Great service as always...however, for the first time ever, the step board carpet and dash in my car was filthy with black oil. I bought 2 new tires, front end had to be aligned again (last time was this April) because of the new tires and it was recommended that my break lines be flushed. My CR-V is 13yrs old and aside of manufacturers suggested services, all that Ive had to do is buy tires and batteries. My SUV has served me well.Thanks to the service personnel and shop crew at AutoNation on Covington Pike.

Went there for regular maintenance today 9/8 around 2 oclock. Waited in the car for 10min. Got turned down because they didnt have time for me. The next available appointment will be in 10days. That was I had been told. Went to Wolfchase instead and got me taken care of right away.

If i could rate no stars i definitely would! Not professional whatsoever. My car was dropped off off at 10am was quoted a 2 hour wait! Informed the service clerk i would be dropping the car off and he would call when ready. I sat on hold 45 minutes to check on the status of my car. Only to arrive car with my car finished on side of building NO CUSTOMER in lobby and still on hold waiting to speak to service clerk. Only for the service clerk to walk in 5 minutes later and say i walked around looking for you a while ago after i told him earlier that i was dropping it off. I purchased my car here and will NEVER use there service department again will continue to go to 385.

They did the job rapidly and the price was fair. Used genuine Honda parts. I was completely satisfied with this visit.

I went there on Saturday to have my first car service my 2020 Honda Civic that I just love to drive and my car was in great shape but it needed a service Ive had it about a year and a month and it needs servicing bad and they had it all new service advisors and and all my servicing needs done there there was nothing wrong with my car I was so happy and thrilled to hear that and even they set my new telephone to my Bluetooth in my car because I could not figure it out. Leo has been working there for years he said I can help you Sheila I said please help me thank you so he was showing me how to put my my phone how to connect it with my Bluetooth in my car oh I told him I really appreciate it that so hes the person that takes the cars back to the service so they can service your cars so everything was fine finally my car was ready but when I left my radio was not working so I was trying to get my radio to work for a day so I thought this was on Monday I need to stop by All Nations Honda and get my radio back on cuz this is boring driving and no radio oh no I cant go through this I stop and I saw my Sarahs advisor she was waiting on another gentleman she said Ill be with you in a moment I said okay thank you Rachel is her name Rachel Smith if you ever go in there you go to Rachel Smith and then she wants the guy run what can I help you with as Rachel my radio is not working on my Honda and I just cant be driving my car is too quiet with no radio on so lets take a look at it what it happened when we connected my new telephone to the Bluetooth I left the Bluetooth on if I got to turn it off so therefore the radio would not come on oh boy I was so happy it was easy to resolve that problem now I hit music to drive by thank God thank God so I was fine then just anytime you have any problems just come and see me I said I will do that Rachel thank you so much so now my day is completed I had a great time going to AutoNation Honda! ❤️

They did not fix what was wrong and told me it was a blower on my ac that made a loud noise and that it was suspose to be that it a leaf got stuck in it and that was not true.

Great service team, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and nice to work with. I wanted some specialty work done on my Accord, the entire team was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in completing the work. I highly recommend this dealership.

I drive all the way from jonesboro Arkansas for test drive our salesman was the worst ..rude and had us drive a car that that started to break down on us when I told him what was happening all he said was . it was doing that before now. Basically blaming us . then ask if he took couple of 100 would we buy it . terrible M akes me me not want a new car me not. And damn sure not from there..they need a new used car manger .

When I visited them in July for an oil change and tire rotation, the latter was not performed although I paid for it. I know this because 5 minutes after the dealership serviced my car, a tire we had been putting air in was in the same place. It had not been rotated. I went back to the dealership where they put air in the tires but didnt check them. I then took the car to Sams Club where they found a small nail. My old tires were replaced by Sams Club. Im losing trust in this dealership.

I could not get the car that I wanted, but the agent was very helpful, he tried his best but unfortunately we could not get to an agreement.

Dont repair your car to this place, My car had a oil leak, and they fixed, I checked after a week the engine I saw again leaking oil the same place
