Best dollar tree ive ever been to the store manager is a goddess when i was having a little hard time with one of her employees she came over and quickly new what i was asking for and knew exactly where it was then she cashed me out and during the whole time she kept great conversation with me and her store is so nice and clean to probably the cleanest one in lubbock,tx

This is quite literally the dirtiest store in the city. 3 stars for location, convenience, and friendly employees.

Cool place for some stuff. But didnt have what I was looking for.

$. Tree had in stock what I needed and more. But were very responsible when a customer, turned in my purse after I had left it in my shopping cart. She was an angel on earth and the gentle cashiermade sure it was safe n secure. And returned it to me thank you .

Love it love it helper are so nice&as l have to use a cane they are always so helpful Thank y kids

Ok. Didnt have some items i wanted, but I found what I needed.

I have gone there 2 times I love the store I have found lots of items there.But one thing Wrong the 2 times I have gone there the 2 Male cashier have been lazy to pack glass ware probably the last one wanted to use my placemats to wrap up glasses oh no ur not the other on just threw all my plates and bowls in the bag the bags tears easy so I didnt get the plates and bowls put them back I even told him I would wrap them up if he would give me the paper or bags he said they didnt have any thing to wrap it up with.and crumbled up my banner and I told him not to do that that I would put it in the bag.I know they dont want to lose time but please be a little more proper.

Great place to shop good prices but you have to watch at the stores that are no longer everything a dollar was not a good move I try to stay away from those stores

GREAT place for party balloons and novelties other than that you get what you pay for. Which is not unexpected but management had only one employee on a busy Saturday which is incredibly inadequate.

I really dislike this Dollar tree because they only have one checker and theres always like a line full of 20 people but they do have friendly customer service

I saw a note on their door saying they were closed, so i went to leave but noticed people going inside. So i go in and there’s people shopping. so i kindly walk up to an employee, long blonde hair, female, and let her know they should take the sign off the door if they aren’t closed. She rudely shrugged me off and looked at me as i insulted her. worst dollar tree experience in lubbock

Has everything for a dollar plus. This location is a Dollar Plus store. It would be a 5* but they are short handed right now. Management needs to work with schedule for the folks that want to work.

An elderly lady was shopping and had bought a good bit of groceries at dollar tree. While attempting to go outside with the cart a lady comes up to her and tells her that her boss said “she can’t take the cart outside” and offers no help. The elderly asked how would she get her groceries to her car and the lady walked off. There were 2 employees and a manager there and not one employee offered to help that lady after she bought groceries at the store.

Always find what Im looking for. Happen to be nearby this store,usually stop at different store. Not very friendly cashier.

Visited two today, found more items in one than the other but both locations were great

It was empty!bare shelfs all over the place and I can never seem to find all that I need .

Was told I had to leave my sons diaper bag at the front of the store and couldnt bring it with my son, and I. Just because others steal doesnt mean my son and I should go without diapers. Also Im an employee of dollar tree so I wouldnt do that.

Its always packed here and theres only one cashier!

Cashier there today was very clean cut, courteous. All dollar tree cashiers should take note & let her be a model example.

This store has really turned around! I walked in and was in shock at house clean and well organized it was. You can absolutely tell the employees working there now have pride in what they do. There are no boxes stacked in the middle of the isles and there was a huge selection! I was very impressed and will definitely be going back.

I went in to ask about when they might have the garden seeds out, the last nearly bit my head off just for asking. Very poor behavior for a store employee to have.

This is one of the nicer dollar stores. Neat. Tidy. Organized. Large selection of items from kitchen supplies to notary to party items. Its worth visiting at least once. Will be returning to buy party supplies for Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the Superbowl.

I always spend way too much money when I go in here on random neat things. The employees have always been nice. Only bummer is they always seems to be out of stuff on the days I pick to go.

One of the better Dollar Trees I have been to! You can see what you need/want as soon as you walk into the door. The line is usually a tad long, but they are fast at checking everyone out.

Good store, stocked well and clean.

I didnt find any lysol products, disinfectant sprays and spray bottles. Hopefully I find some soon.

If you come in any day after 5 PM, be prepared to stand in a line reaching the back of the store with one register open. It is like this every single day.

One of my favorite locations. Employees are very polite and store is well stocked each Monday.

Best dollar tree in Lubbock

Im an avid Dollar Tree customer, but I wont come back until you require customers to wear masks. Its just not worth the risk.

I am a loyal shopper at this particular dollar tree ,but I may take my buisiness else where. Im not too happy about there being 4 workers there and there being a long line and only 1 cashier is having to check out all of the customers ,while the others laugh and joke and talk about other employees in a poor manner. I dont think this is fair to the employee who seems to be the only one working there and it is not fair to us customers.

Its getting better! Starting to sell better stuff.

Great price and selection.

I absolutely love going to any Dollar Tree at any location but not once have I gone into one like this on 5310 Slide Rd, Lubbock Tx and hear their inappropriate music. The staff are nice and friendly but really you put on music that is cussing and talking about sex... is not appropriate for any customer to hear. The customers that were in there were not young people I felt embarrassed. I gave it two stars because the staff were nice and prompt to assist. Please change the music to something different that doesnt talk bout sex and cussing word.

Its a great place to shop, they have a good selection of goods. However my one complaint would be that they are hard to stay in stock for conditioners and shampoos

Everything is 1 dollar, so this is the good part. But the store is not well organized. Items are misplaced or on the floor, and the quality of most items is cheap, except the greeting cards and gift bags with good design in low price (1 dollar each).

I love the variety of products. Im always surprised over the useful things sold here!

I found a sweet pet while at this store. I went in for a few quick paper goods and came outside to find a pet that needed a home.

There was only 1 register open but the cashier was quick and friendly and it took no time to get in and out. Things were well stocked and organized.

I left with nothing because of the extremely hateful service.

I love that everythings $1, so well keep coming for that, but parking is usually crazy and they almost always have a HUGE line at the checkout with only one cashier. 82nd is a much better location.

Use to be the best but lately their always under stocked and never rebuild there supplies...today I here that they are under foreclosure so one female clerks get an bad attitude runs her mouth rudely. All I did is repeat what I heard and she got very ugly. Poorly dressed and the smell of marjuna on her clothing. Never treat a comuster with a rude bad attitude regardless of rumors. This store is run in some aspects is a Democratic head quaters of stupidy.5 weeks the whole store is not stocked. I was told because of the holidays? Really? Its not even thanksgiving or Christmas yet..
