This location does not seem to have as many items in stock or to choose from as other locations I have visited. The staff seems OK K but there are a couple of gentlemen at the gun counter that that I feel like in manners. Although they have a couple rude employeesI have had great experiences with most of their employees being respectful, helpful, well mannered and professional.

Always fun to stop in. Great prices and a decent amount of low cost items made in the USA - always cool to find.

Always an interesting place to visit. They had what I was looking for and what was specified online. Appeared to be in the middle of resets for some of the departments and plants and trees were the aisles to prevent them from being damaged by frost. As with many other places, they were short on some inventory. Nevertheless, will return here in the future.

I love RK, but compared to others Ive been to this place was trashed. Pallets in the middle of isle dirty looking ( smelled clean) restrooms. Staff was nice and helpful but the store just looked dirty

We really LOVE Rural King!!! Best place for car batteries. If you see something, better buy it while youre there. Its one of those type stores, discount items. They have overstocks and stuff like that. So one time its there, next time its not. That makes it fun though, you never know for sure what theyll have. Farm items and their brand is consistent though. Their brand of trash bags, the construction ones are awesome too!! Anyway, happy hunting and be ready to enjoy the surprises!!!

Too many customers without masks. If youre not afraid of dying..... Its great. No one addressed the mask issues. Some customers didnt even have one presentwhile others only covered their mouth. Um, that doesnt help anything .. Just shopping like there is no pandemic and not socially distancing.

I needed a new battery for my SUV. We have found that Rural King is the best place to buy batteries. Prices are much lower than any other place. I got what I needed and likely saved $40.

I stood in line for 15 minutes with 10 people in front of me they only had one line open. At that point I pushed my cart to the side and I left will not be back someone needs to pull their head out of their backside. And get more help for the front line

The reason I did give 5 stars is because this was the first time being there and it was hard to find things for example I find water hoses and thought that the swimming pools would be around them they was not they would beside a/c well did think about that but everyone was very helpful when I ask where things was at they told me exactly where things was one other when I called to check if they had swimming pools and I asked questions about the pools everything I asked they said hold on like me ask I felt like if you had to ask yourself why dont you just give the phone to someone that knows these answers so I dont just get fed up and go out there anyways when I really didnt have because that was all I really need and they didnt have what I was looking for in the price range I was wanting anyways the reason I didnt give them a bad review is because I get it at times things get busy and you just try your best at the point in time because you want to help but have 20 other things going on and plus on top all that when I went out there they had so cool stuff for cheap prices was not a bad store overall

After waiting for a half hour to get waited on at the gun barn, was informed that I still had to go through a background check to pick up a hand gun that I ordered. State law says that since I am a CHL holder I don’t have to go through a background check to buy a gun! I told them to forget it and to refund my money. This store needs more help and someone to clean and organize this store. Very disappointed!

We LOVE Rural King, especially the Mt Vernon location but this store is not like the others. The shelves were a mess and much of the store was disorganized. Many items had no price label on the shelving or item tag. Stuff was loosely piled up on lower shelves and aisles were partially blocked. All checkout lanes were closed but the returns/ customer service desk was lit up. We waited a while with several other customers but no one showed up to check us out. We ended putting everything back and left. It was bizarre. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the employee at the gun counter greeted us. Also, they had no exterior lit sign or parking lot lights on which was weird. This was at about 6:30pm.

Love Rural king been to several other stores ,but my first time at Marion store place was a mess .Boxes stalked in many isles making it impassible.Many shelves very low on stock .Back to Marysville location same distance from my home . Wish more Rural kings were as nice as Circleville

Was only going for a can of spray paint but wound up buying a really nice flashlight, shovel, some flower and vegetable seeds, some soil, a pair of boots, some dog food, and some IBC Cream Soda!!! I absolutely love Rural King and should have known better than to think I could get out of there only having bought a can of spray paint...lol

Usually love this place but shelves were a bit bare this time.

My favorite thing about this store is that it has all kinds of american flag, blue lives matter, constitution written in a t-shirt, patriotic stuff, and a sign that says masks required due to governmental regulation. Nothing says we need less government, not more! Than waving the flag of your government and waving the adulterated flag of those that enforce the governmental regulations. Derp.

First time visiting but was not happy at all! I called first before traveling almost an hour to get there to ask about a specific high visibility winter coat and size. The girl that answered said oh ya weve got them. I get there and all they had was lightweight springtime type coats and very few in stock! Not what I wanted at all and to top it off my little girl needed to use the restroom and it was an awful mess and the toilet was loose on the floor! Was a complete waste of my time!

Bought some shirts that were too big and exchanged for smaller sizes. It was hassle free.

I bought a shotgun here two days ago. There was a problem when the salesman boxed it up for me it fell apart and he put it back together wrong. I called the store to talk to him, and he told me I bought a cheap product and they wouldnt do anything about it I would have to deal with the manufacturer. Four calls to the store and one call to corporate later I finally got the manager to respond. He and others agreed that the problem was it was reassembled improperly. He had me take it to a local gunsmith and offered to reimburse me for the repairs. I did bring the receipt back to the store and it took me longer to get the reimbursement than it did to pick it out and get the background-check. Im extremely unsatisfied with this experience and this store in particular.

I would never recommend anyone to do business with these people on their utvs or anything motor operated. We bought our two utvs brought them home our big 550 UTV began to overheat within an hour of owning the machine. We return the machine for repairs its been 2 weeks we still have not got our machine back let alone know whats even wrong with our machine. We have called numerous times I have that in my call log list on my phone also message after message still no response. This company still has our UTV and still telling us every day we can pick it up the next day but yet we have not got it back we have tried to cancel our loan for the utvs and return the equipment however Redstone credit union has already paid rural King and therefore they cannot cancel our loan. Weve suggested rural can give their money back and keep their equipment and we still keep getting the runaround. Do not do business with this company with anything that is engine operated! update::another week has come and gone, its Monday and we still do not have our UTV back. First they told us it was a hose that they said was cut which is not possible we only had the machine for an hour before it began to overheat! Then they told us it was a sensor then they told us it was a thermostat then they told us the part came in and it was a broken part and they had to return it and get a new part and now theyre telling us its the water pump this place is a joke!! Update! It is now Wednesday we are still being told that were waiting on a water pump its the 28th of April mind you our first payment is due May 6th that is an 8 days and we have yet to do more than one hours worth of riding on this Update; well its Friday we still dont have our UTV back! Still being told waiting on on a water pump. It does flabbergast me on how there can be four major parts broken on a UTV that is supposed to be brand new! I have reached out to corporate and have not heard back I have reached out to Redstone which is the finance holder they cant do anything unless rural King gives back their money.. another weekend come and gone and payment due in 5 days I absolutely discourage anyone from doing business with this company.. update: so here we are another week has gone by and I still do not have our UTV. Ive contacted the store and spoke with Jim hes now telling me the water pump came in two days ago and its still not installed because they have a part-time mechanic who only works 3 days a week until noon! On a plus side our payment is now not due until June but yet almost 30 days after buying our utv and we still dont have the UTV. I still havent heard back from the manager of the store Paul. Or corporate office since Ive made all my phone calls to them.. I am completely disappointed with the store please do your research before you do business with them! update: so on Friday May 7th we picked up the UTV only to get it home unload it from the trailer drive it to the garage and have it overheat again! Talking about livid yes were livid! I have place calls back to the company and waiting on response what to do next it is now Tuesday May 11th UTV is at my house but still not drivable. This is getting to the point where it is starting to cause emotional and mental anguish Im starting to feel defeated and overwhelmed with the entire situation, it is now Tuesday May 18th the UTV is still at my house and still undrivable continues to overheat, have been in touch with Bo havent heard back since first conversation also been in touch with Shane have not heard back since first conversation have spoke back with Jim he does his best to keep in contact but really can do nothing he is only a sales person spoke with Paul and was told that they will have a mobile mechanic come to my house to find out what the issue is, but if they couldnt figure out the issue while it was at the shop what makes you think a mobile mechanic will be able to figure it out at my house. Anyways I have accepted for them to send a mobile mechanic but still waiting on that appointment was told theyd call

Dirty and disorganized from top to bottom. Really disgusting and gross. Cant believe they are still in business. Health dept needs to step in. The restrooms were so gross, we walked in and walked out. Shelves were about 1/8 full.

For their first year in a bit more like the last time I had a chance of getting my own place in a bit and was hoping that you could give us a few days of work and I will give it to your parents to take the kids out to dinner and get a few drinks for a Gengar Pokémon and then a few more days of sleep in a bit of the same time as I am sure I have been able and am not able for a Gengar Pokémon to get a new one for the collection of it is a great deal and a half way of life and the other day you will be able and not just a little on the Switch and the other one I have to do tiktok it would have to go with a few different things and then we will be in a bit more fun and I will try and make some time to talk about the project I am working with in this area of work here in San Jose as I have been in a bit with a few friends who had been trying for the collection of a couple more of a few days and it was the only thing that had been doing that to the beat the last time I had a good day at the airport in a bit I had a good moderator of the day.

I called into the store and spoke with Bonnie with customer service. I was immediately treated as if i was a bother or inconvenience. I asked about stock for a milwaukee tool and after she huffed put me on hold for 10 minutes which was a complete disrespectful. I get the store may be busy, but from someone that spends tens of thousands a year at the Marion Rural King store i expected to at least get treated like anyone else. So after waiting for 10 minutes I decided i would just drive up to the store. I walked in and purchased what I had called in reference of along with a cart full of other items. I was standing in line and looked over to the front desk were a couple of associates were just standing around laughing and not helping anyone. So I pushed my cart over to the customer service desk and asked if I could check out there. I was immediately told well you can wait in line Im too busy. I stated well I didnt know since associates we standing around. As I started to walk away I was debating just leaving my cart and doing business somewhere else. After getting back in line the woman started calling people over to the desk to be checked out. I was pretty aggravated by this so I went over there to check out. As I got up to check out I saw her nametag stated Bonnie. I started checking out and as she bagged my items I was just trying to have a conversation and be polite by asking you guys must be busy today. Bonnie just said yeah to many people calling in and asking questions. I thought to myself well I was one of those people. I was needing some pellets so I inquired about a pallet of pellets. You would have thought that i asked her to go run the store and do my shopping as she huffed and rolled her eyes. So finally i finished checking out and I asked do i go to the normal side to get loaded just wanting to double check and she again rolled her eyes as if she was above me and I was trash. She stated well if you bought them before its going to be the same. I was very insulted by the way I was treated and I have not been back since. I have been pricing other stores or even considering driving to another Rural King Store. The customer service from the customer service desk by Bonnie was just rude. As i felt she treated me like she was better than me and i was just a bother to even deal with. So unprofessional and uncalled for.
