Its most definitely not the old store! Much cleaner and spacious! They are still getting established so its hard to give them a good star, so for now I have to give them 3/5. Also when trying to access the Matrix website, it gets redirected to their tractor/lawnmower website! Not helpful!

Great new building and lots of tools to shop for.

Only place in the area to sell all the steel tools (Klein Tools) and safety equipment like my harness! The people were so helpful and nice! I am making sure all my business goes right to this store!

Matrix tools has been one of my favorite places for years. If youre looking for something you cant find anywhere else give this place a try.

Way overpriced tools paid 700 on two impacts and couldve gotten them cheaper online or at another store tried returning them even called them before i went down so i wont waste gas and the manager said you cant returm them. Also manager asked a customer about my business with returning the items and made sure that everyone knows my business Will never go back to them and will spread the word on how 2 faced they are only reason its getting 1 star is because of the impacts not there business

Went here for a deck spindle for my mower. The guys were a lot of help, not getting frustrated with my stupidity at all. A+

Always have what i want

Only place in Marion, IL to find a primer bulb assembly for a Stihl Trimmer. The Stihl dealer behind Matrix one block (Rural King) did not even have this. I paid 4.99 for the right part and my adventure was over. Should have just went there first. Sorry about the guy with the bad review, they didnt follow me around the store but I dont steal things so why would they? Anyways, theyll continue to get my business.

I got kicked out of matrix for telling the truth about how they treated me and my daughter.there supposed to be Christians but they judge u and follow u around like a thief and this is not the only review I had seen that said this and more about this place I would instead of doing the right thing and apologize for how they treat u they tell u not to come back I own a business and would never treat anyone the way I was treated
