington, do not use these guys!!

I hope I never have to go back. Both times I have went, its been the same story, so its not a one off. Wait, over pay, and be disappointed. Three week wait times, just so that when you get there for your appointment they can tell you that they are currently 2-3 days behind. Then why not call me ahead of time and reschedule? Why do I need to go extra time without transportation? They would set deadlines and then I wouldnt hear anything so I would have to follow-up. The final straw was after they had taken my car apart, and found the issue to be a $30 part. They wanted $550 to plug the part in and program it. I installed the part myself and took it elsewhere to be programmed for 1/5 that. Putting my car back together they left the headliner dirty and left what was in my center console on the passenger floor. And be prepared for the endless spam mail/email/texts that you will start receiving. Memphis has better service centers than this place. Avoid.

I worked with H.Q. Rodgers. I drove from Texas to purchase a 2020 Escape an trade in my 2018 Mustang GT. The process was made simple. I was fully expecting them to haggle me on my trade in, but they didn’t an all I needed to do was sign paperwork when I got there. I also got there 20 minutes till closing, but they dealt with me like I was the 1st customer of the day. Top notch dealership and sales team. I’ll drive from Texas to purchase another car from them!

Dont book service on their website! I have a potential safety issue with my truck so, I booked an appointment a week ahead of time and avoid driving in the meantime. On the day of the appointment I arrive, only to be told that they would not honor my appointment. Further, they were rude and dismissive. I was told that they were 3.5 weeks out on diagnosing problems and had hundreds of cars waiting. That their website had them double and triple booked. I was made to feel that I was a dummy for expecting that the appointment I booked through their website, was in fact valid. After arranging my day around this service and being unapologetically told to go spin in the wind. I will not be back to Wolfchase Ford for sales or service.

I scheduled an appointment at the Ford dealership to have the Active noise cancellation turned off because I could hear the fake engine noise coming from the rear of my 2020 ford ranger . The dealership had no knowledge of the Active noise cancellation thats on my vehicle. After 2.5 hours of waiting I was told that my vehicle doesnt have that feature. I paid for the oil change and left. I called a local stereo shop and asked if they could turn off the Active noise cancellation on my vehicle they said no problem. I scheduled an appointment and the Active noise cancellation is disabled. The dealership was not able to assist me with my issue. Before scheduling my appointment with the dealership I spoke with a Ford corporation representative who advised that the Active noise cancellation could be turned off. The dealership employees were very friendly but need to be knowledgeable of product that they are servicing.

I went in with high hopes of this being a good experience. I obtained financing prior to heading to the dealership. I was approved for well over the cost of the vehicle I wanted with a good interest rate. Id already found the one I wanted online, so all I needed to do was go in and do a test drive and paperwork. First mistake was after I expressed I did not need financing, my credit report was still ran to see if I could be financed through them causing my credit to take a hard hit it didnt have to. Secondly, after doing so and seeing the financing wasnt even as good as I came in with, it was still added to my paperwork without my approval or knowledge. I only learned about it after calling my insurance and telling them the company I came in with, that I was corrected and shown on the already printed paperwork. Then I was asked about extra products for maintenance that would be, according to Curtis, $40 extra dollars a month. They were actually $56 more per month. Never explained individually about the products or the different levels the product offer. Afterwards, I read on my paperwork that these products were around 5,000 additional dollars. Never told that. In fact after doing paperwork, I was asked to sign electronic paperwork, that I later learned was supposed to be emailed to me. Yet I was given in Curtis office and wasnt shown any of them only told it was exactly what I just signed. Only shown the signature page. After leaving dealership, and getting home to read them, is when I saw all of the fees for the products and hundreds in taxes for them that wasnt told to me. I was told I had 3 days to change my mind. I called and explained I was misled and that I did not want the features, yet I was denied the removal of them. Even though they were offered under false pretenses. My advice is if you go there, make Curtis let you read every thing before signing because he will pull a fast one. He didnt even give me time to read had the extra page holding it on top of the on I was signing as if he was in a hurry. Go with your own financing and dont accept theirs. I wouldnt refer any of my friends to them. Because Im a business woman and thats not how I operate. Im honest.

Gary was fantastic- a great service manager, he stayed in touch with me throughout, was always kind and respectful, and timely in his responses to me and providing information to me. I will never understand the practice, however, of scheduling a service appointment, only to have my car wait in line for several days before servicing. We all depend upon our vehicles, so this is a major inconvenience, and seems unnecessary. Gary handled it beautifully, and the work that was done seems to be perfect. I urge you to fix the waiting in line practice and policy.

Personally I have purchased approx 50 vehicles over my life time and some dealer experiences were not very favorable. This purchase experience was NOT that way, this one was exceptional thanks in part to Isaacs expertise and genuine empathy for the purchaser. Overall between Isaac and Marcus I believe my deal was fair and most importantly the negotiations were short and the time spent in the dealership was in my mind about minimal as it could be. I had in earlier that week to get a estimate as to what my car payment might be, but they didn’t even try to work with me. Josh called a couple days later and he tried very hard to get me the payment I needed, which he eventually did. I reached out to them with getting the recall door latch replaced with also the tire sensor. I also asked in that email about who to get in contact with for setting up an appointment for changing my break fluid and engine coolant, but I havent heard anything back.

The alternator that I had put on my 2007 Ford Freestyle several months ago went out again, so I took it back to AutoNation Ford at Wolfchase. They replaced the bad alternator and also cleared out some other bad codes from my onboard computer. Gary, at AutoNation, was extremely caring about my issue and very professional in being determined to get the problem fixed. The first alternator they put on was still under warranty so AutoNation replaced it at no charge. Great friendly service and well done work. My car is running great thanks to them!

Ive never had any problems at this service center when I was getting something simple done like an oil change. But when I took my car there to be serviced through my warranty, my car was kept a whole week and when I was told to come and get it, they hadnt fixed any of the problems I was complaining about. My service advisor was not friendly at all and didnt seem like she really wanted to be bothered with my issues.

It’s the broken promises and misdirection for me ….After 2 vehicles purchased – the broken promises and excuses have become over whelming. The Service department has passed us around – not followed through – and broken “their word” and of course it is always “Fords Fault”. Then the guild trip when you are not satisfied is “please don’t rate us low on the survey – it will cost me money from my check”. Well if I paid 35K+ for a vehicle and need a $400 repair that is an admitted factory defect repaired – that You promised to fix. Fix It! Offer to come ½ way – but don’t talk to me about your bonus!Of course, nobody wants to talk about it – so the endless chain of transfers ETC –Disappointed & Frustrated 😖😖😖

Recently purchased our third vehicle (two F-350s and now an Explorer) from this dealership over the last 5 years and we received the same good service, fair price, and good trade-in value as before. They offer fair deals without undo pressure and were accommodating of my work schedule. We were able to work out most of the details through email and then they had the vehicle ready and waiting for me after work. They stayed late to finish up the paperwork with us. I was very disappointed when a few days after we closed the deal I received a Letter to buy my trade-in vehicle for $2700 more than they allowed on the trade in. The 2017 Ford explore we trade it was in excellent condition. I was given an explanation about things they had to do to sell the car, and to this moment I’m still not happy about it. We did received several rebates that helped make up for my dissatisfaction with the trade.

Sales person was great. No problems. proceeded with the purchase, they got a copy of my DL, truck registration, insurance, signed all the documents, they did a credit check, got a copy of a letter from my bank stating I was qualified for twice the amount of the vehicle I purchased, got confirmation of the check being over nighted to them not to mention I am a repeat customer and after all that, when I was getting ready to leave, the sales manager informed me I couldt leave with the vehicle until they received the check. Not cool! The next day, I called my bank at 11:30 to verify they had sent out the check. The bank said they did and tracked it and said it arrived at the dealership at 7:16. When I called to verify the dealership had the check they said they did and I told the associate thanks for letting me know! One would think receiving a check that large they would notify the person especially after I wasnt allowed to leave with the vehicle the day before. Not pleased with management service and will not return again for any further business.

I scheduled a appointment for my car here and the day of my appointment they sent me home with another appointment then I get my car fixed and the main thing I need didn’t get fixed ! So I was told to drop it back off again I was told to bring I to back but they had my car for two days now they saying bring it back Monday .. so y say. Bring it n if your not going to see what was not fixed and I payed a lot of money so disappointed..

I was a first time buyer and I have to say my experience here was truly phenomenal. Joshua Dorsey was the best salesman I met in the few days I was searching for a new car. I wasnt expecting to buy a car this year, but life happens. Joshua was extremely patient and understanding of my financial situation and all of my questions. I had a pretty strict budget so I had a lot of questions trying to weigh my options. Not once did he try to pass me off when I didnt want to drop big money or did he seem to be annoyed at my seemingly endless stream of questions. Hes the biggest reason I came back to buy my 2020 Ford EcoSport SE. Also the manager Les and the financing manager Marcus, thank you both for giving me an unbeatable deal. Noticed on my 2018 F-150 that when I would take off in the mornings that it seemed to slip a little. Called the dealer and made an appointment to get in. The service advisor Gary said he would put me on the list and call when it’s my turn. Well, after about a month I called back, I’m still on the list, waited another 2 weeks, called back, still on the list. The next call he said to bring it in and they would run a quick update on it, would take about 30 minutes. Took it in and the trans tech hooked his computer on it and did an update. That cured the problem, no more hesitation or slip when accelerating in the mornings.Thank you!
