I am sure the work here is done correctly by trained and certified technicians, however it took a really long time. Service advisor estimated for an oil change, rotation, balancing and alignment it would take two hours. Not an express service, but OK. After two hours went by without updates, I asked for an update. Every 10 minutes I was getting the same update - 10 more minutes. After three hours the car was finally ready. They forgot to put back my wheel lock and drivers door was covered in grease. I expected better and faster service from Acura. Will go to a different place next time.

I bought a 2017 MDX from Acura of Memphis and had a wonderful experience. Chuck Ritchie was my sales consultant and the customer service was top notch. Chuck and the rest of the team were attentive, not pushy, and made the car buying process a pleasure. The absolute worst! When it comes to the technicians…you’d better off letting a shade tree mechanic fix your Acura because the Acura of Memphis doesn’t have a clue to what their doing. They don’t run test they just try stuff on your vehicle! And hope it works.

On August 17,2021 I took my 2021 Acura TLX to Acura of Memphis on Ridgeway to have it serviced (oil change, tire rotation, and anything else they recommend). Later that same day I returned to pick up my car and I paid the bill and took it home and parked it in my garage because It is not my everyday vehicle.The following Saturday I decided to hand wash my car and noticed that my rear driver rim and from driver rim had the two exact same scratches in the same spot as before I took the vehicle in for tire rotation. Upon further inspection I noticed that none of my tires had been rotated or even touched for that matter. I called Acura and was told the service manager was out and wouldn’t be back until Monday and that she would give me a call. So Monday came and my service advisor called me to inquire about the situation and I told him exactly what the situation was and that I had proof. (Pictures time stamped of my rims before this service) I was told to bring the car back that Wednesday. Only after giving a bad review did the service manager call me . That Wednesday I took the car back for the service that I had paid for and that was supposed to had been completed the week before. I have a couple of issues one being that if this was done or should I say not done I should have been refunded my money because I paid for a service that was not performed like I was lead to believe and secondly whomever signed off saying that it was done should be reprimanded. Third there is no telling how many other service’s I or YOU for that matter have paid for and has not been completed more important service i.e oil changes etc. I will NOT be purchasing another Acura once I get rid of this one. BUYER/OWNER BE AWARE!!!

Loving the style, the handling, and most of the features of my Acura. No other brand compares to it tbh. Cooper, the GM, is a problem resolver and makes some shi* happen, I gotta hand it to him .....some of the others I have encountered there......not so much. Hoping my interactions going forward stay positive and that any transactions/dealings are smooth.

I bought a used 2014 MDX in July, I was not pleased with the service. I asked the salesman about the vehicle and he said they add a $1500 fee to make sure is up to par. I also asked if there was any rust damage to the underside since it was from Wisconsin. The manager assured us that everything was ok. I left the car at the dealership one week. I picked it up, there was very little gas in it. Within a week I had to change a windshield washer blade, within three months we had to have a ball bearing replaced and the mechanic said there was some rust underneath. Last week we had to have transmission service. I’m thinking about getting rid of it. By the way, I had it serviced at a different location.

Service Manager Doris took care of my car paint work which was covered by Acura paint warranty. I am about to move out of the town soon and when I mentioned this to Doris, she was kind enough to expedite the paint work job and return the car to me on time.Five stars to Doris, thank you very much!Doris rocks!! :-)

I love the used MDX that i purchased but the experience was awful. The salesman showed me and my daughter a car we saw on line that was in terrible condition and when we said no to that car he showed us a very nice one after driving it and talking for a while he gave me a price i made a counter offer and they accepted it. After a long wait he, Michael, came back and said they had done all the paperwork on wrong car and the car i wanted was a lot more. My daughter really wanted the car so we negotiated and i paid $ 1,000.00 more than i originally offered. we where there all day. The salesman had said the car had additional warranty on it it did not. Then we made a list of things they would fix at no cost to us. I made an appointment to return the car because we live in Arkansas. The first time i brought it back the interior repair man never showed up. The outside was fixed. The second time i tried to bring the car he had quit and they had new man coming. The third time my daughter took the car and one of the managers talk terrible to her said when you buy a used car that is what you get. She ask him to look at our paperwork which said they would fit the console because it would not open, the windshield wipers where hitting each other and there was a really bad scratch on the glove box. Had they not made the list and agreed to do these things i would not have expected it. When we finally got the car back the glove box scratch was gone looks really good but console still doesnt open and windshield wipers are still broken hope it doesnt rain. My daughter says she will never go back there, so i am not sure what we are going to do about the console and wipers. They told me that they have a high turn over of salesmen i can see why.

This dealership has changed since the last time I bought a vehicle there. Do not venture here unless you want to pay the many hidden costs. The internet price is false across the board. They price their used vehicles to make them appear competitive, then tell you that there is a 1750 “refurnish” fee. Will not be back, do not like the disingenuous nature.

Bought a car from there and two months later I had a $4000 rear wheel actuator job to be done. Each part was $1800 x 2 I need it two of them. I called the Acura dealership in Jackson Mississippi and the same part was $1300 x 2 Please don’t get robbed by them they are way overpriced😩 driving to Jackson Mississippi saved $1000 for the same exact work completed in the same day, 2 hour job. Absolutely the worst service department I have ever experience in my 30 years. Do your homework!!!

Paid $1,000 for tune-up adjustment service for 2009 Acura TL. I pointed out before the job was done that there is oil in the 5th chamber. Car still not running like it’s supposed to after work was done. 2 weeks after the work, I pulled out that same plug and oil is still in the chamber. 2 days from that, the car was taken back to Acura and Doris says that there is no oil on the plug but couldn’t explain how I saw oil 2 days ago and now the oil disappeared. She ran a diagnostic on the car but refused to give me a copy of it. What are y’all hiding? I’ve never not received a copy of work performance of any kind out of the 11 yrs I’ve been coming here until now. I know that my little business don’t mean anything, but I’ll take it somewhere else.

I gave y’all 5 stars because I did not want to give y’all any less over one person in the service department- and that’s Deloris. (I think that’s her name). Every single person there went above and beyond and were super amazing, including Tiffany. She’s AWESOME. But anytime I had to deal with deloris it was a different story. Rude. Unprofessional. I was getting my TRANS replaced and Tiffany did a great job and was very good about keeping me up to date. When it was done deloris was working and called me saying it was done at noon on Friday and that I had to bring the loaner car back. I said ok I had work all afternoon. This was unexpected bc they didn’t know when my transmission would come in. She said I basically had no choice that I had to bring back the loaner in the next 6 hours bc, coincidentally, it sold too at the same time my transmission unexpectedly came in..? I pleaded to bring it first thing Saturday morning (this was Friday at noon) and she are up said no. I’ve had this loaner nearly two weeks. If it sold I could of come and got another one (all of my service work was under warranty). So basically I had no choice but to come pick up my car that same day which I did loose money on bc I had to cancel appointments and leave work early all bc this car was mysteriously sold at the same time my part came in. It was super shady. And I could of been there first thing Saturday but she would not take that as an option. But everyone else was fantastic.

Stay away. I saw a nice car online that I was very interested in. I got there and was greeted by this salesman named Steve. Steve was ok but the finance manager/manager was very unprofessional. I sat down with Steve and advised the car that I was interested in. He brought it up front and my gosh it was a mess. The rims were scuffed, inside tore up, and stains everywhere. He told me they were in the process of inspection and fixing everything but my question is why was it on cargurus and not in selling condition??? I saw a sticker on it that said this car is not ready to sale so I guess it needed to go through inspection. Steve also told me that anything over 500 they would not fix lol. So, I sit down and told Steve to get me some numbers. Steve contacted the manager and he wrote me a quote and it was awful. He added 1500 that I would have to pay to get damages on the car fixed - this is crazy. The quote had the original price listed on it and I asked the manager could he go down and he said no. I advised this car is not worth what you want for it and he acted like he did not care. This place is more concerned about ripping you off then making you happy. I will take my business elsewere! To make things worse the manager was not wearing a mask and talking to me. I told him i would be paying cash if i decided to purchase and the manager did not like that and advised I would be paying 750 dollars more for cash which is crazy. Not everybody is broke my friend! stay away!

If I could give a 0 or less stars, I definitely would. I had bought a brand new 2015 Acura TLX, in 2014. Of course after receiving wonderful service, I decided to come back and purchase my MDX. The service was so amazing, I know that I referred over 30-40 people, to this dealership, in the last 5 years. I came with a friend and let me just say, from the time that we entered the door the service was terrible. I almost had to pinch myself, to double-check that I was at the right dealership. We waited 20 minutes for someone to wait on us. There was only 2 other customers, in the building. I had to ask someone for help. Then one guy came and assisted us, then came back and told me that his customer just arrived, so he could not assist us. We had to wait again, for someone else to wait on us and finally another man came. He then walked off and did not say anything, so my friend and I left. I doubt very seriously that I will be coming back to Acura of Memphis, to do business. Long story short, I ended up buying my MDX and I flew to Dallas to get it. I love my new vehicle!!! Definitely will be telling people about the poor service that I received, from Acura of Memphis. You have lost a valuable customer and I will be telling everyone that I referred about the poor service, as well.

I dropped of my Acura on 08-07-20 MDX to have a diagnostic done on the air conditioner & my dash lights where all on I spoke to Sean I told him I will need an oil change and tire rotation, he said I will not do anything to it I will call you first, great I called latter that day and he said it was going to be 1,200+ for that air and over 4k for some other stuff, I said do not touch it will pick next day, I pick up my vehicle I have a bill for 300+ ok? He said dash lights off only one on, I take my vehicle 20 in to the drive all my dash lights on, I get home I check under the hood like I always do after oil change, to my surprise my oil is low, and all my fluids are almost empty. I called for the second time to talk about my issues, then they go on oh! We didnt charge you for the diagnosis of the lights (are you kidding me) then he goes on we arent supposed to put fluids only windshield fluid (which they didnt) so now they ask bring back, easy for them to say when you have to work. I told them to give me a refund he said that will never happen ever! Now this is supposed to be a reputable dealer /service and you get the worse service for a lot of money!! DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL FILL YOU UP WITH LIES!! I feel as they spoke to me as I am dumb because 1- I am a woman and to I am not white?? Which it saddens me to even say this, but why would you treat me as I dont know anything?!!

They really go above and beyond on the service they provide and work they do. My car was in for a few repairs and they have a very nice fleet of new loaners if you need one. My car ended up staying while they ordered parts and fixed everything to perfection before handing it back. They even called me almost daily with updates. Im very impressed. A 5 star (first) experience until I was surprised with a bill higher than quoted for a replacement battery. I had been quoted the less expensive of two Acura batteries. I was notifed the car was ready, but no mention of the mistake. I was told when presented with the bill upon arrival that I needed the more expensive battery. Even more disappointing, and surprising, following an otherwise perfect service experience.

Acura Dealership in Memphis did a great job running diagnostics on battery with a bad cell and replacing quickly as warranty replacement. Jay recommended I bring it in for another check since field service call, check and jump showed all good, but something just did seem right for the battery to lose charge after non stop driving for almost an hour and 5 min stop. I’ll start with saying my purchase experience with Daryl was excellent. We came in and looked at a used 2017 GMC Acadia. We were very impressed with the price and how the vehicle performed. That said, we decided to shop around a bit and told Daryl that we’d like to look at some other dealerships and get the best deal. He completely understood and told us to take our time and he knew we’d be back. Long story short, he was right! I can assure you that these people will work to earn your business!! The manager Jeff told us that if we came back he would make sure that we were taken care of on our trade in and kept his word. The finance rep Travis said he would get us in and out of there and he also kept his word, and even more importantly, made absolutely sure that we understood all of the terms of the warranty, gap, and terms. I could not recommend a better place to buy a vehicle than Acura of Memphis!

Acura asked me to post a review so here it goes.This is my second time to visit and both visits were for an oil change. The first visit I asked for a courtesy car and it was no problem getting one. This time I was told that an oil change is not enough so I could not get one. I told the service advisor about my last visit and she said that I was not telling the truth. Being called a liar is not a good way to start an appointment.The service took around an hour and when I get back to my car all my settings had been changed. Seat, mirrors and stereo. Unless they are driving my car around town theres no need to change those things especially not the stereo.I did not give less stars because the snacks were free. I dont mind paying for an extremely expensive oil change when I get the service that is expected.

If you are in the market for a new car then Will Hagen is your man. I enjoyed doing business with him. He is an amazing salesman and not pushy at all. He made my car buying experience so easy and did everything in his power to make sure I was well taken care of.

I had a great experience at Acura of Memphis. They worked really hard to find the car I wanted within the budget I needed. It took me a couple weeks to find the car that did both. They were great to work with and never pressured me to buy something I didnt get really want or couldnt afford. I will definitely go back to them next time my family needs a vehicle.

Gentleman in the parts department was VERY rude. I was calling for a part for one of my customers and he wouldnt give me part number and he was about to go off on some pathetic rant about doing legwork, I AM DOING THE LEGWORK. If youre unhappy or try to play the holier than thou roll get a new job man. Were all in the business together.

Russell the salesman attempted toMake the transaction very simple!! He was extremely knowledgeable and always was avail even after the sale.The General Sales manager however made it clear he was going to lie in order to keep the sale . He was rude and condensending . Had it not been for Russell the deal would have been cancelled.

I have been a customer for the last 15 years. The reps are courteous and friendly. If a repair is needed I really don’t mind bringing my car in actually waiting right there in the courtesy room. It is a very comfortable place to sit and relax.

Sam and the service department went out of their way to make the best out of a bad situation. The part that was bad with my car was covered under warranty and they put me in a rental car. They maintained contact with me by letting me know the status through out the week. I’m very pleased with their service!
