Very nice store,so glad to have a Sears back in town. I stopped in and looked around. Nice selection of lawn and garden, home appliances, and tools witch is what I was there for. The employees are great they listen to me and hear what I need. Not what they think I need. Over all very satisfied, looking forward to doing business with you folks.

Excellent staff. Brent is the best he is very kind and compassionate he actually took the time to make sure I got the stove that I needed and he didnt try to up sale me like most sales people. Thanks Brent I will definitely be back.

Got an AC from here. Staff was super knowledgeable and was able to help me choose the right btu size.I took advantage of the lease program because money was a little tight. This was perfect and I was able to make a payment I could afford .Would highly recommend checking out the Marion Sears Hometown Store.

So we leased a chain saw and the chain wouldnt stay tightened and the oil wasnt burning correctly. So we called and the fella said yes its got a 2 year warranty bring it in and well do an exchange. We get there at the Marion OH store . Then they dont exchange it they just do a refund that wont be in my account for 3-4 days . How fair is that . He flat out lied . Weve bought other things there. But after this making us wait on our money not exchanging like we were told . Lies and unfairly treated we WONT BE BACK AGAIN after this treatment!

I came into the store with a problem with a mower I had bought at another Sears store. The salesman did a very good job trying to help me and directed me toward where I could find the information and parts to solve my problem.

I dont know why you have this on here because you cannot see the comments only your responses! And the others are your employees this is the worse store experience I have ever had we gave YOU our money but its been a month still merchandise and you will NOT give me my money back I have to go online to get my money back wth is that??? So in fact this is a fake store you might as not waste your time and just go online at home and order or go to a real Sears in Mansfield or Polaris and get the real deal!! I have never seen anything like this before in my life!!! This store is just a display store for online shopping!!!!

I have a broken rake with a lifetime warranty they said they cant replace it because they dont carry it in stock i was told i have to go to Mansfield to get one the sears that was in delaware would just order it if you needed something replaced

Just bought a tool set today on the closing store sale, $219.99 regular got it for 152 out the door ,got home got online and its on there web site for $69.99 and free shipping, boy that old guy saw me coming! FICKING RIP OFF!!! He Marked the receipt, sales finale no returns or refunds, WTF!!!!!
