I had my windshield replaced at Auto Glass Now. I was greeted the moment I step in the door! I had the pleasure of meeting Marilyn and Kayla. They were both amazing and were very friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with!! Although I didnt meet Garrett, he did an awesome job on my windshield! I got the quote and made the appointment online. Just a heads up, they are a third party! No communication between them and the actual store. This is a super busy location with very friendly staff. Not their fault if they dont get you in at the time you are given online. I have to add...the lady at the front desk is so courteous. She bent over backwards to help ensure I would be taken care of same day. The owner should seriously consider her value. Her attitude has proven to me there are still caring people in this world. Went to get my car window fixed after being told this was a good place to go. Called and was told it was first come, first served. I arrived at 7:00 a.m. ahead of their 8 a.m. start to the day. First in line means I should be in and out in no time, right? Wrong. It took until about 8:20 for the ONE person installing windows that day to walk in to start the day. Apparently, everyone else called in sick. They were cancelling appointments left and right for people that were scheduled for service THAT DAY and telling them that they would have to wait another week.Back in my world...I was just sitting in the waiting room for 2.5 hours before the service guy walked in and told me that he couldnt get to the window because he stripped a screw in the door and didnt know how to fix it. Was told.I could drive across town to their other store tomorrow and get it fixed by someone who had better tools.I left, promptly called the local auto glass person in the city, made an appointment and was in and out with new glass in under an hour.Is the glass cheaper? Yes. Is it worth it? Most definitely not. Check the negative reviews and heed the warnings. Cheap isnt always better. Especially when youre talking about your vehicle.

Have to sit outside because the building is small inside was told if I called the day before I could get my windshield fixed in no time but when I got there I was told they had to order my windshield then it would take 4 hrs parking lot full but was told first come first serve was there at 10am not many people but was told there were a lot of people ahead of me then when I called last told me of I called before 1pm she could get my windshield for today but didnt say that the day before said they had to order once the customer is checked in ridiculous then as I tell her nevermind thank you she hung up in my face now thats rude called the other location and they were very nice I dont recommend this location I recommend the Lamar Ave location

They are the ABSOLUTE BEST at this location. Trust me don’t waste your time even calling anywhere else in Memphis. I needed a rear windshield for my BMW X3 and I called all over Memphis and even priced online everywhere. I was quoted $278-$490 and I called Marilyn (Office Manager) and she was so polite & helpful in a very stressful situation for me. She quoted me $145!!!! Not only did she go over every detail but gave me EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Shout out to the District manager Katrina that was there today as well! They have your glass delivered EVERY HOUR so that helps tremendously...The installation was top notch and they took excellent care of my baby!!! See my before & after pictures below

Scheduled an appointment, and when I got there they said 25 cars ahead of me. I only then stated to the woman at the desk that I scheduled an appointment. She then preceded to let me know they’re service is first come first serve. Which would be fine! If I hadn’t scheduled an appointment. I told her well that’s fine mam but I do think that is unprofessional, she did have a tone in her voice as she responded “ saying thats fine” and making small remarks, I told her she was still being unprofessional and she did offer for my car to be ready at 6pm even though it was 9:00am. So....just do not SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. And even if you walk in you still most likely will not be able to get your car in. Unless your there at 5am. Literally. They were unable to take anymore cars at 9:00am. If you are on a schedule, just go somewhere else.

Dont waste your money here. This place is a fraud. They are cheaper than other places YES! but trust me you are going to waste your whole money and time here. The service is rude and unprofessional. The product has no label and low quality which is really dangerous if you take it out on the road. They never be on time which I understand because they are busy but I dont mind to come back another time or leave my car there. Just tell me ahead of time. The lady always say it will take couple hour but turn out it takes them completely all day and I had to wait till the next day. Terrible service!

Was skeptical about this place but cant judge a book by its cover. They beat the competition price by more than 50% off. Did not use insurance because the price was under $500 deductible.

My experience at the Summer location was most delightful. Marilyn, the charming lady at the front desk, was professional, efficient, and patient. Even with the phone ringing constantly, she never lost her cool . . . in the 100+ degree weather. And the guys working in the bays were very professional as well. Not recommended this shop!!! I went to the shop replace my windshield glass on last couple week. After that, the windshield was leak a lot when was raining, also the two side plastics were broke too, it’s all damage my car. that is first time, first they said they will change the new windshield for me but they didn’t. After that, it was leaking again when was raining, I went back again to ask the front desk lady, she said she will change the new glass for me on that time, then I made a appointment on Thursday. I drop down a car in morning around 9 o’ clock and I waited to pick my car til 7 o’clock at the night time. They promise me there is no way leak again. And today Sunday is raining, I go check my car, it’s leaking again, my driver side rooftop is all get wet. They are not fix well again. I spend my time to go there five time but even fix done the leak problem, it’s waste my time. Please go some where else.

I pulled up at 7 55 a.m just to get serviced 30 minutes later ,they do awesome work but will give you poor customer service and take their time getting things done.. if you have time to waste this is the place to be..

I had to get my windshield replaced and went around getting quotes. Auto Glass Now gave me the best price. This location is very busy and you are better leaving your car there to pick up later. They are very good about calling you when the work is done. The work is quality, looks professional and its a no frills place so you wont get a run a round. Marilyn and her colleague are a great contact there, they are so coordinated and know how to give you accurate critial info like, total price and how long it will take to start the work on your vehicle. Ill update this after a couple weeks with the new windshield, watch this space:)Update: the windshield is perfect not a problem with it. Thanks for a great job !

My husbands truck got broken into, we called the same morning and received repair. It only took them 1.5 hours for the entire process. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. They were also very courteous and let me get into my vehicle in the shops garage because it was raining.

I had to get my windshield replaced. The young man working on my car showed me that the rubber seal around my windshield had chrome in it. They didn’t have that in stock. He told me it could be ordered but it would be a couple of days. I told him to just go on with plain black as I needed it done that day. He worked hard and was very careful and was able to reuse my chrome. Everyone was very nice and respectful. Excellent experience!!!!!!!!

I got excellent service with this company, they did a great job and the lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. The team here is BEYOND AMAZING! I called in to get my windshield fixed and they typically dont accept cars after 5pm - I dont get off work UNTIL 5pm. They waited on me! Ms. Maryland was so so pleasant from start to finish!! Even helped me navigate traffic! William did such an amazing job on my windshield - plus helped me out with other areas of my car they could have been REALLY bad! Then, Greg kept us all laughing through the wait time! Did a great job on the rear glass install and glued down my loose headliner around the glass.3 hour wait....Didnt connect the wires for the rear glass defrost. Im going to have to take it back..

The reason I gave them five stars is because they were very affordable, friendly, did a great job on my windshield and they were done before the estimated time wait. Plus Marilyn and Greg was very professional and give excellent customer service.

I was trimming the yard on a late Saturday afternoon, when a rock flew out of nowhere and smashed my drivers side window. I went immediately to Auto Glass Now, was greeted pleasantly by Marilyn, who expediently found a window, ordered it, told me the cost, and set-up an appointment for first thing Monday morning for the repair. All in the just a few minutes. Today (Monday) I dropped off my car at 08:00, and by 10:30 it was ready for pick-up. Courteous services, no cost over runs, great workmanship, and quality fast service. I would recommend Auto Glass Now to anyone who needs a new car window or car windshield...even the ones with all the sensors...they do that too!!

Save your time and your money, do not go to this place. I needed a new windshield and was told to drop off my car early in the morning (they are typically really busy). We dropped the vehicle off at 8:30 (they open at 8am) and were told it would take a couple of hours. 4:30 rolls around and we still hadn’t heard anything. We called and were told it would be ready around 6:00-6:15. We arrive at 6:15 and see the the car has still not been touched. The lady at the front desk then told us it would be 30-35 minutes so we wait. At 7:00, the windshield is still not fixed. We asked them to save the sticker from the old windshield and the guys forgot, so they had to go retrieve it out of the dumpster. Around 7:20, the lady at the front desk takes us into the their filthy garage to look at the new windshield... ITS CRACKED! They cracked the new windshield! If I didn’t have to return to replace the new one, I would happily pay more and go somewhere else. Don’t go here.

Strongly not recommended! The service is terrible. They are so irresponsible for their job, specially when they make mistakes. The front desk lady is so rude and attitude. Not coming back and never recommend this place to anyone to become their victim.

We was from out of town and had our vehicle broken into. Was unfortunate that this happened but the minute that autoglass knew our situation they made everything possible happen for us and our vehicle! They had our glass that nobody could get for weeks the very next morning! They did the install in minutes and was very professional about everything. I love the windshield replacement on my 2016 Nissan versa. The price was very reasonable. The only thing that needs improvement is punctuality and remodel the remodel the waiting area.

Fast easy process would highly recommend

This shop put in rear glass that was not what was ordered and it shattered after four days. I am certain that it wasnt the same piece of glass because I had noticed that it didnt have the electrical heating element, but when they reinstalled it, it did have the electrical heating element. However, I didnt check what was on the receipt when I left, and the receipt claimed it was the right piece. They refused to give me the new glass because they claimed that it must have been hit (which there was no way that it was) and said that I was lying (like I cant afford the money if that was the case?) It is possible that the wrong glass was put it, but they should have been able to find that out in their inventory. It is more likely that they are a fraud and put in the wrong glass. Be very careful if you have to go here and check your receipt. Also, the back of my auto is still full of glass because they didnt bother cleaning under the top panel that picks up easily. So now it is all over my car. My overall impression was that these people are frauds, difficult to work with, and sloppy. What makes this even more ridiculous is that their lead technician said that it was possible that the glass shattered due to a product or installation issue, but the district manager (Taylor) claimed that there was no way it could have broken.Added note: As an additional note, my back windshield on the second windshield that they put in fogged up with due to humidity a little while back and the heating element in the replacement glass doesnt work. I would avoid this place at all costs and go to a respectable place. Awful product, awful service, and frauds.

Woke up this morning with a busted window on my car. I was recommended to go to Auto Glass Now on Summer Avenue next to the Waffle house. I was going to leave my car but they gave me an option to come to me. I was running against time so I had to get to work so I decided for them to come to me. Excellent service called a lot of places didnt want to serve us because we have our own glass we got it from the dealer who finally found this place called in the morning I had an appointment in the same day went in the afternoon and in about half an hour everything was done the office manager was extremely nice when i talked to her on the phone and when we made it there she made it very easy and done very quickly.

I came in for my appointment at 9:30...on time...and like they tell all the customers, they said it would be between 1-1.5 hours to complete the service...Im thinking, Fine! I will wait here. No explanation given on why 3 customers who came in after me left before me, they finally give me my keys a little bit after 1:00pm...I go to my car, ready to leave, happy to check out my windows, only to find out they only completed partial service- my windshield still had all the cracks...the frustration brought tears to my eyes...I was too angry to say anything I was thinking; yelling at them was not going to magically improve the situation...finally done at 1:54pm...and was given a pathetic thank you with my keys....this had to have been the worst experience in dealing with maintenance for my car...all I can say is that this place needs major improvement in customer satisfaction....yes, this place was cheaper than others- but if it came down to it I would have paid the extra money elsewhere to have quicker, quality service....all my windows can break and I wont come back here again!!

My windshield was hit and damaged by a rock on I-240. I called several auto glass places for estimates, and they were all insanely expensive. Auto Glass Now on Summer quoted me half of what the other companies did.The appointment was easy to set up (I was in the next day), and I was out in less than 30 minutes. The guy who installed the windshield, I think his name was Rodney, was cool as well as the guy at the front counter. If I ever need any type of glass service, I will definite return to Auto Glass Now.
