I don’t normally do reviews, but this one was well deserved. I pay for my TV bi-weekly, missed ONE week of payment, RAC Truck comes by my house to “repossess” my TV, was extremely rude and came into my garage thinking he has control over the situation. I understand that I am a WEEK (only one week) behind, and they come to repo my TV??? No thanks! I am returning the TV next week and will no longer be giving my business to rent a center regardless of location. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RENT A CENTER TO ANYONE! Just beware.

Harassment is an understatement. A nightmare and a headache. Constant calls texts and voicemails, multiples daily. The workers at the valley st location are so miserable unprofessional and have zero customer service skills. I would have to mentally prepare myself before having to talk to them. No matter if you pay on time or say please and thankyou you will NEVER get any type of decency back. Each phone call I would end with have a nice day and they would just hang up. Particularly Jen is just awful I would make my payments late just to be able to speak to anyone but her. I told her I was at work and would make a payment that day and she replied with “well you are late so can you do something right now” for a TWENTY FIVE DOLLAR PAYMENT. I highly suggest to people to pay their bill online or to transfer to the Milford location they are so helpful and kind there.

Worst customer service Ive ever seen. Lady behind the counter was very rude disrespectful. Lost my credit application could not be found. Did not even offer me to fill out another one just said sorry can I cant find your credit application.The guy behind the counter was not wearing a mask, I said so I dont have to wear a mask if youre not wearing one.He said , not a problem. That lady came got and said.If your not going to wear the mask leave the store.The guy ( employee ) wasnt wearing a mask.

I would not go to this store. Go to any other rent a center besides this one. The fat girl behind the register is half witted and the manager has no idea what customer service is. Dont waste your time. Go to Aarons or any other place. If there was a way to give 0 stars they would have gotten it.

Ashley & mario are pretty cool employees would deff recommend very friendly, quick & efficient. Exceeded my expectations keep up the good work guys !!

Got a portable washer and dryer, cannot believe that a place would sell such junk!!!! They brought me one that didnt work first then had to bring me another one it was broken in many places the filter was so full of thick black animal hair and filth, it would not even finish a ciycle had to spin clothes out 6 times but they were still dripping of soap!!! The dryer was all dented and looked as though a glitter bomb went off inside!!

Anyone that’s smart enough if your behind on payments and they continue the multiple calls a day to you and your references you can under New Hampshire law ask them to stop calling you if it’s inconvenient to you.. Tammy has violated the fair debt collection act multiple times and so has her co workers giving out account info to 3rd party people including my account number payment info and acts of defamation of character very unprofessional group of under educated people... all I can say is LAWSUIT coming there way for many reasons....!

I got a couch here and now a mattress, you have the option of paying it out rite which in my opinion is the best option, purchasing unnecessary things is a waste but actually important things are 100% worth it. Good people but dont be a minute late theyll call you like its no ones business, however you cant get to mad its their job!

Came in told them what I was going threw. Left the same day with exactly what I was looking for. Helped me along the way with questions, and they were answered. Overall great experience.

Tammy was the nicest woman in the world when I went to buy a couch from this place and she was so helpful (the couch had a few small stains because it was used which I was never told about but they even brought the price down a bunch) so I paid some money up front for the couch I wanted and left.. a week later the couch gets dropped off by the movers and they leave. I sat on the couch and immediately noticed a small bug (I googled pictures of bed bugs and sure enough there was a baby bed bug on my couch that literally just got brought in so I called RAC and told them and they didn’t sound surprised at ALL they acted like this was routine.. I took a picture of the bed bug on the couch so I could show them when they came to come look and when they got to my house they proceeded to act like I was lying saying “that looks darker than this couch” (I took the picture with flash and re took the picture in front of the movers to show them) then they said “well you probably got them on the couch, has there been a history of bugs here?” IN MY BUILDING THAT HAD JUST BEEN BUILT! I told them I don’t want the couches and I want them out of my house immediately. I went to RAC with them movers and was asking for my money back that I had already put down the week before. I wasn’t asking for anything else just my money back. Tammy came out and immediately started giving an insanely unprofessional attitude saying “um this picture looks nothing like our couch” I showed her the one I took in front of the movers and she rolled her eyes and goes “whatever I’ll just give you a refund” and that was that never once did she say sorry she just made it my fault and gave me attitude. PLEASE DO NOT RENT ANY FURNITURE HERE IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT WORK GETTING BED BUGS!!!! There is other RAC in Manchester and a colortyme. This was the most unprofessional disgusting experience I’ve ever had.

These people are awful in business conduct! Was never late on a payment, but yet they would start calling at 7am the SAME day payment was due until I paid, calling me ( and my contacts) upwards of 7 times per day. My last payment was 1 day late due to a personal issue and the woman who called had an absolutely wretched and horrible attitude, and she claimed that she was the manager. I would HIGHLY recommend nobody go through them for any reason. Be warned if you do, you will be harassed to no end.

They are rude and embarrassing. Obviously people who are renting the more expensive things in life obviously dont have cash flowing freely and sometimes in the course of a contract things come up. Tammy is just mean and if you can get by without ever needing to use RAC by all means do that youd be better off without the constant barrage of harassing phone calls.
