What a great experience. Went in to just get a feel for a few different style cars they had on the lot. Chris Moranville came out, and with a low pressure, accommodating attitude showed me what I wanted to see, asked a few questions, listened and directed me right to my new car!! Nothing I had intended to ever look at, but he knew it fit the bill based on what I said from the cars I was looking at. And even showing me the car, didnt show me as if it was a high pressure sale, just explained the great features, mileage and cost and how though it wasnt an SUV it fit 99% of what I wanted.
