Very nice experience shopping at Bed Bath and beyond outlet. Large stock of items. Arrangements of items were very nice and easy to locate. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lots of staff that was friendly. Only came in because the best buy next door was not open yet, just needed batteries. Decided to browse a bit and my God their prices are extremely high on almost every item I looked at. Cashiers were a bit slow and did not let me say no to giving my email address to them which is really annoying. Store was clean and stocked.

Went in for seasonal coffees, came out with clearance aisle GOLD! New portable gas grill, 1/2 price! OralB toothbrush- 1/2 price! NEW echoshow- 1/2 price! And I got my coffee - DELICIOUS! Is it Christmas already?

Very happy to go here and check out what they have! They are always helpful and the staff offer help when they see you. They are of course more expensive but the items they sell are high quality.

I normally enjoy BB&B, but the lady at the checkout today was exceptionally rude to me when I did my return. The Manchester store that I visited by Costco has really taken a nosedive both with merchandise, cleanliness and organization of the store, plus the stock is rather boring and limited. I realize patience is needed due to Covid-19, as I too, am in retail management, but rudeness.....there it no excuse. The bright spot....$16.99 MyPillows on clearance. I bought 4. BB&B being politically correct is my gain.

I had a curbside return. A delightful young woman came to get my product and my credit card. She returned several minutes later with my card and my receipt. It’s wonderful that the management is making this so easy for us seniors.

Dont go into this location and expect to be taken care of when receiving gifts. I received a housewarming gift in March but it didnt come with a gift receipt and it came in an incredibly large damaged box. I unpacked the gift within the box and immediately called BBB to exchange the gift since it was too large for my countertops. They told me that since it was a gift, Id need to go into the store to return, but since all stores were closed for Covid I had to wait 3 months for them to reopen. I went in June as soon as they reopened with my case number from the online call but didnt have the incredibly large box it was sent it that apparently houses the BBB number for them to look up. It was packed in a smaller box in the inside with a BBB label on it addressed to me so i thought this was suffice. Apparently I was incorrect in assuming so and the manager that was called over to assist me insinuated that I had stolen the product and/or was delivered it by mistake and told me I should have a conscious and do the right thing. I cannot even believe the audacity of a supervisor to suggest this when I had a clear track record of when it was delivered, called the web team immediately and even had a case number to reference. As i walked out she was meeting with her team to point out customers like me that should be banned from the stores. Hands down the worst experience Ive ever had in a store. I will never return or purchase anything from BBB ever again.

I bought the Roomba s7+ in July 2019. After 6 months it stopped working properly so I contacted the manufacturer. There was nothing they could do because of parts on back order, etc. etc. After several months of no results and email reminders of the back order, iRobot suggested I contact the retailer. I spoke to the BBB manager, Melissa and she was very sympathetic to my issue. Although it was not their policy to allow exchanges after 90 days she made an exception and allowed me to get a fully functional robot vacuum. She was very kind and I truly appreciate her understanding and readiness to do right by the customer. Kudos to you, Melissa!

They really didnt have how to handle an item that was put on hold for me from another store. They looked at me as if I had 3 heads. Had to explain in great detail about why I was there. Has that never happened before, where 1 one calls another store and said a customer was coming to get this item, because were out of stock? I dont think Im the only person who has done this before

I love this store, everything I want is in here. Friendly staff, items are well organized and are easy to locate. Only thing is that the parking is terrible. For that many big stores around that shopping plaza, the parking is too small. If you have the patience to drive around and look for parking, this should be fine.

They have a huge selection of many household items you may need. Theyre staff seemed very friendly and helpful as well. We bought from someones gift registry, and the process of looking over the registry and picking an item was very simple and easy.

I like this place its good you can always use the coupons. However your manager BRIDGETT was her name I believe..was horrible. I asked someone and I think they said she was a manager. Not wise at all. Watched me oddly as I shopped. Im not sure but checked out fine.

What a GREAT home store! They practically have everything that you need for your home! Plus, they have things you didnt know you needed! What I really like about this store is there return policy. I have had issues with some of their products. They have always stood behind their products. Its nice to know that you dont have to argue for a return.

It was great, I had someone helping me and Im extremely disappointed that I didnt get his name because he was amazing. They dont stock my popcorn popper but ordered it for me to deliver to my house for free. No minimums. Electronics can be returned up to one year. They take multiple coupons even if expired. Very friendly helpful staff.

Bridgett is the absolute worst employee. She stares at you the whole time you are shopping. I get they try to watch for shop lifters. But doubt I can fit a comforter in my purse. Lay off. Shes rude as well. When we checked out (because she followed me to the register) she was just unpleasent. If thats a manager BBB has very low standards. Seriously reconsidering why I go to this place especially with no coupons.

This place was just okay because you know what they are very creme-de-la-creme type people if youre not pulling up in a beamer Mercedes Alexis Im pulling up in something like I dont know a Ford or Mazda then I look at you like youre the bottom feeders that come into our gracious store. They ask you if you need help and fighting anything only because theyre watching you thinking that youre going to steal something with you come straight in from work in your work clothes. Get a grip people youre in Kirkwood not Town & Country or Ladue.

Almost everything for kitchen and bathroom

Its always a pleasure to shop here. I had recently moved and wanted to update my mailing addeess to insure continued receipt of coupons and the store associate was very helpful in doing this.

Getting to and from this location is always a challenge because of the unusual set-up of this shopping plaza. Its particularly challenging in part because of how busy Manchester Road is, and 141 in the west side. Once youre there, theres plenty of parking and the store is always well-stocked, clean and staffed with helpful team members.

So many choices once your in there for something specific you usually come out with more its a great place friendly atmosphere and wide variety of things to look at and decide yes it can be pricey but you get what you buy and normally good quality.

The place to shop for those high in items st super good prices, youll save bigtime!

Purchase a carry-on luggage bag did not like the quality return the next day its been 4 weeks Im still waiting for my refund. When I called today they saw the return but now I have to send it to another department which will take three to four days and then that department needs to send it to another department double take7 to 10 days to refund$41.68. If I hadnt called I never would have gotten it I still havent gotten it. Very desperate her company is large to pull Shenanigans like this. I will never do business with this company again.

Even though I live closer to the Ellisville store, I usually go to the Bed Bath and Beyond out in St. Charles. simply because the customer service is SO much better! I had to run into Ellisville yesterday for a return, and it re-confirmed why I try and avoid this location. Mark, the manager was very un- accommodating, and quite frankly rude! Customer service is obviously NOT his specialty, and Im not sure how he could be a manager! However, I will say that I was able to place an online order (in store) with Markita, and she went above and beyond. I dont believe she is a manager, but she SHOULD be! She was very friendly, and helpful! I will continue to drive out to St. Charles for all of my Bed Bath and Beyond needs.

So many items to close together I felt a little claustrophobic in there. They do have some good deals and you can always get a coupon on the internet to use!

Anytime I need to return something it’s a big ordeal. The one in Crestwood is always so nice and easy going. I will drive all the way to the Crestwood one because of their service!

Always check out the clearance shelves for unexpected deals. Bring as many coupons as you can round up, since you can use one for every item you buy. The store is jam packed with stuff and gadgets you never heard of but as soon as you see it you need it.

I really like this Bed Bath & Beyond location. They genetally have great product variety, and in my experience, the staff has always been helpful and friendly when Ive had questions or wanted to know about product availability at another store.If youre sending a kid away to college, definitely take advantage of their program that allows you to purchase items at your local store, and then pick them up at a Bed Bath & Beyond near the college they will be attending. You can get this at any Bed Bath & Beyond location. This was a huge help for us - no need to cram additional things into the car for the 8-hour drive, when we could just pick it up at the local store.One thing to be aware of when coming to the Manchester, Missouri location is that getting in and out of the center can be challenging during busy shopping times, like the holidays or weekends. Ive never had a problem with actually finding a parking space, but traffic can get backed up so it helps to know ahead of time to avoid being frustrated.If youre coming into the center from the entrance off of Highway 141, BB&B is in the lower portion of the shopping center - pass Costco and Walmart, then the next set of shops will have Bed Bath & Beyond.

Worst store on the planet. I tried to return a defective iRobot roomba vacuum that I had bought for $700 and they wanted to give me back only $200 in store credit. The cheapest you can buy the vacuum used is $550. Bed bath and beyond is a store that tries to scam people if you need to return an item. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else that has a better return policy.
