I called and place and order, the person that answered the phone. Was informative and courtesy. Looking forward to doing business with them

After attempts to make it right, they blew us off. Top and bottom rails were nailed and not screwed to posts. Nails were short to boot resulting in all sections pulling away from posts or falling off on a two year old fence in Franklin Park area.They did pick up the phone though but I would not recommend them constructing a Barbie fence.

I scheduled an estimate with this company at 1 PM. They never showed up. When I called their office at 2 PM, I was told the guy was on the South Side of Chicago and was running late. I understand running late, I do not understand why they couldnt call to let me know. I took time off from work to meet them at 1 PM. I said I would wait to 3 PM and had to to back to work. They never showed up or called. If they cant be timely on estimates, I can only image how unprofessional and terrible they are to do actual work with. I would NOT recommend this company.

I wouldnt recommend this company. Their prices are ridiculous theyre so high and I actually went back to them seeing if they would give me a discount because I needed more work done and they wanted to charge me even more for a smaller area of fencing that I needed. I had a post that cracked due to the wind and they wanted to charge me $150. Instead of just covering that sine the post is only 40 online. Ridiculous

I schedule an appointment with this company. They came took measurements, and said they would give a estimate in 24 hours. I have not heard back from them.

In 30+ days my fence started to fall apart, I called to report it and Im not happy with the answers I got. Im waiting to see the out come and I will continue my review when the repair is complete.
