I had a great experience with Auto Fair Ford of Manchester. I shopped every single Ford dealer in NH as well as some just across the Maine border. Not only were they the most competitive in pricing, every member of staff I interacted with was fantastic. Friendly, informative and very helpful. They were the original dealer that pointed me in the direction of custom ordering and the benefits of doing so. This worked out for me better than any other option at the time. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and I left the dealer a month ago very happy. I have had many previous experience where that was not the case and am very pleased at the turn out here. I have already recommended others to follow my footsteps with Auto Fair.

My husband brought our 2015 F150 in for state inspection and an alignment (we recently installed new suspension). Ford also performed a recall service for the master brake cylinder.Due to a bad experience at Ford of Londonderry where they left the engine cover loose, we checked over the truck when we got it home. Auto fair Ford left our intake loose from the recall service and burned a hole in one of the neoprene covers for the suspension when they did the alignment. Would not bring another vehicle here for service.

Went in to lease a new vehicle, manager and salesman both played games. Told me that their own online calculator must’ve given me the wrong calculation. Happily walked out and leased the same exact vehicle at McGovern Ford for exactly what the calculator showed. Not $135 more per month as what Autofair tried to tell me.

BEWARE! Went and got my truck serviced and picked it up today. When I went to pay with my credit card I was told they are now charging a 3.5% fee! To pay with your credit card! Can’t believe a company this size is hosing people like that. What if you can’t afford to pay cash or debit? Now this dealership is charging a ridiculous fee that is no way near offset with points from any card I’m aware off…. Last time I go here. Called Londonderry Ford and Salem NH. They do not charge any additional fees…

Buyer Beware…My 90 year old dad went to Auto Fair Ford and was ripped off by about $17,000. They sold him an F150 and charged $2000+ over the sticker price, gave him 27k trade in value on a vehicle worth $45k and then added all kinds of insurance extras he didn’t need. I was able to get about 8k back after bringing my dad back in but will be pursuing legal action to get the remaining money. It’s unbelievable that they could do this to an elderly man. Chuck the GM is well aware of the situation.

If you previously bought a car from Autofair Ford five years ago or more, this is not the same dealership you remember. The service has gone downhill. Where do I begin? From the incompetent rude salesman, to the lackluster prices, to the unfair trade-in offers being made when let’s face it trade-ins everywhere are at an all-time high. A few words of advice to save yourself a headache: take your business elsewhere. This business does not value loyalty, and there’s not a fair deal to be had.

We went to ford auto fare expecting not to buy at the moment, how lever Trevor came out to talk with us. Not pushy at all very patient asked what we were looking for and budget. He did not try to sell us something we didn’t want or can’t afford. The whole experience was amazing nothing I have experienced when purchasing a car. We ended up buying and I would recommend Trevor as a salesman. The financial manager was amazing as well. Explained everything and made sure we understood everything. I will go back again when I’m ready to buy another vehicle or recommend others to go there to purchase a vehicle .

My husband and I went to AF Ford the other day and it was a horrible experience. I bought my first car at AF Honda and it went well so I wanted to check back in at the franchise. I talked to a woman named Nicole via email and that was very pleasant. We dealt with a guy named Scott who couldn’t give us much info at a vehicle we were looking at and also shut us down hard when we asked about going down on the price because we could see a few things wrong. I told him I was willing to sit down and go over what we were looking for. He began to show us vehicles that were 5-10 years old with 60k+ miles. I told him we wanted something newer with less miles and he said that wasn’t realistic for our price range. I showed him a piece of paper I had printed out from doing my research and there were 6 vehicles over at AF Hyundai that matched that criteria. He told us to go look over there and come back if we don’t find anything. He was very rude and standoffish. We spent our day at Hyundai and left with the perfect vehicle! FYI these branches have different owners and Hyundai was way more welcoming and helpful!

Ive had my fair share of poor dealer experiences. This was my first vehicle purchase from a dealer (except for a motorcycle), but Ive had wrong parts ordered multiple times, recalls that were performed incorrectly, inspections during those recalls that missed obvious problems and flagged me for bogus repairs, etc... The few times Ive hung around long enough Ive usually been approached by someone overbearingly trying to sell me what I didnt want. I decided it was time to finally purchase a new truck and was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Auto Fair Ford. They were patient, knowledgeable, and spent the time to get me exactly what I was looking for. The whole process went the way It should have. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Auto Fair.

I got taken for a ride at this dealership. In July of 2020, I found a truck to replace my Tacoma. My first mistake was going to a Ford dealer to complete this transaction. I test drive a CPO 19 F150. Previous owner was a rental company, so it had scratches and scrapes everywhere, a missing headrest, and a missing locking latch on the passenger rear door. I test it out and come back. While I wait for them to value my trade, I sit for what feels like an eternity. They come back and offer me 9k for my trade. They keep coming up $1k at a time, talking about all the work that has to be done and how trim panels need to be replaced and the roof pan needs to be replaced before it can be sold, and theyre taking that hit. All this time, I offer to take my keys and leave, but my keys are nowhere to be found.Fast forward to two weeks later when I find my truck in the exact same condition after having gone to auction, sitting on a lot in Minnesota for $22k. My decals were still on the tailgate, and between that detail and the VIN, I was able to verify that the truck was mine.The new truck is delivered to me, no headrest. I badger the sales rep for it, and he says its available for purchase. I dont think so. Another battle, and its available for pickup from the parts department. Again, I dont think so. Finally manage to get it to a location within a reasonable distance, and the headrest and the cloth cover are two pieces, and its unassembled. Still missing the locking mechanism for the passenger rear door. The truck idles rough, stalls in traffic. Thanks for nothing, Autofair Ford.

Brought my 2013 Ford Fusion in with a dead battery and ABS issues (service traction control/no hill start assist, abs light on, no power steering) which started a very long and terrible nightmare that youll want to hear.So i got a call back from Shannon telling me that i needed my engine sealed and a new battery ($1,700 total) and that the abs issue (mostly happened during rain) would have to be showing the code to be fixed... you would think they could figure out to take it through a car wash or spray it with water but oh well. Shannon told me the oil leak could be causing it. So i payed the 1,700 dollars only to have it come on about 10 minutes after i left. also there was smoke coming from the engine which never happened before. So I called them back and they told me its normal for the traction control warnings to come on when wet and the smoke was probably pine needles.. ok.A month and a half later i notice a good amount of smoke coming off my engine and the ABS issue never went away, also I needed an inspection so i called again. i tell them about the engine and the abs and they said they would take a look at it and do the inspection. come to find out the engine they sealed had a crack in the valve body cover which they fixed but when i brought up the abs issue again Shannon told me i would need to pay another 150 for a diagnostic just to look in that area. I was already starting to get frustrated with them so i declined. still had my car inspected by the way (very unsafe).So of course the ABS issue was still happening so my fiance called the supervisor and spoke with him and got the diagnostic fee waived so they could finally figure out this abs issue (it had gotten worse). So they call back and say its a wheel speed sensor 150 bucks no biggie. Well after they installed that Shannon called me back to inform me they pinpointed the location to my ABS module and the whole thing needs to be replaced. Finally i had enough and told them Im getting a second opinion. Somehow they managed to make the issue even worse. the lights stayed on constantly during rain.Guess what? it was the wiring like i had been telling them every time i went in there and it cost 106 dollars to fix. versus the 1600 they wanted for the abs module, on top of the 1,700 they already charged me. These people are either absolutely negligent or complete scam artists. seems more like they were ripping me off. NEVER go here and especially NEVER work with Shannon to top it off she has a terrible attitude and treats you like a crazy person if you try and tell her what you believe the issue is. terrible terrible people. could have killed me because they want money. absolute shame.

This car I decided to give Autofair Ford a chance because you had the vehicle I was interested in most, the 2020 Ford Escape! I have to say I am extremely pleased with my experience. Manny my car dealer was awesome!! He answered all my questions and made sure I got what suv I truly wanted! And I wasn’t there very long, maybe an hour tops! He made sure to direct me to finance with Beau and he was awesome too at getting me approved through Ford where my bank I was previously invested in would not take on the new loan. They both, along with all the other staff really impressed me with all their hard dedication to make sure I went home happy! I Brought my 2015 explorer in for a Side panel door and actuator vent for the HVAC distribution, 1 vent blew ac, 1 vent blew heat- I professionally explained my issue wth the service dept, and put in ticket, addressed a alingnment issue with tire at 60 and disappears at 70, and had 2 valve stems replaced.got car back, car worse at 60 mph, i turned on the ac and now nothing works.. . called back advisor not in- called back next day telling me the rear ac lines are leaking.never again folksnever again

30 OCT 2020-Today, I just got off the phone with CHUCK HOGAN. In order for me to re-do a deal with them, I would have to “remove the negative review I posted yesterday” as if my initial experience with them did not matter. That wasn’t going to happen! I had no idea that my wife wanted to go back to AutoFair because they lowered the price on the Raptor we were looking at on Monday. Talk about SHADY. I informed him that I don’t deal with people who place conditions upon purchase of a vehicle.What I have learned from this TERRIBLE experience is that I NEED TO READ REVIEWS FROM OTHERS BEFORE I GO IN TO SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY IN THAT BUSINESS. I encourage you all to read these reviews as well.The worst car buying experience I ever had. The salesperson was rude, answered every question with one answer. The Finance Manager, Adele never returned our call. It seems as if they take not buying one of their cars personal. Portsmouth Ford is much better and they treated my family and I with respect as soon as we opened the door.

Went in just looking around, the lady I had was pleasant, really liked her a lot. However they got me in to sign paperwork and sat there for 5 hours dealing with the finance dept, the guy I had kept coming over making different excuses and such on the vehicle of interest for me. I said I wasn’t ready to commit to anything but insisted on pressuring me to put my deposit down on it as I had been shopping around elsewhere for the same vehicle and getting better deals elsewhere but still decided to give them a shot. Price gouging at its finest here at this establishment. They will not have my business again and they gave me a hard time about returning my deposit. Less than impressed and have found what I wanted elsewhere for a better much deal.On top of it, the following day they called me, denying me the vehicle and said they refuse to sell a vehicle to me until I get someone else on my loan after I made the deposit and they gave me the approval and everything else. Shady much?

Beware! AutoFair Ford is NOT FAIR! This dealership does not want to sell to out of state buyers. After inquiring about the vehicle on Cars.com and working with Patricias team through virtual appointments, we were ready to purchase the vehicle. It was at that time that they said they had other appointments and wouldnt hold the car for us. We were all set to pay in full via wire transfer, but they told us that because its first come first serve, they couldnt sell us the car and we would have to wait until after the weekend. Well, WE WERE FIRST, we wanted the car first, and we were willing to pay first. They are a bunch of liars and live up to the stereotypes of used car salespeople. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I bought a 2018 F150 that was clearly not ready to be sold (should have known from only seeing outside pics on the website). I ended up having to wait at the dealer after all paperwork was signed for an additional few HOURS while it got detailed. My sales person was awesome though, kept me company while I waited. Then I went to register the truck and the paperwork was missing. I had to drive an hour to the dealer to get a new copy. They made it right by putting about $60 worth of gas back into my truck. Overall I do recommend them and would shop there again.

Don’t go here. Don’t see Brandon. Don’t trust finance dept. I went there last Friday. Sat for 3 hours. Signed paperwork and drone home in a new car. They came to my house took my extra rims and tires on my 2018 I was trading in. Still with no paper work.5 days later after my credit and my husband’s credit being slathered the new car is going back and the “lost” lug nuts to our gold rims they took off our trade in. What a mess. Worst service ever. Don’t go there !!!!!

Sales man and their manager wanted me to drop $70K in a truck they would NOT let me test drive and were giving me alll kind of great excuses one being, “People buy these trucks without test driving them”😂 was their reason! needless to say left right away and bought a Brand new one at Best Ford in Nashua, which I Highly Highly Recommend!

I bought a 2014 Chevy from them. Took month before I could get it legal on the road, took 2 days to purchase the vehicle. There customer service representative and sales representative are very rude. I took my Chevy back to have it inspected after it took 3 months to register it. They told me I couldnt get the inspection because the inspection sticker already on it didnt match the registration. Told them thats how you sold it to me. I was 7 and half months pregnant after waiting for 4 hours for a inspection and oil change I then had to wait another 2 hours for them to look into it. Smh... I went back there 5 months after having the car because the temperature Gage was not working I called in to make a appt. After wanting to charge me over 600 dollars to fix it they charged me 148 dollars to look at the car a fee they never told me about. I took it to Nashua hole tire sale. Were I use to go all the time and they fixed it and looked at my car for less then 148 dollars. They are a rip off and have horrible customer service.

Autofair was good.. Just the gent taking care of us let us sit for 2 hours without any word of our cars status. We had to go Find Him. Was a busy day for them..but we got through.Very friendly bunch.. Lots of trucks and cars to see.. Awkward entrance and very quirky exit when leaving service area. Was a clean place.. Water fountain with cups near the bench we sat on for those 2 hours..Much better atmosphere than my first experience there. Id return if needed..

I got what I feel is a decent deal on my new car. I didnt need a new car so I held out until I got what I wanted. Once we got close on all the numbers, I said Id take it if they got me a rubber mat for the cargo area. They agreed and I bought the car. Well its been over 2 months and still no mat. I was moving stuff from my truck to my new car in the dark. Well, I forgot a pair of really nice sunglasses in the old vehicle. Went back the next day to get them and of course they were gone.I highly doubt Ill be going back to Autofair Ford when its time to get my next vehicle. With no cargo mat and missing sunglasses, it makes me wonder about integrity.

I saw a Black 2013 Honda Odyssey EX-L on 6/14/20, I had been searching for one for 6 months with low mileage, black with a sunroof. This one fit all the requirements and then some! I was truly worried about someone else taking it before i was able to get down to Manchester from Lewiston, ME. I had spoken to a few different people along this journey, Tammie and Nicole kept me posted the availability of the van throughout the week, while Dionne and Dave helped me actually purchase the vehicle before seeing it. A leap I never thought i would take but the mileage alone was worth it! Its creeping up on 20 days and I discovered the battery really needed to be replaced, I contacted Dave and he said they would reimburse me for a new one!!!! These guys made this purchase super easy. Second time weve been here. First time they conveniently forgot to do our oil change and only changed the headlight that was out. So we came back to get that done one week later. An hour later a food truck arrives at 11am and now we have to wait for their lunch cause it parked in front of the bay our vehicles in. Now an hours and a half had gone by. Make sure you give plenty of time if you go here. Wow they then almost backed into my fiance as he waited for them to park and locked the door when I tried to get my stuff in it. Now waiting for them to give us keys to get into my own car. Its 64 degrees out.Edit theyve now called my fiances father to tell him to take down this review. Unprofessional and creepy!
