Omg! When I tell you I’m so ecstatic about my experience with Memphis Collision! They went over and beyond for me when I was only getting a repair on my bumper! Not only did they make my car look brand spanking new but they cleaned the INSIDE & OUT & put air in my tires without me even asking them! & I have a 4 year old so I know my back seat may have gave them the blues trying to clean it! Simply put I had an situation that I needed sorted out. Literally all dealerships recommend them for repairs in my case I’m lucky that it was just a passenger fender for 2015 GMC Acadia . They primed painted and installed my new part and even cleaned/ detailed inside of my truck so yes get your ducks in a row and go to them trust me you’ll be in good hands ....

Twice now, Ive had to have my car repaired after accidents, both times I ended up here.They fought tooth and nail to make sure the insurance, who didnt want to pay for a proper repair, actually paid up, and wouldnt let them only cover half way, or patch instead of properly repairing it.I cant give a high enough recommendation.I went here after a family member pointed me there, and now wouldnt go anywhere else, they really went above and beyond in both repair quality, and dealing with insurance.Fantastic place with fantastic people.

They did a wonderful job on my car! I had a minor issue, that a 3rd party audio shop caused, when I got my car back. Initially I was going to fix the problem myself but Ms. Montgomery went above and beyond to get back in touch with me to make sure that issue was resolved free of charge. I was definitely impressed with the customer service that they presented and would highly recommend doing business with them.

After having excellent experiences in the past I demanded that my insurance company not require me to get an ESTIMATE from anyone else. I had them tow my truck to the shop and repair it. My insurance company approved the estimate and they started on the truck. They found more issues and requested more money from my insurance company. I was told they only gave me an ESTIMATE. My insurance gave them more money and they completed the work. I picked up the truck and on the first time I used it (11 miles) it over heated. It was towed back to Memphis Collision and they said the fan shroud was not replaced and was broken. My insurance would not pay for this and it cost me an additional $450approx. Without hesitation or even looking at the bill I handed them my credit card and paid. Twice I requested that they replace the seat belt while it was in there .I was going to pay for the seat belt it was not part of the claim. When I picked up the truck yesterday I was told that Bob the owner didnt replace the seat belt because he knew that I was already unhappy. This really did not make me happy!

What an experience! These people have no idea how big of a part they played in my life at the moment. May not have looked like it but I was having hardships at the time. To have had wonderful service and a friendly staff was more than delightful. Thanks again Memphis Collision Repair Center!

I have nothing but good things to say about this business! First of all, I was rear ended by an uninsured motorist- so that sucked. On the phone I was initially told it would take a month for them to service my car but after taking it in I was told they could start work on it that day and it would be done within a week.Bob gave me all of the information I needed and call my insurance providers to get extra information. Jeff was very helpful too! I am VERY happy with my experience here and I would definitely go back(although I hope I dont have to) 😊

AND even better, they buffed out a scratch on the drivers door that had been there since new. That may be the best thing they did for me, it has bothered me since new.Highly recommended!

The professional and honest people at Memphis Collision went above and beyond trying to help me save my sons car, had it for weeks trying to find parts, ect. It was un-repairable but I appreciate their help and caring attitude about their customers. We will use them in the future!
