With so little ability these days to find good, friendly and helpful customer service it was such a pleasant surprise when the young man at Game Stop took the time to answer my questions with a pleasant attitude and the patience needed to deal with a non-gamer mom like myself trying to shop for her young new gamer.Both employees working there were helpful and pleasant to those with questions and were obviously knowledgeable listening to their answers. What they did not know they discussed and even tried researching. Years ago I think this would have been expected but is truly so hard to find these days and I am very grateful for all the great customer service found here.The bad part of the experience came from both my husband and I standing in line with the showcased game cover to present to purchase the game and finding out that they did not have that game available. Frustrating but happens. But, then, the next two customers heard the same thing. Not available. A man came in looking for a gaming system and after answering all of his questions the friendly staff revealed that the system was not available there and near impossible that it would be found anytime soon.As the timing of the visit was only days before covid Christmas, milling in the store and waiting long period of time in a line for barely there stock presented as available was really frustrating and not a great practice. If it is not in stock then dont display it and make clear the availability of products.

Extremely helpful staff on phone and in-person that assisted me with a problem on an online order.They easily resolved it and went above and beyond. They also recommended a new accessory available for my system that Im very happy with.I unfortunately didnt get their names but the manager and two associates were very friendly. I highly recommend this location.

Meh. Decent customer service and selection. At the end of the day its just another gamestop, so price your expectations accordingly.

Went to game stop at mall of nh on Monday jan 18 to buy $499 Xbox. Young kid asks me if I have a mask. I said no I have a medical exemption. He says he does not care and if I do not leave the store immediately he will call security. I WILL NEVER SHOP IN ANY GAME STOP EVER AGAIN FOR BEING TREATED SO DISREPECTFULLY.

They always have boxes out displaying gamer gear (like headsets and keyboards) for you to ask about, for them to tell to they dont have it in stock

Won’t answer the phone and will hang up on the first ring. This is bad for business the Derry store actually pick up their phone when they are getting hit with stuff. Unprofessional need to speak with management about this location.

Employee at the counter was very helpful and tried to get me a better deal on the game I got but searching other locations for a cheaper option. Wasnt overly aggressive in pushing GameStops products.

Employee was very passive aggressive and seemed like he didnt care to help. I admit my situation was a bit abnormal and unusual, but the employee seemed to not care to help me.Might as well be prejudice against me due to how he was happily able to help those in front of me, but seemed like he didnt want anything to do with me. However, I cant confirm it so just be careful.

The staff go out of their way to remember you. Which I find fantastic, even though people slam the company itself, this store is my go to for all my gaming needs. Tyler, Matt, and Greg have never given me a hard time and they are always a pleasure.Even though its a smaller store, it never seems devoid of product, and it always looks as a game store should. I really like this place because its cozy and Im allowed to peruse in peace.Also if youre looking for the latest gaming news feel free to ask. So long as its not busy, the advisors are more than willing to share their thoughts and opinions. 10/10

Terrible customer service. I tried being professional & polite while returning a product that was accidentally ordered 3 times because of their glitchy mobile website. The retailer I spoke to was very rude, angry, and clearly hated working there. Their online store and mobile app is also attrocious. Customer support is non-existent. This is why most people order games from Amazon and other retailers instead.

Got what I wanted

Stopped in with the grandchildren. Good but over priced selection of used games. Friendly staff. Very helpful in finding what I needed for a gift for a 13 year old.

Great prices but sometimes you are standing around waiting to be cashed out for a while but its only because they go above and beyond answering questions

Cool store, well stocked.. but wow, unknowledgeable employees... I came in to ask a few questions, and what a waste of time... I asked about several games, and two different gaming systems (Nintendo Switch, & XBox One S).. and could not get one helpful answer.. I had to go on YouTube when I left to get any type of idea... Now I understand if you took the job not really knowing much about gaming... but when you have two employees, that are adults, and not children, dont you think it may be slightly advantageous to learn a thing or two about the products you sell?? Having a knowledgable staff is usually recommended Game Stop!!.. Take some Fing pride in your work for Christ sake... Im not a big gamer, my children are, and I knew more than these toolbags.. so, great store, convenient locale, terrible employees.... I guess good help must be hard to come by, huh Game Stop?.. as if knowing nothing wasnt bad enough, they were kind of rude too.... suffice it to say, I was under impressed, enough to take the time to tell all of you about the experience... ☝️👎👎🎭💯☠🖤.

Went to Game Stop the other day to trade in a game. This dude Richard H ( or maybe it was Dick H)was behind the counter. This guy was beyond rude and acted like he owned the place. First he made smirking faces at my trade in and then got pissy because I asked for cash. In turn he just stared at me with a jerky look on his face. When he asked me to sign the key pad, I just did a quick squiggly line, because Its game stop, who cares. The guy actually got all pissy and was like thats not acceptable, sign it again. Like who the hell do you think you are buddy? This guy needs to be canned. Sniveling weasel. The akward white stains on the front of his Destiny 2 shirt were also a nice touch. Never had a problem at this store until I encountered this turd bag!

Even though theres one in the mall its worth visiting by this one because they have the rarer used games I find.

Went with my friend and they I.D him because he was buying The master cheif collection and some girl with glasses was working and when he gave them his school ID that has a picture and his birthdate she refused it so I had to show her my own ID but then refused us service went to the one at the mall and they took his school ID no problem Id give this place zero stars but Im not able to
