Great customer service each time Ive been to the store. Customers can be so rude to retail works with covid restrictions. The staff was super nice in explaining any restrictions they had in the store. Manager Ashley was so nice and friendly. We had great service from Roger who helped my son pick out multiple outfits. Highly recommend! Ask for Roger and Ashley!

Fitting rooms were closed, and really who can buy jeans without trying them on? I let them know I was going to try them on in the bathroom and they said if I wasnt back in 30 min, the store would close for a break and I wouldnt be able to return them?? Piss poor customer service by management

True value but customer service is ok management depends on which day your in there can be ok or rude.

All of the employees were super helpful and kind! The prices are a little high, but the product itself is well worth it. I look foward to returning very soon!!

I was inside this store on 4/7/19 and the Rap/Hip Hop music being played through their speaker system as ambient music was very offensive and vulgar - N Word , profanity and explicit language. I complained to the Store Associates and they stated they could not adjust volume or control music. They said corporate has received complaints already. We did not complete $200+ purchase and we exited the store . Very disappointing and disrespectful. If I could rate NO STAR I would! No more True Religion for us!

Zero!!! The date is oct 20, 2018. I am very disappointed with the service I recieved from Ashley. Ashley over charged me for items that were 50% off. When I showed Anika my receipts she called Ashley. Ashley reconized the mistake In front of me. then refused to correct the over charge. How can they over charge me full price for sale items. Then refuse to correct there mistakes as company representatives, I expected more from your cashiers...

My grandson spent a lot here for his fiancee. Personally, I think they are overpriced.
