I stopped in to look for wide shoes which I struggle to find styles that look good and come in a wide. Jody was extremely helpful in fitting me in some shoes. Deceptive pricing and promos.I bought a pair of pants for $46.00, normally $96.00. This was a week ago. I went back yesterday to get the same ones in a different color because I like them. They were having their semi-annual 30% off every lowest price, which seemed like a great deal. NOPE. They had removed the $46.00 sticker and left the $96.00. This semi-annual sale made the same pair $21.00 more a week later. I normally wouldn’t review for something this petty, but when I brought it up to the cashier he couldn’t have cared less.

Will never do business with this company again. I accidentally ordered wrong and directly called to cancel order got rude customer service who refused to cancel my order I then asked to speak to a supervisor and they continuously refused. I called back and asked and was put in hold for over an hour. Will never let anyone in my family wear your merchandise again

Its a pretty big store with a wide selection of clothes. Just wish it was easier to find the right size. The best time to go is during the seasonal sale when a ton of stuff is discounted. The fitting rooms tend to get pretty cluttered. The people working there are always friendly and helpful. Though, Ive witnessed a few times where other customers copped and attitude and the staff didnt put up with it. So kudos to you, I like that they stay professional but dont let jerks push them around.

Not a huge selection of shoes but a decent collection of clothing and accessories. Prices are decent. Store is very clean and staff is friendly. Worth stopping to check it out if you have never been to the Tampa Outlets. Would have given 5* if they had more footwear.

Love Under Armour products. I use their shoes and boots for work and backpack for school and clothing for the whole family. Their product comes with a lifetime warranty for manufacture defects. Just recently I went in for a return on a pair of shoes that werent working for me. Joseph the store manager was extremely helpful and worked out a solution for me. I ended up leaving with better shoes and was very satisfied with their service. I would recommend this UA location to anyone. God bless!

Very limited selection on sizes. Finding an associate to help was few and far between. When we finally did force an associate to look into helping, they acted like we were wasting their time and they were extremely lethargic. I suspect they hate their job. When we asked a question about an item they said they had no idea and walked away. When we finally just grab something to get out of the store we were rushed at the register. we definitely will not be back.

Under Armour always makes great quality shoes. I found 1 pair of shoes I really liked and I bought them. However, their selection for running shoes was pretty limited. They do have plenty of clothing options though.

I needed a new pair of tactical boots. I called they found my size and held on to them till I got there too make the purchase. Great customer service.

This store is nice and all but the employees are not friendly and the really arent of any use when you ask them for help. I couldnt even ask what the proper compression size would be for me being a natural size Medium. Despite them wearing all fitness and athletic clothing and them working for Under Armour they mostly sit on there phones and act like idiots. I spent $225 there and bought 9 shirts and 3 shorts, drove 50 miles back home in rush hour traffic and noticed a ink tag was still on there. I called the next day and they were extremely unapologetic about the entire issue. I had to drive back over to the outlet on my day off only to be told that the best they could do was give a 10% off discount on a shirt. Really???? They didnt even apologize and I dont feel welcome to spend my money at this store. I will for now on either shop online only or just switch to Nike or another rivals clothing.

Service here isnt good because they dont ask for assistance. Under armour in Tampa outlet mall is overpriced because Amazon has most items 50% cheaper. $40 for kids joggers pants vs Amazon under armour $23 for same pants. Shop Amazon. Puma had better deals and service.

Good location to home and my son loves Under Armour brand but it always seems to be picked over and on the floor. Never has larger youth sizes in stock. Selection in color or design never changes either.
