I have a family member who took a car out with Leo about 2 years ago, he was amazing and super helpful and nice. Have no complaints about him whatsoever.We have never had a problem with this dealership until recently, you should not have a car reposed unless you give the person a warning or alert them. My family member has made a payment every month automatically and in time they are not helpful at all or caring to their customers.I had Evelyn help us with a situation with the car, her customer service is done very poorly you should not have a person in the front working for you if they simply do not enjoy what they do, and being pregnant is not a good excuse I am pregnant myself and can assure you I am still very capable of treating everyone with kindness. this was the first time my family member took out her first car but never again. Next time I will tell her to come to my dealership what a joke.

They’re nice until you change your mind. All sales are final so do not think you’re going to take anything back 14hrs later expecting them to honor your mind change. The manager Oscar is very passive aggressive and if you challenge him he’ll get very rude. I returned a car, handed him the key and he said ok you can go. I asked for a receipt to show I brought it back he said we don’t have anything here. It took an hour for me to get something that states I brought the car back but he got upset because I wouldn’t sign a paper stating that any expenses or balances later I acknowledge that I’m responsible. Plus both he and a sales associate said I wouldn’t owe anything because I returned it back. But then he said I will have a balance. And tried to tell me that they didn’t just tell me I don’t owe them anything. And then after going back and forth he said we close at 8 and you’re holding us up. So basically I was passive aggressively kicked out. I will never go go back there because he is very rude, a liar and disrespectful. Also be careful they have very over priced vehicles with mileage way over 100,000. (That’s why I returned the car it wasn’t a good deal) do not drop any down payments unless you know for sure you’re going to keep that vehicle. Because they don’t tell you anything is final sale but of course it comes up when you change your mind, even if it’s 14 hrs later you have lost your money. Beware of this place!!!I give zero stars...but I had to choose 1 of them

Worst dealership ever! I had gotten my first car there back in the summer of 2019. It gave me transmission problems within a month of getting. After struggling with the dealers, because they wouldn’t fix nor exchange my contact for another car; I was able to exchange that car for a suv. Only for it to give me multiple problems a few months in. Payments were insane, good employees that can twist their own and your words around. Promises that aren’t kept. DO NOT COME HERE!
