I find it unbelievable that I have to leave my car at the shop for 3 weeks before they can even look at it. It’s been over a week since I left it and I’ve tried calling about a possible update but no answer. How am I suppose to get around without a car. I was told they offer rentals but I have to pay for it? I’m not paying for it if you guys are the ones telling me I have to leave it there for 3 weeks.

Very rude poor service. Called and asked about a oil change the day before I came and was told it was first come first serve. When I arrived was told they hadn’t done that in years and then I was told I could wait 6 hours or just not get my oil changed after spending 60 grand for a truck you think they would be slightly more helpful

Purchased a new Mustang GT on 5/4Isaac was the sales agent.Saying you had a good time buying a car at Dealership is like saying you had a blast at the Dentist. But honestly it wasnt bad, and easily the least painful visit Ive ever had. Isaac stayed late on a Monday night and set everything up so Tuesday was easy and as quick as possible.On the other hand, DO NOT go to Homer Skelton, I wasted 6 hours of my life at that dealership that I will never get back. I wish all the worst things in life to the Management at Homer Skelton in Olive Branch.AutoNation Ford in Wolfchase / Bartlett is awesome.

I purchased a 2017 Ford Mustang GT at AutoNation Ford in 2016. Brought my mustang back here for every oil change, tire replacement, brake servicing, and every hiccup in between. Theyve taken care of me and Bleu every time! Lee Gault has been the BEST Service Advisor ever!

First I want to express that I love Ford. I have been a Ford owner for over 10 years, but what I am about to share is very disappointing, on all levels of customer care.I called Service department at AutoNation Ford Wolfchase and their employee, Ed, answered. I booked an appointment for my tire, due to it having a big bulge on the front passenger side. I voice my concern of feeling wary driving it but I was willing to wait since I wanted to use my warranty. Ed seems in such a hurry to hang up and fails to answer my questions. Fast forward, come to find out on the date of my appointment that they do not accept my warranty, nor do they have my type of tire. Mind you, I was told this after 3 calls on my behalf, four hours after I dropped it off. After pick up, I call my warranty insurance and was told that on the notes, from the previous rep. that spoke with Ed, mentioned that Ed hung up on them before they could capture any details. Now, how is that a great example of caring for your customers safety... This could have all been avoided if the employee (Ed) would have taken their job with a little more dignity and respect. I was shown no compassion nor respect. I would not recommend this place for service. I’ve been placed in an unsafe position, where I now have to redo all my steps to fix my tire.I hope the culture improves for the sake of customers in the future.

I have had several trips to them to get a recurring airbag light repaired on my vehicle (purchased from them) so that I can sell it (partly so I never have to deal with them again). Be prepared for 1) Their schedule to be backed up 2) Being short on mechanics whenever you call 3) Minimum of 2 weeks to get a repair done 4) Likely a minimum of one week sitting on their lot before they even open the door to your vehicle 5) Scheduling staff that refuses to put you on their schedule unless you leave your (possibly functional vehicle) on their lot unused for a week before they look at it 6) Recurring issues being blamed on YOU.Run - do not walk - from this dealership.

Not long after purchasing my 2020 Escape, I noticed the rear camera was not working properly. I made an appointment at AutoNation Ford Wolfchase. Fortunately for me, my advisor, Kenny, turned me over to Nick, who listened to my concerns. He decided the camera needed to be replaced and set up an appointment for me. I returned on July 20th and waited while the new camera was installed. Nick went above and beyond to get me out quickly. Nick Rowell is the perfect example for what outstanding service should be. Thanks so much to Nick and his expert technicians. Now, everything is working great. I really love my Escape!!!

I was not satisfied they kept my truck for almost 2 weeks and still didnt get it right all they seen to do was make money and overcharged me for stuff I didnt need just to get a payday. I think that was very evil to do during the pandemic where everyones money is a little funny. If I could have went somewhere else I would have.

I have purchased two new fords from this dealer. This is the first time, outside of normal maintenance, Ive called the dealer for service.I was told on my new vehicle (4 months old) I would have to drop the car off for at least 5-7 days and there would be no loaner cars available. The car is still WELL within factory warranty and I also signed up for the extended 100K warranty as well. My exhaust has a rattle when under pressure, my motor is sounding like it has a slight knock, and the 10 speed transmission in my new F150 shifts rough. This is my primary family vehicle that gets the kids to school in the morning and me to work, I cant be without it for 7 days and that is why I purchased a NEW F150 so that I wouldnt have to worry about issues like this.This will be the last car I purchase from this dealer and they will not have any of my business moving forward. The service adviser even spoke to the service manager and they told me they couldnt help do anything more. I sincerely hope one of the other Ford dealers in Memphis actually will treat me as they would like to be treated in this scenario. I think it is ridiculous that Id have to drop off my 4 month old truck that cost $50K+ for a week and pay for a rental car out of my pocket (est. $500), just so that it can be serviced and run like it should.Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!Disappointed customer,Justin Guthrie

Okay the service was quick for some reason compared to last time doing a expection of the car also when I finally got my car back in parked it at home I seen oil dripping from the bottom in I didnt notice it someone else did I will be taken my car back up there today

They sold me a car with major issues that started acting up on my way home. I tried notifying them before I made it home. They have a 250 mile warranty. I needed to drive 180 miles home. The next morning I found out they werent going to do anything about it. Just leave me hanging with a potentially expensive problem. Luckily for me they made an error on their paperwork. They added a couple extra hundred miles to the odometer reading. So I was able to drive it back. I still havent received my refund. Fifteen thousand dollar check. Its been a week. Still waiting....

Scam artist and very disrespectful. Would not but another vehicle from here. The GM made me wait 3 hours while on lunch break to talk to me about a financial issue they made. If i could i would givs a zero star. Mr.Marcus giles is the new car salesman and is the rudest guy Ive met in my life. While waiting all i heard from staff waa cussing and swearing about how i was a problem.

I was told $400.00 to fix my a/c, after spending $800.00 there last summer to fix A/C. I okayed it. Called me back and said compressor was shot. $1500.00 to fix. Declined repair, got my truck back. A/C has worked fine ever since. I feel like they tried to sell me something I didnt need. Compressor obviously wasnt shot. I will use Landers next time. Bad business practice. People talk.

I told needed to replace my ignition cylinder and that was it. Then they call me and tell me I need all theses other things and its going to be over $1200. I said never mind I will just pick up my car. When I went to pick it up they said I owed them for a diagnostic which was $99. I said we never talked about that and I didnt ask for that. I even had the ignition cylinder out. I had to sit there arguing with some jerk about it for 10 minutes before they finally got the general manage.
