Had one small order for same day delivery from store that never showed up or shipped. Had to call 2 days later to see what happened and really didnt get an answer but they did refund me. Ordered some buidling materials for delivery from store. They rescheduled delivery once then called a couple days later to say they were sold out of what I ordered!?So that means they sold my order from under me to someone else.I will not shop this Menards ever again. Its unfortunate because they have better prices on most of their stuff than Lowes but it is not worth the headache of ordering at Menards...I guess you would be fine shopping here just NEVER do delivery from this store because you may never get your items.

Great selection of options for many of the items they stock. Their rebate program does not work well. Out of five of the rebates I sent in I only received 1 rebate coupon. I dont waste my time sending those in anymore.

I needed help finding white stone 4 around our new deck and there were 8 staff behind the counter and no one asked if they could help me. I finely went 2 some men that were beyond the counter and he helped me find what I was looking 4. He told me 2 go outside and go around an area and he would call 4 someone 2 help me load 10 bags but no one came. I had another man help be who was also getting stone. Not Happy. I am an older woman needing help

Its nice when the stores are set up the same making it easier to find things. They also have good pricing but I feel you sacrifice a bit of quality with that

This place is too large and has too many workers to be perfect- but i like it a lot. Great selection and better than average prices. I generally don’t need much help so I don’t really need the staff to be incredible. That being said, the team working here seems to be at least average for a hardware store. It’s certainly easier to find an employee than in any Lowes. I like Home Depot too but sometimes I need things at a lower price point. Harbor Freight has some stuff I need at the lower price point but Menards has a good mix.

Had a price dispute of what item rang up for and what the special sign said above the item. No one could reach anyone to check it out nor were the front area people allowed to go check, thus I just let them. Normally a good place but they failed in customer service today.

Cole from flooring started helping until Kara from appliances was available. They were both very pleasant. And answered our questions. So we bought the chest freezer we went to look at.

I have been to many Menards stores in several states and this one is the worst organized most poorly run store I have been too. There is a Menards 25 miles away if you can go there it will be worth the drive. Im not sure what their hiring standards are; but, I think they hire based on diversity quotas not actual store or product knowledge. I have never been able to get a helpful answer out of an associate here but then again from interactions with them I think that many have never used or, for that matter, know the names of products that they sell.

Menards almost always has some of the best prices around. They keep their store clean, I appreciate having it near.

The service in the warehouse and yard is virtually nonexistent. Not a single employee to be found . After loading my own trailer with no help , you receive a full body cavity search while exiting . The Gate guard ask to see under my Tonneau cover that they never inspected on entering. If there was an employee that would help load , the gate guard wouldn’t have to spend 10 minutes counting the number of items on my trailer . This type of service makes me feel like a criminal. I understand security , but assistance in the yard and warehouse could alleviate a lot of these issues . I was very disappointed in the entire experience 2 days in a row . After exiting I went back inside to tell the service desk about my experience’s. The young boys comment was “ did you ask for assistance “ . Poor customer service would be an understatement .

Dylan was great getting the grill I wanted. The lines were long and slow checking out. There was no one available to help me load it. The management was just walking around with other associates not having anyone open another register. Management training would be a boost!!

Any company who expects their customers to comply with communism does not deserve a red American cent out of my wallet.Violations of constitutional rights by any business is a big NO.Jeff the manager and Becca the office manager should NOT have their positions in management. It’s fine. Menards wants to push communism and compliance with bogus mask mandates. Lowe’s will get my business from now on.I urge everyone to STOP supporting communist businesses like menards. This is AMERICA. land of the free because of the Brave. And clearly menards has lost touch with its customers!

Only issue was Todd the guy in lighting yelled at several people for not wearing mask properly. But he didnt have his over his mouth while helping us. Halli was really helpful at customer service.

No customer service to help. The shiplap panels were all mixed up and no pricing on some of them. Some pieces were damaged. Told someone and they said they would let someone know and just kept walking. No nails to use for the shiplap. Cashier, Victoria was very nice, excellent job to her.

No one to help you, I had a girl tell me to pull my mask up. That had came down while taking a picture of a fan, I wasn’t asked I was threatened to be escorted out. I’ll be back to spend my rebate but never again after that. I’ll go where I can get help and not threaten.

Not many shoppers there, took back an item and bought a different item, wood was out of sight price wise so I cancelled my plans until normalcy returns !!!!!

With everything returning back to how it was, there didnt seem to be many complications or problems navigating around the store.

I have spent about $10,000 in this location over the past 4 months renovating our house . 3/20/21 they over charged my bank card and put two transactions for $300.33 . Fortunately I have money in my account but they acted like it’s not their problem and just call my bank , my bank said it’s debit so they can’t just void it out and I have to now start a fraud dispute against menards . I am so disappointed by the customer service that they wouldn’t look into this and now my money is tied up for lord knows how long waiting on a credit dispute

Everyone is pretty knowledgeable when you can find the person thats stationed in that particular department. They are friendly enough, and when I walk by an associate theyll ask if I need any help before I even say anything. Prices are decent, and they price match local competitors (meaning Lowes). They lose a star because they dont have free delivery, and delivery fee is a bit expensive, and its a 3rd party delivery service on top of that. All in all theyre great.

There is always something new at Menards. Today I enjoyed the holiday decor. Masks and social distancing was observed. It makes it a more comfortable shopping experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I am using my wife google acct. I am a local general contractor. I went into Menards one day to get supplies for a customer. They demanded that I put on a mask. I politely told the lady that I have a medical exemption. She said im calling security I said ok and walked on. They caught up with me in the shelving area and the manager told me I had to have a mask. I told him that I have a medical exemption and he said that basically he didnt care and that this is private property inside this store and that they require masks. He told me I needed to leave immediately. I told him that last year that I spent over a $100,000.00 in materials alone. I also told him that they would never get any of my business again. I have already told several customers that I will not go there and they need to find products from other sources. I would like for MENARDS to know, they have permanently lost a local contractor and all of my customers too. I hope they go under and shut their doors for good.

One of my favorite places to shop, but seems to be out of stock on several things that I use for my craft supplies! Its been out of stock for several weeks.

Normally we really like Menards but today I am not happy. Bought two Stratton wicker style, patio, chairs. $109.99 each. Went to unload and one plastic foot is missing. Touched it and it started to unravel. We live south east of Mt Gilead. Long story short, trip back to Menards.

Pick up new whirlpool washer. Got it home all dented up. Didnt check when I picked it up. Should have unwrapped it and inspected at store. Know dam well loader guy new he was giving me dented model. Would not recommend.

I bought some plastic shelving. Had some good service and some bad I asked a employee about smaller resin tables and felt like I was at walmart. Was told if you dont see it there we dont have it.

I had exceptional service. I placed an order last night and picked it up today. I was informed at the order desk that I had been required to designate store fill which I didnt. The young man that waited on me offered to fill it for me and that I could wait in my car. I sat for only 5 minutes when he returned with my order. He explained about self and store fill after loading my car. His help and attitude displayed exceptional customer service. A very well done and thank you to him.

I came to the Marion store today and was asked to leave by a security guard since I had my 9 year old daughter with me. They evidently do not allow anyone under 16 in their store now. I understand wearing a mask and social distancing but thats ridiculous. I will never purchase anything from Menards again.

I love that they require a mask to shop here .I felt safe, I felt respectful.Even in a town like Marion ,where King Trumps sheep get their health news from Fox.I would be happy to spend 8 grand there.

The store is not following guidelines set by the governor. No temperatures were taken prior to workers starting today. Be safe and use gloves or sanitizer when in this store.

Great store with an excellent location. Easy access just off Rt 95 and more than enough parking. The store is clean and well organized. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help no matter what project youre working on. And from time to time they have an 11% rebate program as well.

When Dad was still here, (lost in 09) needed new toilet for home. Went to Menards in Marion to get him out and purchased a new toilet. Worker there at that time was very helpful. So now anything I need along those lines, Menards in Marion. Good people.

I was NOT looking forward to going shopping for the needed supplies to complete My weekend chores. Ken at Menards changed My mood. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The rest of the staff was friendly, and were happy to help Me. Great place to shop, and judging from the staff it must be a great place to work as well. To the staff at Menards I say Thanks.
