Nice store with decent prices, but the employee was not helpful at all. I was shopping with my sister n law and my godsister whom was looking for a black purse/wallet set. Upon entering I asked the employee a few warranty questions and she wasnt sure of any of her answers. She then walked back to the middle of the floor and didnt seem too interested or engaged with any of the customers. We had to go grab the young lady to ask her about a 3 piece set. Her tone and everything was uninterested in helping us. She seemed as if she was more concerned with watching everyone to keep whomever from shoplifting so we ended up leaving. It should have really been an easy sale for the store. Possibly 2 because my sister n law is an impulse buyer and loves purses and wallets. They both said that they didnt want to spend their money in there and support being ignored. Welp, their loss 🤷🏾‍♀️.

My daughter and I were watched the entire time in this store. I felt very uncomfortable and will not shop there again. Associates never asked if we needed help either. I am a very hardworking person and have no need to steal anything. I would not go in this store again even if they were giving away free items.

Went to this store to buy a Michael kors shirt that was on sale. It was marked down 60%, my size wasnt on the shelves.. the employee said the will check the back for the XL I need, she came back and said we dont have anymore. Ok fine, but then another guy came in looking at the same black collar Michael kors shirt. He needed the same size I needed. The employee went to the back and came out with the XL that she told me she didnt have. Not understanding this mess, especially since I traveled to Tampa from Atlanta ga on vacation to be treated like that in an outlet store. I love Tampa, but I will not shop at another Michael kors store... I will let all my fellow family and friends know about the horrible experience with this store...

She was not pushy which I always appreciate because that will instantly make me not want to purchase anything. I ended up buying a wallet and she answered questions about a previous purchase I had. The help is especially. The price negotiable. True the bag was priced at 149.00 which was very good but at that price it included a wallet. Didnt want the wallet so the register showed 109. But I paid 127. Dont understand but because the price was good .I brought it.

I have to give this outlet raving reviews because I have nothing but spectacular things to say about my experience. I thought I would pop in just for a half hour to check out the selection, and ended up staying for 2 hours. My 30th birthday was the next week, so I had some money to spend.The selection was great, and the discounts on my favorite items were even better! All the employees were super helpful and not pushy. I made my way through the entire store since they carry clothing and accessories as well, and found something I loved in each department. The manager Corina shopped with me like we were best friends, and made me feel super welcome and attended to. The customer service was outstanding, and I cant wait to treat myself there again!

Black Friday Sales were ridiculously low prices. Some items totaled up to 90%off after all markdown prices on top of sales and clearance items. Amazing

2 purses, matching wallet, and 2 book bags, only cost me $411 with tax. The staff was helpful and patient even though they were about to close. We will be coming back for matching coin purses for the bookbags

The staff was fantastic, helpful, and attentive. Gave me exceptional help. However, I was doing early Christmas shopping to break up cost of all the things I wanted to get my fiancé for Christmas. I had the purchase linked to her account with Michael Kors for the warranty with the bags and everything I got her. I asked the sales person twice that by doing that it would not send her an e mail receipt of all the things I had just purchased considering it’s September and all of these were Christmas presents. Well an hour after I left the store absolutely in love with my purchase and experience, my fiancé called me and says “ wow babe you really got all this at Michael kors?” They did exactly what I was afraid of sent a receipt with every item purchased on it. Really ruined the whole thing considering I asked this question multiple times before I gave them her information in fear of this exact scenario.

I bought a smartwatch on Monday evening shortly before close, everything was fine, the sales associate, Tina, was polite and helpful, assuring me that if I had any issues with the watch, that I had 30 days to return or exchangeWell today is Thursday of the same week, I noticed this afternoon that my watch (the dark purple one) had several small scratches on it already, easily visible as the metal is silver underneath of the purple.I go back to the store to exchange, as I have not worn it long (not even 3 days yet) and I don’t do anything labor-intensive, I work 2 different retail/cashier jobs, so there’s no reason why it would be scratched.The lady who exchanged my watch gave me attitude, all but accusing me of causing the scratches through negligence and telling me it’s like “wear and tear”... after 3 days? No. She kept saying “you might not remember hitting your watch, but you did”, no ma’am I didn’t hit my watch on anything, I’d remember smacking my $200 watch on something.She did the exchange with a very impatient attitude, very being short with me. I was very irritated by her attitude, as stated, I work 2 different retail jobs & I know for a fact that her attitude was unacceptable.

I saw a bag I wanted to purchase, but was on the fence. I regretted leaving without it. I called the next day and they shipped it to me. I’m so pleased with this service.

Literally the worse customer service in this location the employee by the name Chelsea (African American, black weve, tall and skinny, glasses) was extremely rude and ghetto, giving customers unnecessary attitude rolling her eyes and pointing at me like I did some kind of crime just because I went there wanting a price adjustment of an purse that I purchased 5 days ago! Then she called her manager (tall blonde kinda on the big side) and Chelsea kept taking down to me with her loud voice in front of her whats called manager while the manager did nothing about it! Worse MK ever been too! Need to get rid of their employees or train them some respect! I did email their district manage about this thats how beyond upset I was at this customer service they have! Very disturbing employee

CLEARANCE IS A FINAL SALE!!!!! So be careful when you buy a clearance item ... you wont be able to return it, exachange it, or get a store credit ... in other words you are stucked with the item purchased. There is not signs that it tells you is final, the sales and/or cashier wont tell you either. It will tell you in the back of the receipt and you suppose to read it after you BUY it and its too late. I had this bad experience when I purchased a gift and changed my mind. I was told by the manager that she was sorry and I supposed to read the receipt ... it is my first and last time shop in an Michael Kors outlet.
