Doug Johnson provided an incredible car-buying experience: so welcoming, friendly, customer-focused, chatty with no bs. He asked what my needs were and actually listened to my responses. Doug was genuinely committed to helping me, regardless if I got a car through him. I felt zero pressure to buy a vehicle.Austin Greeley, a finance manager, was great to work with. He was friendly, thorough, and provided plain-language explanations about options. Again, no pressure applied.The dealership is a clean, spacious, and busy place. Background music plays and sunlight streams in through the giant windows.This transaction was smooth and virtually painless (the prices of vehicles is shocking, which is painful part). These people are fantastic to deal with!

First, I have to say the associate that I was working with was incredibly nice, his name was Mr. Mark Gillispie. On this particular visit on 10/22, I had a four wheel alignment done as I had just put new, $800 Michelin‘s on the car less than two days before. So I was very pleased with this encounter. So this five star review is for him personally, as he made the experience hassle free and was just a very overall nice person.I have had a recall taken care of, as well as an oil change done previously, and I was very satisfied with the service.On the other hand, on 10/29 I had an experience that wasn’t so great. But I will leave that for the next survey.

I went to a LOT of dealerships in search of the perfect new car and one of the best experiences I had was at AutoFair. The team was friendly, professional, and attentive. They weren’t pushy and actually listened to what I was looking for and what I wanted in a car rather than trying to convince me to buy a car with more bells and whistles or that was outside of my budget. Even the time it took to sign the paperwork was shorter than other dealerships I’ve experienced. Overall Ed and Joe made the experience easy and pleasant and I would definitely recommend them if you’re in the market for a new Hyundai.

The agent was polite, attentive and handled the request for a fix for the recall on our 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. There were additional services recommended by the mechanic in the amount of $544.40 for spark plug replacement every 45k miles that are not outlined in Hyundai service website at the 45k mile interval. Also recommended was a fuel induction service. We had a fuel injection service not long ago and this service was not necessary. The agent demonstrated high customer satisfaction skills but we don’t appreciate the recommendation for unnecessary services.

I sold an extra car I had to auto fair Hyundai. They offered me a very reasonable price! Luke was awesome and very customer focused, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very fluent in his delivery and very educated on his product. I also dealt with Derek the used car sales manager, he was very friendly and informative. One thing I can say is they weren’t pushy at all, which is refreshing and it didn’t feel like I was at a typical car dealership. They made suggestions that fit exactly what I needed. Mark is always the best to work with whenever I bring my vehicle in for repairs, oil changes, warranty items, etc. Always honest and upfront about cost and anything else I should know about. I’ve been coming here for years (although, I do miss the old service center before the remodel when he was the service manager). Although I am not a fan of all the price hikes and fees for using cards now (what happened to the $39.95 oil change?), I do keep coming back because of good customer service.

Don’t buy a vehicle from them they will scam you out of your money. They sold me a lemon and didn’t tell me about any front end damages. Because of that I was in a car accident and I broke my neck. They don’t call or pay the customers back you have to wait months for a call and refund.

I walked in and Eddie came right up to us and was very helpful and quick at getting me into a 2019 Hyundai Tucson. Took my G90 for warranty work. Was forced to agree to a $99 evaluation charge in case the issue was not covered by warranty. The tech agreed my front brake caliper wasn’t releasing fully which led to a slightly dragging brake. They would not cover it under warranty because the part hadn’t “failed”. And they wanted the $99. I explained that by that standard very few issues would be covered under warranty. They didn’t care…I will never return. And to think I was considering trading for a GV80. Sad.

They answer all your questions and explain all that they will be doing and after it’s done they go over everything again. I have always been very pleased with everyone I have dealt with. I had the pleasure of working with Vladimir. Not only was he friendly, but he was extremely straight forward and honest. I came in looking to test drive a 2017 Santa Fe and found out it had been sold the day before. He found me a 2018 Santa Fe with all the features I was looking for without taking a long time. I was able to schedule an appointment over the phone fairly easily. I was able to drop my vehicle off early and it was repaired much faster than I anticipated, at a cost I felt was reasonable and less than I thought it would be. Shop is clean and staff is pleasant and informative. Definitely recommend them!

I came in for the first time 2 weeks ago to get information and confirm that the Santa Fe was the vehicle I would purchase. I was worried that I would be pressured to buy that day, but there was no pressure at all. Rondo was my sales person and despite knowing that I would not be buying that day, he still took all necessary time to work with me, show all the features that came with the Santa Fe, and make sure that I understood the different feature packages. I felt ready to buy today and everyone was so helpful. I will definitely go back for any future purchases.

Have to say buying my car was very easy and stress free I test drove about a dozen cars until I found my 2018 kona sel ! The staff from greeting to end where fantastic !Rondo was awesome to work with!!Now on to an issue I had that is still unresolved if not for that it would be a 5 star rating! The service advisor mark is very rude and quoted me a price for labor and parts far above what another dealership quoted me he told me $250 for the part and nearly $600 for labor and then told me he couldnt get me in to even see the issue for 2 weeks really? !!! ! So what happened is that I went through a car wash and my antenna broke !! Fortunately keene hyundai came through the next day and was quoted $470 out the door!! I have made numerous calls to the service manager at autofait hyundai with no call back! This is how they lose customers!!!!

Service was prompt and employees were great. I can only give 4 stars due to AutoFair’s new policy on charging a fee when using a credit card. Really AutoFair? I would feel very differently if this was a small business. I will go back to my previous mechanic for any regular maintenance beyond covered visits.

My granddaughter had been waiting almost a month at CarMax to get her car and they kept putting her off. She had it picked out but they keep telling her they were fixing this or that and didnt know when it would be ready. She walked into AutoFair tonight and was taking care of and not pressured. The first car she didnt really like and the second car she loves. We got the paperwork done and she drove out with the car. So instead of waiting a month for a car she drove it out in just a few hours.

Brought my vehicle in for a recall and check on rear speakers. Although I don’t feel the rear speakers put out even quarter as much sound as the front does, I’m told they’re ok. My 2010 rear speakers are equal to the front ones. Where my new 2020 has rear speakers that you can barely hear when the volume is on max and only coming from the rear speakers. I’ll get more sound if I pay to swap 10yr old speakers into my new 2020.Customer service was quick and efficient.

Very disappointed that we were continously contacted to make an appointment to come see a certain vehicle (which we did), just to drive over an hour to get there, sit down, take info and copy of licenses, etc. just to be then told they dont have that type of vehicle there right now (its on a truck somewhere on its way). Then proceed to ask would we like to make another appointment to come when the vehicles get here? Are you flipping serious!!! We dont live around the corner nor did you have anyempathy that you wasted our time and gas! You could have very easily contacted us before we drove all that way to reschedule our appointment if you knew the only vehicle we told you we were interested in was not there. Its very inconsiderate and poor customer service. You dont have a problem repeatedly contacting us before hand to hound us to make an appointment though, so much that it borders on harassment. Thanks though, I did take my business elsewhere and did buy the vehicle I was going to buy from you. Peoples time is important and you should be more considerate of that.

Brandon was our salesperson. He was outstanding. He was concise, cooperative, and totally professional in his assisting us in purchasing our 2016 Traverse.Austin, I assume in the bookkeeping/finance/documentation department was also outstanding. His explanation of the financial package was accurate and professional.My wife has significant allergies. We requested through Brandon that they use no scented cleaners. They did a wonderful job.I have only one small criticism. It was daylight when headed home (1.5 hour ride). As dusk set in, I turned on the lights. To our dismay the rear passenger taillights had 1-2 bulbs dead. I would have hoped the prep department would have replaced them before our departure. Fortuntely we did not get a ticket.My overall rating is excellent. I highly recommend AutoFair Hyundai and especially Brandon.

Wasted 2 hours driving here for my first service.. the passive aggressive service writer did everything but say he refused to do it because I didn’t have enough miles on the car (I don’t drive much) even tho I’ve had the car for a year… no worries tho I’ll just go somewhere else.. attitude is everything - especially in customer service…Best of luck to ya if you decide to take a chance on this dealer like I did… what a waste of time…You’ve lost yet another customer for life…PS - Send that service advisor to charm school…PSS - Please tell whom ever on the sales floor who’s wearing the excessive amount of axe body spray to tone it down a little…UPDATE - The general manager did reach out to me via phone to resolve the issue I had. AutoFair Hyundai of Manchester has the best salespeople and cars.I went there to turn in my leased Hyundai and leased a beautiful Hyundai Kona.I have been leasing Hyundai cars and suv’s for many years.Hyundai is so reliable also great service to go with whatever you decide. Needed to get a car that was easier for my 87 year old Dad to get in and out of. Brandon Qualter was my sales person and he was awesome to deal with!! He was patient with me during the process as I waffled between a few SUVs, dealt with the finance guys and I felt like he had my best interests at heart. I highly recommend him and hope he is there when it is time to upgrade again. Thank you Brandon, was a pleasure to work with you!!

I was very unhappy at the service dept. I made an appt for 5pm for an oil change.. was told they were running behind.. came back at 7:00pm and my car did not move from the spot I put it in. Hopefully, next time it will be quicker. My car was done at 715pm.
