Moved up here in November 2020 and needed a reputable tire shop. Tried Belle Tire but they screwed up my car. Went to Tire Barn, and I wish I went to them first. I needed new tires for my car, they quoted me a price, got the tires installed quickly and I was out in less than an hour. Then I had a leak in my tire, went there with the wheel, they patched it and even put the wheel back onto my car in under 10 minutes. They are incredibly professional, courteous, and treat everyone with respect. They are an amazing shop and would recommend them to anyone!

Why list tires online that are not in stock at the store? Tires different from the ones I selected when I made my appointment were put on my car without my knowledge. They neglected to tell me that BEFORE the tires were installed. They said the tires I wanted were not in stock anywhere. I noticed the different tires later. Online price differed from what I actually paid at the store. Not sure if Id ever go back to this business. The workers were pleasant, however, and the quality of the tires appear to be good, but only time will tell. The space near the desk could use some attention as tires block the area in front of the service desk.

I’ve considered working with other companies but Tire Barn always does right by us. They look out for our needs, answer questions, and help make sure we have the best deals possible. Then when it comes to service/repair, they are always helpful.

My family has been getting their tires here for years. They are always professional and quick to get us taken care of. The prices are great and the services they offer such as periodically rotating my tires and the road hazard have been wonderful!!

Took my car for an alignment. Afterwards my car was pulling right and I had to fight it to keep it straight, I took it back they supposedly fixed it. It was a little better but the steering wheel was not aligned with the wheels so driving straight it was slightly turned right and if I straightened it up, it would start going left and it definitely wasnt doing that before. Took it back for a third time, again, a little better but still overall the same issue, definitely wont be back as it seems to be a pretty simple procedure and they couldnt get it right.

I needed my tire fixed due to a slow leak, having to re air the tire daily and not even driving the car. When we arrived, we were greeted promptly, asked the problem, given a price of the bill before the tire was repaired. We were in there less than a half hour. They were very polite and quick and I was given my keys by the time I got to my car. Very fast service.

Went in to have my tires rotated. The work was completed quickly and staff treated me with respect.

The owner was good about recommending I repair my tire rather than replace for a lower cost.

Was told I needed a new tire from someone else. They could g ave sold me the tire but after looking at it said the tire was fixable.

Spoke with them twice on the phone, let them know it was a class C they said they had the tires so we headed there on a flat. Got there and were sorry we didnt know it was that big so we cant do it... sorry...(even though I mentioned 16k lbs and RV) so we have to wait until tomorrow now on a flat tire, to drive to another tire shop. Not happy especially considering we live in this Rv.

I was almost home when my car made an awful noise like my tire blew out. I pulled into an empty parking lot to do an inspection. All my tires appeared fine. I have tire valves that show the pressure and all were normal. So I continued home hearing a slow thumping sound. Turns out I had a huge screw wedged in my back tire. It was a Sunday so I took the tire off and took it to Tire Barn Monday. I hadnt been there before but had read on their site how they seal it from the inside and outside. It was done in under 30 minutes and they showed me how big the screw was. Best of all, I was charged nothing. Great place, great employees, will definitely go back.

Tire Barn in Marion Indiana has been my go to place for several years. I was in on 8/25/2018 for tire repair, the customer service was awesome!!! They treat me great and always take care of my needs. The techs explain everything and never pressure you for things you dont need. Tire Barn is the only place I will go for tires from this point forward!

Came in only for a tire rotation. Quick and efficient, but the inflation on one tire was still low, just as it was before I brought in the car. I had forgotten to mention it, but my receipt appears to indicate that the pressure was not checked. I thought that would be a standard courtesy. If not, then my mistake.

Service was quick and good but whoever rang me up tried upping my bill by 100 dollars with things I specifically asked to not put on where he proceeded to tell me any of these extra thing are just free to the customer as he also couldnt answer my question of if my tires hazard and lifetime warranty applied if I moved my tires to another ca . My all- time favorite tire store. Everyone is so polite and helpful. I shop on-line and if the tires I want are not instock they will give me a free upgrade deal at the same price. They are super fast and convenient. Very clean store. I highly recommend this company.

Overall the experience is good. The reason for 3 stars is because when I first talk with the person behind the counter, they act like I am putting them out and they dont want to deal with me. Once I make it clear that they are going to be doing something, they become different, helpful, people. I have seen this same attitude out of three different counter people over the years. Makes me wonder if they are training each other to have this same initial attitude. !?!

I am assuming everything was completed correctly. I bought tires from there last year. I was not told that they do not align the tires when they are put on the car. They just balance them. I had to purchase 2 new tires because they were severely worn from improper alignment. The tires were less then 10 months old. Needless to say I was not happy. The gentleman that helped me did waive the alignment fee because of the issue. I was not prepared to buy new tires after 10 months. Pretty disappointed that happened.

The tire barn on South Western has been taking care ofall our tire needs for 8+ years. They are fantastic! Their customer service is excellent and they always outfit our vehicles with great products never trying to under sell or over sell a particular brand. Highly recommend!

I have dealt with Tire Barn in Marion for several years now. The guys who run this place are totally awesome. Definitely purchase road hazard they will fix flats and such for free and I know because I get alot of nails...lol. They will take care of you like nobody else. Just ask for Larry, he rocks!!!

Came in for two tires but needed 3. Gave me a hefty discount to keep it all in my price range. And it was done in 15 minutes. I sat on hold with the next closest tire shop longer than it took them to finish the job entirely. Dont bother with anyone else in town, this is the place to go.

Brought my car in to Tire Choice in Trinity, FL for an oil change and tire rotation. My hubcaps have a lock and my key was stolen from one of the other tire places, and this location (not Tire Barn, and not in Indiana, but this is where the link brought me) didnt have a key, so my tires werent rotated. If they had the key and able to do tire rotation, Id have given 5 stars. They advised me about needing to get fluids changed and flushes in the next few thousand miles as Im nearing 75K miles on my old car. However, they didnt give me a list of bogus repairs needed that the other tire place tried to talk me into. I appreciate not being treated like an idiot and being upsold for work that isnt needed or not needed right away. Everyone was pleasant and very kind. As long as they are honest, Ill keep coming in. ;)

The gentlemen helping me patch my tire made an effort to keep me informed on every little detail they were doing, and made sure I was as up to date as I could be, even with such a small job as a tire patch.

When you pay $500+ for lifetime, but that doesnt include manufacturer defects (yes, tread still perfect, but outter & inner tires were dryrot IS ABSOLUTELY A MANUFACTUR DEFECT)! Id been better off just paying 40 bucks for some used tires instead of me believing I had lifetime I got sent away with a flat!

This is the worst tire barn in Indiana. The manager is rude and inflexible in his policies even when he knows that tire barn was in the wrong. Thank goodness for the Muncie store.
