I had never bought a car from a dealership let alone trade one in at the same time. Jason was fantastic he walked me through the process and they gave me more than I asked for my car. When I went down for a test drive, there was no sales pitch it was just me checking the car out. I decided I wanted the car and the next day I was able to go down and pick it up. Unfortunately when I got home I realized the tail light was broken. I sent an email just to give them a heads up, I was not expecting anything from them. But he offered to pay for the tail light at my mechanic, I was floured! I honestly love the car I’m in, and how amazing Jason was to deal with it was just like talking to a family friend. I highly recommend these guys for used cars!

This place is awesome. My son bought his car here back in Dec and they were very nice, laid back and made you feel like family. We have been back since then and till this day the feeling is the same. Jimmy is a great salesman as he knows we are in search for at I am searching for a car for myself and not only does he tries to give you good deals, he lets you test drive them so freely and is very honest. I first purchased a vehicle from Comet about 6-7 years ago, to this day I couldn’t be happier with the service I have always received from this dealership. 3 to 4 trade ins, from no credit to excellent. This dealership is family owned and operated and what I difference it makes! I honestly couldn’t imagine going to another dealership. Any issues that ever came up were handled promptly, with the highest level of customer service and communication. With my last trade in they actually searched for a make and model I wanted called me back a week later to tell me they had it for me!! I would highly recommend to anyone unsure of where to bring their business, since then my husband has now gone with them as well. Fair honest and friendly.

I came out here on a whim not really looking for a car. When i found a car in their lot online, 2016 Subaru legacy, great price and decent mileage, they called me right back after leaving a voicemail. once i got there they were very polite and fast in helping me even though they have a few different customers and another serious matter going on. despite that other issue, which would have drawn a lot of customers away, i paid no mind, gave them the benefit of the doubt, and they apologized and continued to help me with what i needed. i am very happy that i gave them the chance to work with me. not only did they get me into this beautiful car, they literally did it over night. they gave me exactly what i needed with my price range and trade in. when i drove it home there were apparent issues with the breaks that i did not notice upon test driving. i got in contact with nick who took care of it immediately. told me to take it to my own mechanic (because i am from MA) and they would pay for what needed to be fixed. they were amazing! the were fast, proficient, and made sure everything was good. nick took the time to answer any and all questions i had. nick even stayed later than their closing time and waited for me to get out of work and drive 45 minutes to get there so that i could drive my car home that night. they went above and beyond. i would recommend them for sure! Nick and Jim were awesome!

My sisters boyfriend bought a vehicle from this company almost 2 years ago and it has been nothing short of great for him, so he referred me to them. I ended up buying a 2015 Ford Fusion Titanium from Nick, the sales manager, at Comet Auto Sales, a week ago. He guided me towards that specific car because it has the best resale value, for when Im ready to trade it in or refinance it. While driving the car it had an issue with one of the sensors, which was causing the vehicle to stall while in motion, which poses a serious danger for not only myself, but others driving around me. I called Nick regarding the matter and he immediately addressed the situation and has been working with my schedule to get the car fixed and taken care of with one of their local mechanic shops. Jim, the owner, is very nice and reassured me that they will get it taken care of and not leave me in the dust. I can be a little anxious and impatient when dealing with situations like this, but Nick has been very understanding and forthcoming, which I appreciate. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a trustworthy sales representative and an affordable vehicle. Thank you guys!

I just recently purchased a 2013 Ford Edge from Comet Auto Sales - which I love! The price was more than fair and the whole experience was stress, and pressure free. I also wanted to note - I typically purchase a new vehicle every two years due to the amount of driving my work requires. That being said, I have been through this process many times. You often find that salesmen are very agreeable during the sale, however, the company/people are not helpful to the customer after the sale. Well I found out after my loan was processed that the loan company I financed with was offering a no payment for 90 days for new loans, however, this required the loan to be re written. Nick, at Comet Auto sales, made time AFTER THE SALE HAD HAPPENED, to contact the indirect lending officers at the financial institution I financed the vehicle through, to figure out how the loan needed to be amended so that I was eligible for this offer. Talk about service after the sale! I could not be happier and more confident with the purchase of y new vehicle! Thank You!

To sum it up, stay far away, they could be a great place but it has its issues that need to be worked out internally before anyone should have to go through them.5/1/2018Just to add to this to make sure that the statement is read correctly by the Owner first off when when a salesmen says be a man to a customer is just amazing. and the A+ rating by one person and anyone who tries to leave a negative review gets a lovely response of the customer must be mistaken, weve never worked with them I should mention i have reached out to the BBB to ensure that they have all of the documentation proving that we have done business. I should also make note that calling me a troll is so becoming of a supposed business man . but also it should be noted releasing private information just goes to show how easy it is to prove that compliance is not a strong suit and data security isnt at the top of their game. now where should i begin sense Comet signed the cancellation as my bank reports, telling me 1 of 2 things either (hypothetically speaking) they wanted to scam me, or they wanted to insure they got more money out of me.so where do we stand. well simply put releasing private information of a customer whether being their job status or financial information, calling them names for whatever the owner though he would gain, and proving my point about the Internal problems this company has. it sounds like a concession to me, it really sounds like everything Ive said was true and it really wasnt all that hard to please me in that sense because i ended up at Ira Toyota buying a car the next day for a better deal than you salesman gave me. so thank you for your concern there but really it wasnt that tough.Good Game Sir Ill be reporting these actions to the BBB as well and dropping a line to anyone possible to make sure I get this rectified in a positive manor, we can only hope the name calling is left in the sandbox this time with the rest of the children._________________________More Info____________________________________Shopped around a bit started with Comet and was happy with the service up till a point, I knew there would be issues going into this but all i was truly looking for was their salesmen to show some integrity instead i was told thats being a man and bullied by their sales manager Nick Multon, on top of that they claim that they have never done business with me too bad i have all of the phone records and my paper work to submit to the Better Business Bureau along with their 1 review for their A+ rating, I will continue to fight that battle because its worth it to me to give people honest reviews. still havent gotten my $500 refund for my down payment back but that Ill have to report to my bank instead and let them investigate further.I have never been so poorly treated by a salesmen in my life and Ive worked with plentyon a good note though they do have an okay selection, simply put if only they could get their act together a bit and actually follow what they say theyre going to do that would be amazing. maybe even worth giving another chance but at this point not gonna happen._____________________________________________________________________

Bought my 2012 jeep compass from Jesse @ comet. low pressure but full attention. process was so easy. but above all, attention and service after the sale. had a small issue with brakes on my purchase and these guys jumped through hoops to accommodate and rectify situation.couldnt be happier and if you are searching for a place to buy..this is it.Update: Just got a 2016 Kia Rio after my 2012 Jeep Compass was totalled in an accident. Jesse remembered who I was, and took great care of me! He went above and beyond - I told him my preferences, and hed try out cars for me. If he knew I wouldnt like the car, he was honest and didnt try to sell me just anything. Worked around my schedule, set me up with the information I needed for the gap insurance and a refund on my service warranty, got me set up with a new key for the Kia (battery was dying), and was very accommodating. Great people, great company! 👍

Just don’t. Bought an Audi at 80k miles. At the time, I didn’t know much about cars. Long story short, they saw me coming. Got about 5k miles out of the car before the dashboard started lighting up.I brought the car to COMETS mechanic and they said they have no idea how to work with these cars, and that they didn’t know why they would sell it.Kept on with the car and finally brought it to the Audi dealership (after repetitive oil light) where they told me there was an oil leak and a gas leak.I brought the car back to the dealership and told them the story. Jesse pretty much tried to shame me on Yelp. It’s been a while since this terrible experience. I don’t really want to go in to it. Just make sure you know the car you’re buying. People are nasty and will do anything for a buck. Comet will do anything for a buck.

Would not reccomend. And if you do buy from them get your own thorough inspection done before you sign! And their third party warranty company is a joke! Also when i was having issues with the car they sold me and i just needed some simple paper work and proof of service they said they performed they NEVER got back to me just kept ignoring my calls and messages!
