**This is a review specifically for the Vision Center at this location** Upon entering the main Walmart building nearest the home & pharmacy side, I was met with one friendly greeter and one friendly security staff both wearing masks and making sure others were as well. Conveniently next to that is the vision center where I was promptly greeted by staff and lead to the waiting area for my exam appt. It was all clean, plenty of space for social distancing, and they had strict & reasonable protocol to maintain cleanliness and safety. My exam went swift and smoothly with a very friendly Doctor, and choosing my glasses frame and the transaction process was easy. Staff was very helpful in answering all of my questions and there was no push for up-selling. My exam was covered by my kind of state health insurance which was only accepted at this location, and the remaining costs though out of pocket, were very affordable and reasonably priced. They have frames starting from $9 on up and fast delivery time. Overall I am quite pleased with my experience. :)

I have certain things that I know I can probably find here at a price that is fairly close to what I can afford. Rest rooms are readily available! Each one has different arrangement of store, they are helpful people. Enjoy shopping at any one or more of the Walmart stores. Have been to most of them at least 1 or 2 times, some multiple times. Great stores, all.

Purchased horizon organic strawberry milk 6 pack. Kids told me it tasted funny, when I dumped it out it was chunky and curdled and I checked the expiration date and it had expired in December of 2020!!!!! When I tried to call the store to inform them of the expired product on the shelf, no one answered and I tried calling twice. What kind of store doesn’t even answer the phone or even bother to check expiration dates?

Wow I dont usually use this Walmart but I drove in the other direction to check it out. It is a large location with a huge selection and its much more neat clean organized and stocked then the locations in my area. And when I did need to ask for something there was actually an employee I encountered and was able to answer my question. If you need to get a little of everything food shopping and housewares and clothing this location has a lot of both I would recommend it.

I am so beyond upset! They lost my photos from a trip my husband and I took, acting like it was my fault they lost them! How many people does it take to look for the same photos in the same spot? Apparently 3! It took a month for me to get photos for a prior print. The woman at the counter was somewhat helpful, seeing as she was new to the whole printing process of Walmart. I WILL NOT print here again! They’re unorganized!

Do you want to wait 5 minutes until somebody comes to open the back door so you can finally grab a bag of charcoal while they are LITERALLY STARING AT YOU THE ENTIRE TIME? Look no further.First of all, why are they checking on what I grab? I dont have to steal anything from your little store.Also, who allows them to lock the door that literally says This door to remain unlocked while the building is occupied with bright red Exit sign on? What if there is a fire and people around that location tries to use that exit? This can potentially harm somebody.

Im giving 5 stars in praise of the workers. Its clean and most employees are nice if I talk to them. I shop here because its what I can afford. Im not a fan of greed at the top, but Ill still give a five star rating to my local store. I guess its worth it, I dont know, Ive really lowered my standards in this country.

Great selection of items. Good luck finding help on the floor if you need it! I did not feel safe being in the store because they are not enforcing the mask mandate and too many people were walking around without a mask or with their nose hanging out. I will try to avoid going in there unless I really have to because of this.

Store was fairly empty in a lot of sections. Upon leaving there is a Walmart employee and a security guard at the door. The security guy stopped me (not anyone else that passed with their cart that I witnessed...just me) and was trying to say something in very bad English. I couldnt really understand him and I asked if he needed my receipt and he was in my face. I told him that I didnt see him check anyone elses receipt. I was very polite the whole time. I then asked the Walmart employee if I needed to show it and he said not at all and to go ahead. When I went to leave the security guy had his foot stopping my cart and the other guy had to tell him to knock it off. It was really weird. I would have thought Id be the last one to be hassled as I was actually sketched out arriving, shopping, and walking out. I even asked the cashier as I was being checked out if they have problems in the parking lot. She said all the time. I asked if I should be concerned walking out and she said no. I just felt uneasy at this location.

Store is so huge it has everything you want and it seems like everybody was very nice about helping

Could have had another person in electronics helping customers. My brother and I left due to we didnt want to burdened and overwhelm the gal who was doing an amazing job by herself with 2 more yahoos and our questions. She was doing a fantastic job and I know the pandemic changed a lot of things and people but second world have been very helpful at this point! Maybe she did call but I felt bad and didnt want to add to the line of people (which some of those people were being impatient in front of me) and the multiple of personalities who were being entitled.

Wow this place has no service and no one is attending the jewelry counter and I literally could take anything I want but I’m not a thief so I wouldn’t but we have been waiting here for about 30 minutes and they are trying to find the keys to open the container to open the jewelry box just so we can purchase some earrings for our daughter wow doesn’t take much to be an employee here I guess I’m pretty sure they need more training

Every time I go there the carts are out in the parking lot and you gotta go grab your own. The NAIL POLISH of all things is locked in a glass case and you can never find anyone to help you because theres like 4 associates in the whole store cause the rest are pulling orders for customer pickup and and when I asked one for help I was very rudely informed...I dont have time to help you because I gotta pull this order” and I have NEVER EVER seen a store manager or even a supervisor. I look every time and all I find are tumble weeds.

First off Ill say we were from out of town when our car battery died. We were so thankful for the employees and their willingness to help us purchase a battery charger/jump starter even though it was late in the evening and locked behind a cage. Then the following morning, Jenn from the Automotive Center, who was very busy with customers waiting, but still was very friendly and helpful to us. She and her co workers got us back on the road and for that we are so grateful.. Best Walmart ever!

Overall it was pretty clean and well stocked with what they did have.

Had a medical situation happen and was sitting in my car resting and an extremely nice employee that sees me there on a regular basis came out to my car and checked on me to make sure that I was alright. Thank you so very much Peggy for being such a wonderful employee and caring person.

While my wife was checking out in self service... She noticed she had gotten the wrong creamer... instead of giving her the price it was ... the Walmart associate rang up a cheaper item and said thats good. We will not shop at Walmart again because of the shady practices there being taught. EVER AGAIN!!!

No cash self checkout registers...only 2 cashier attended registers with very long lines. Took over 30 minutes to checkout with only 8 items. Used to be lot better customer service, not so much anymore.

People doing all they can to service the customers at the registers. (Only two with Human touch )To bad that Walmart has decided to eliminate Human cashiers in favor of Robotics cold good buys to customer might never come back.

Youre not hounded by employees and they let you be unless you need help

I only had a few items, too many for the fast check out lane, so tried the self check out machines only to find they werent accepting cash. So with only two lanes open, I waited through a long line to pay. I really love the self check machines for the quick in and out when you only have a few items but on more than a few occasions, either the machine could only accept cash or just cards but every time it happened was the day I had the wrong payment type. Makes for a very frustrating shopping experience. I appreciate the prices but I find lately Im going elsewhere for my shopping needs because of the long check out times.

I LOVE their super low prices and variety of things they carry! From baby clothes, to groceries , to new tires for my car and at amazing prices!

I came in today to buy a bike for my nephew. Ended in up also picking out a bike for myself. I asked someone for help the bike I wanted didn’t have a price . He range it up and told me it was 108$. I get to the register and they tell me it’s 148$. Didn’t end up getting the bike since I was given the wrong price. He actually rang it up with his work phone. So I don’t understand how it was two different prices. Extremely disappointed. I’ll buy a bike elsewhere without false advertising.

Its Walmart. Ive had to lower my expectations lately but yesterday was ridiculous. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting & it was the bathroom in the back of the store which is usually cleaner. Most rest stops have better & cleaner bathrooms then what I experienced yesterday. I will make every effort to not have to visit this Walmart again.

The produce selection was slim and some of it smelled rotten. Lots of empty space on the shelves. Couldnt get assistance in electronics. Self-checkout had items on the floor from previous customers that hadnt been picked up. Cash back not available at self checkout. Usually we have a good experience here. I dont know what is going on currently with this store. 🤷

Not at all crowded and with staff that actually ask can I help you?. Looking for jeans I found bottom shelf pants in mens section coated in dust. Same thing at two other bottom shelves. Understandable with limited staff but it is an easy fix if inspected.

No one ever picks up my calls. I bought a TV 2 months ago, never took it out of the box until yesterday. I set it up and tested it only to find that the entire time it was defective. Walmart has a 90 day return policy with or without receipt, but of course they DONT tell you that TVs are exempt from this and only have 30 days regardless of the conditions. This is absolutely horrible, I feel incredibly scammed. They sold me a broken product and I cant return or exchange it? The TV panel being bad is a manufacturing issue, so charge it back to the manufacturer! Literally every other store does this. I feel so dumb for buying a TV from Walmart in the first place now. Hiding the true return policies behind a general policy and Im paying for it. Horrible service, horrible policy, I was LITERALLY scammed out of a product.

The higher employees (supervisors and managers) treat every customer as if they are going to take something.

This park is always crowded. awesome park for toddlers and older ones! Sad there are no animals not pool. but awesome trails and park!

The staff at the Walmart Pharmacy, which was where I visited, were friendly, helpful as USUAL and from what I could see of the parts of the store where I was at, which was at and near the Pharmacy, everything was CLEAN. This is also AS USUAL and I have been visiting that particular location for YEARS and its not just near the Pharmacy. The WHOLE store is ALWAYS clean. In fact, THAT one is WAY more well-stocked compared to other Walmart stores I have been to over the years in Snohomish County, WA on a REGULAR basis. Not only that, the prices are GOOD and the staff outside the Pharmacy are nice and helpful too. However, to the best of my knowledge, the prices are good at those other locations too.THAT said, CONGRATULATIONS, Walmart staff at the Quil Ceda in Maryville, WA location and THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH for a job WELL done!! I HOPE you get REWARDED for your EFFORTS!! Its OBVIOUS you take PRIDE in your store which IS, OF COURSE, a GREAT thing. BLESSINGS!!

This place is clean and well stocked. Did not have any problems finding what I was there for.

I love the Walmart app! Its so easy to look up specific items and prices. The app also lists which stores carry the items and even WHERE IN EACH SPECIFIC STORE TO FIND IT!!! The app even offers the option of starting a return!

I wont give it a one star since the prices are good but everything else is poor. Theyre always out of stock, the store can be messy, but worst of all... their debit readers wont take specific debit cards. Therefore, if you shop there and try to do self checkout, youll probably look like youre broke because your card will get rejected. And then... theyll claim its the card thats the issue. Even though it works every where else except for Walmart.

Feeling very unwell I asked an employee to watch my cart while I ran quickly to the restroom to get sick. She said she would. When I returned less than 5 minutes she was gone leaving my cart just parked in the isle. My purse was in the cart! No customer service at all!

Walmart is totally awesome but you have to go at the right time or else it gets crowded and packed but they usually have everything you need there

I got the only electric cart they had which had been charged all night and it only was at 50%. Got a shopping cart full of groceries, some clothes and gifts for grandsons. Ended up only 2 checkers working though there was floor workers everywhere and the lines were long. I was in line 25 minutes and it only moved 2 carts. The checker numbers took turns needing help with there lights a blinking. I finally ran out of time and patience and left my stuff cause I had to pick up my grandson. Need to get more than the 1 cart and more check out people. Also customer service was closed too. Ridiculous

Its walmart, I mean tge last few times I have gone its 10 pm and I spend an hour waiting in the one qnd only check stand 😅

Saturday morning and only 1 checker. Par for the course. They are always understaffed, but tons of employees just standing around looking at the 10 person deep line. This store sucks. Didnt even have basic food items I now have to go to another store to buy.

Waited today at mens shaving case for an employee to open it so I could purchase one ,after 35 minutes I left another customer had already been waiting before me ,They paged someone to come over the store speaker but still no one came,Im very disappointed that is not the first time thats happened,Also theres never enough cashiers at that store,&the express check out only takes ards not cash purchases .They dont have enough employees to run the store..

On a Tuesday afternoon in the late summer of the pandemic, I wandered these aisles in a fugue state driven by desperation and a need for flavored popcorn. The overwide aisles project an aura of liminality that I have only seen in the dreams of my most restless nights. The yellowed skylights from the burning forests outside, felt oppressive onto me and the faceless, masked shoppers inside, of which there were few. The muzak in my head was only imagined, but still present. I felt time slow down as the magnanimity of this organization bore down on me. The utter powerlessness of my existence to the presence of Walmart Inc. I left this place feeling relieved. And 2.99$ poorer. It was not an unpleasant experience, but not for the uninitiated. 4 stars.

Does anyone actually work here? Spent 30 minutes wondering around looking for someone who could help me find the items I was looking for. They had similar products in 3 different locations and I actually found what I was looking for while standing in the check out line

My boyfriend was waiting outside to pick up his pre-ordered groceries and called the number posted. No one answered the phone after calling 15 times. He called the Manager Chris who said she was short handed and was very rude to him and hung up on him. He said he will no longer shop at the Walmart Supercenter again.

Looking for good clearance to match mid west Wal-mart locations. No such luck. Seattle Area Clearance is 20% off which is just a regular sale price. sad face.

Left an entire shopping cart full in the hunting Department after not able to find help buying a fishing license. As to Associates wearing radios for assistance, ring the help button several times. I stood there for half an hour no one came to help. With the ability to purchase all of my items online elsewhere and have them directly shipped to my house and the ability to buy my fishing license online, I guess if no one here is willing to help me I will help myself and take my business elsewhere. PS called the store myself trying to speak with a manager after being hung up on I called back I was placed on hold for what seemed to be an infinite amount of time.

On quite a few occasions, Ive needed assistance and have attempted to ask different workers. Each time Ive had an issue, its been with a worker that is stocking shelves, in an aisle. I, normally, will stand there, quietly and patiently, hoping to get their attention, without actually calling out to them. Each time, theyve continued working as if I wasnt standing right there in front of them. After starting to become impatient because Im well aware that they have seen me, Ill then say Excuse me? May I bother you for just a moment? because they wont acknowledge me. And each time, if they even respond to me, I have been made to feel like I am the biggest, most rude, person and have just interrupted the most important task they have ever been given. I have never had an employee, anywhere, treat me so rudely nor have I ever had someone make me feel like I really was a total and complete bother. I understand theyve all been working extra hard (well from what I have heard anyway) but yall are lucky to have a job and an income and if you dont like working in customer service, my advice is to find a new line of work. Im not meaning to offend anyone but please think about how you treat others and if youd like someone treating you like that. Thank you, thats my advice for the day. Lol

I went to go shopping from here around 7:00 a.m. in the morning and nothing was stocked the shelves were bare didnt have much of a selection that I got it was upsetting. Barely any staff only one register open it took about 15 minutes to get myself checked out

This store is forever a joke people high in the parking lot breaking into cars never enough cashiers. Terrible service. I usually avoid it because of all of those reasons. Everytime I am inside all I think about is I hope my car is there and in one piece while standing in the check out lines for usually 30 + minutes.

I bought a Friend $60.00 dollars worth of groceries. Lines werent to long, great customer service. Found everything I was looking for very easy. They were restocking, not In the way like sometimes.

It was fine got everything that I needed and everything for helping out my parents and to make a emergency kit to put inside there wheelchair van for them its nice to go to 1 stop to get everything that I need for them. Big black lock box that has rolls on the one end help to take it out to put inside once done.

Its Wal-Mart does anyone go there that doesnt absolutely have to? This was yet another bad experience. Went there because supposedly it was the only place that had what I needed. Got there and they good not have it...

Most of the time I enjoy going to my local Walmart they have great prices and nice people.However lately it seems they are ALWAYS OUT of stock of the regular things I buy every week.Because of this I end up having to go to other stores to find these items which causes me not to come to come back to my regular store.

Had wrong prices marked underneath products.The garden lady was very nice and honored prices but the old cashier lady at the self check out was very rude. I even took picture of prices below the product.She shouldnt be allowed to work with the public.VERY RUDE. Was Monday afternoon.

Spacious store. Appealing produce section. Section for frozen berries completely empty. (Covid related?) Also, no Frito Lay Snack Mix (only flaming hot). Looking for giant black marker- not at this Walmart either. Out of Lightdays Longs pantyliners. (Usually always at the Arlington location.) A little disappointing. I was hoping for one-stop shopping.

Went for an oil change. The staff was amazing they were so kind. But they were so completely understaffed. There was two cars ahead of me and it took over two hours! The staff was so completely overwhelmed with the number of the customers they were helping inside and the large number that came behind me.

They had what we needed,but the security guard tried to tell is the store was closing in 10 minutes when in fact they were open another 2 hours. Even then, 11 pm seems a ridiculous hour for a 24 hour chain to be closing at.

People of walmart is a good website to kill some time. Id prefer to people watch inperson at walmart. Other wise you can order from home and do a drive by pick up for your things if you are a true intovert. Buy yea its walmart love it or hate it, it will always be there for you.

The reason the checkout line always takes so long at any Walmart across the country is because they are incapable of realizing how much faster it would be if they would adopt the system where an items are scanned and quickly placed into the cart, then you could take your cart off to the side and bag your own, that way everyone in line doesnt have to wait for everyones stuff to be bagged by the cashier. Bag your own, people, so that you can be considerate to those behind you. Also, stop selling moldy berries.

Customer service was fantastic. Was greeted in a courteous manner and was asked if I needed help by all employees passing by me. There is no longer a McDonalds at this location however their deli offers plenty of happy hour snack treats.

Nothing on shelf soft lines was empty. Not friendly at all But thats most Wal-Mart anymore. From the top to the bottom THEY JUST DONT CARE. And that goes for the whole company. How sad
