Made an appointment to buy a vehicle and confirmed availability before making the 1.5 hour drive to Werner Mazda. Upon arrival, the sales manager Richard Hammond welcomed me to the showroom and called Cameron to pull out the car and work up the sale. When Cameron arrived, he and Richard spoke, and I was told that Richard refreshed his browser only to see that—just 8 minutes ago—another customer had made a deposit on the car I was there to purchase.Richard Hammond said that he would try to secure a suitable replacement vehicle from another dealer. If that interaction happens, I will post a review for it as well.

Jan 2021 Had a great experience as dealerships go... I was able to get a good value for a brand new cx5. My first new car ever. They tried hard to stay within my budget, although I wish the warranty adds at financing were more transparent up front to factor this in. Dave was very knowledgeable and respectful. Ive been back a couple times for service and things have gone smoothly and staff is very easy and nice. My trade in value was disappointing.

Had a great experience here last month purchasing a certified pre-owned 2018 Mazda 3! The salesperson Tucker was helpful, easygoing, and professional. The other staff members I interacted with were helpful too making the whole buying process easy and convenient. As for the car, I love it. It looks great, handles well, and gets excellent gas mileage. I actually seem to be getting several MPG above the EPA estimates for the vehicle so far. I purchased my 2016 mazda 3 from here in 2019, and had a great experience. Ive been taking it here for maintenance as well, and until recently, have always had a good experience. However, this most recent time, when I brought it in for inspection, I was told that there was an issue with my car that required almost $300 in repair. I was extremely skeptical, as the video that was sent to me of the inspection did not appear to show what the mechanic was claiming. I took it to another shop for a second opinion, and they agreed that the issue was NOT an issue at all. Saved me $300. I will not be going back here for maintenance.

Wanted to change my interior of my Mazda 3 to all black. Their online parts store had the cheapest parts I could find. The employees in the parts department were very nice and helpful and made sure all the parts I needed were correct and kept me updated on the status of the parts as a few parts needed to be shipped from Japan. Parts were packaged well and had no problems installing them.

I’ve leased 2 Mazdas from Werner and also get them serviced here. If you are looking to buy/lease a Mazda (which you should, they’re some of most fun to drive cars), ask for Cameron in sales, he is awesome to work with and will take great care of you. I needed an oil change, and the service department was backed up.....and yet they managed to get me in.

I ordered Mazda parts online from Werner for my Fiat 124 Spider Abarth (same platform as Miata).Communication was great - they reached out about one day after I placed the order to let me know an item was back ordered and asked how I wanted to proceed.A refund was promptly issued for the part in question and then shipping numbers appeared. This Mazda serviced my Mazda 3 ever since I moved to NH and they always went above and beyond. Unfortunately, my Mazda 3 was totaled and I was devastated to have to buy a car. I had visited Toyota to look at a RAV4 and the entire experience was terrible. Unenthusiastic salesperson, chaotic environment, and unwelcoming. But then I went to Mazda and the place was clean, welcoming, and the salespeople were so happy to work with us. They made us feel like we were cared for and I walked away with a perfect car for me. They even filled my 19 gallon gas tank. David took the time to show me how everything worked with all of the electronic details, He even programmed my phone to sync with the cars bluetooth.They inspected it for free and going forward every year, Werner will inspect my car for only $10 as long as I have the car.Stop in just to check out the waiting lounge. Its stocked like a cafe with tons of snacks and goodies. I visited several dealerships in my search for the perfect car. The best service that I received was from Werner Mazda which was the second Mazda dealer that I visited. I also visited local dealers of Buick, Ford, Jeep, and Toyota. My favorite dealership was Werner and I did buy a car from them. I recall the Zoom Zoom commercials. And the two models that I test drove were certainly zoom zoom. Love the way the Mazdas handle. David was my agent and he was great; his personal touch and assistance was truly special. I recommend this dealership highly.

I take my old 2008 Mazda in from time to time and they do a great job of letting me know whats going on with it. Staff is super friendly and completed recall work quickly. I always expect a dealership to try to sell me a new car when I take my car in but I havent had that experience at Werner. In fact, on the last visit they assured me the car was in good shape which was very reassuring to me.

Cameron was very nice and knowledgable. The dealership made the car-buying experience easy, fast, and better than any Ive ever experienced. They did a great job and were better than the 3 other dealerships I visited by far. They care about you and give you what you want as opposed to what they want to sell.

As far as car dealerships go, this was a very reasonable experience. We met several times with our sales person (Roger) and were not pressured. They treated us fairly and respected our bottom line methods of doing business. Picking up the car was easy and as promised. Id do business again here without hesitation.

The car buying experience was made easy and went smoothly....everyone was respectful and professional. The three star review comes from when the paperwork was signed and vehicle paid for and was getting ready to leave, I was handed only one key....I guess after spending $22,400 on a 2016 vehicle I expected two sets of keys. There was no offer to get me another key or at the least get me one at a reduced rate....nothing...just sorry theres only one. This, after an overall good experience, just left a bad taste in my mouth. So, as of now the least expensive Key I can find is $200.

Roger was super helpful from my initial phone call right up to my purchase of a beautiful 2015 Mazda3 from their excellent preowned inventory. The car pretty much sold itself, but Roger was gracious enough to let that happen without any pressure or excessive sales hype. Eric, Jay, and Rich were so courteous and helpful with negotiating the price and arranging the financing that I purchased the car on the spot and drove it home that evening.So far I love the car. I have never had good luck with cars..ever. Werner Mazda was the first real dealership I ever walked into because I knew I needed something new that I didnt have to keep spending money on just to keep on the road. From the time I walked in the door to the minute I drove away in my new Mazda the entire team was nothing but amazing! Everyone I spoke with was super knowledgeable and there was never any questions left unanswered. They have a great service department also, in and out for oil changes and state inspections are just as fast. I am on my second lease with them and they even got my 17 year old into a safe reliable car that I didnt have to worry about. The staff at Werner Mazda always go out of their way with customer satisfaction, there is no place else I would rather go.

Had a great experience buying here. Was looking for a very specific used Mazda6 and they had the only one around. David Lee was extremely helpful, took a video and sent it me on YouTube since I was traveling a distance, and took more than enough time with me to go over my options. Negotiation was typical and pretty easy without a lot of back and forth since the sales manager was right there and not in a back room somewhere. Ive had a few questions post-sale and David has continued to be very responsive, which is most appreciated. I would buy here again.

Brought my Mazda in for service and was very impressed! The service team was very kind and helpful and did not try to push any sales. In the waiting room there was a wonderful massage chair along with a Keurig machine with variety of coffee flavors and also many healthy snack options. We had a good experience here. Do be aware, they do give good prices but we had to work for it in terms of negotiating. These guys have a good selection of inventory and seem to move quite a bit of volume as well. Its quite a bit smaller than some of the surrounding dealers, however their sales consultants and finance manager are easily the best in the business. They make it an effort for you not to feel pressured into buying a vehicle, they go over all of your options with you to try and figure out what works best. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car, new or used.

Great experience here. The team was very respectful and knowledgeable. Joe Murphy (sales rep) new everything about the vehicles we looked at down to explaining why engine and rpm fluctuated the way they did and the benefits of that.
