What a blast from the past! My friend and I found some great old movies! We even went to go get a VCR so we could watch the movies with our kids! The guy working there was really great! Very nice and knowledgeable! One thing I will say is make sure you double check on the price because some things have old stickers on them and sometimes the prices go up and they don’t always reprice them.

Wow got attitude when we called in. We called in lookin for some n64 controllers. They close at 8. We called at 7:50 and asked if they had any. They said yes, and we said we were 5 min away and if we could come get some. Girl on the phone said we couldn’t get them and that she wanted to go home. Was super rude and told us off. Probably a reason gaming stores are going out of business.

What a let down! I drove 90 miles to look for Sega Saturn games, found a couple I wanted, and the price increased at the counter. Clerk said that they can recheck prices and increase to current market value. The signs that are posted are poorly designed.$15 for two games turned into $80.

Walked in no one said “hello” or “hi welcome” in fact didn’t even know I walked in they were to busy eating on the counter. chose what I wanted to get and on the box it said that it was 14.99 when I got to the checkout they said the game was not what it was marked but said it was subject to change and they raised the price right in front of me this store is nothing but a bait and switch and should be shut done and just to mention it was also filthy.

Dim lighting, lady at counter didn’t greet me nor respond to me. I felt so unwelcome, no customer service. Great selection of movies, more games than GameStop! Prices should be lower, definitely ‘mall’ prices being so high. Big warehouse-like store, but need some improvements with staff and prices. My first visit so other staff may be friendly, I rave again about their huge selection of media, check it out for that alone! Watch your step- some of those carpeted sections were elevated and almost tripped!

My husband and I purchased a game for our Xbox one here. The person at the register did not show us the game disc before putting it in the case and checking us out. We went home and tried to download the game in the Xbox, but the disc is SO SCRATCHED that it was unable to be downloaded. We took it back to the store the next day and they checked for a different disc (which they didn’t have). Then they buffed our disc for us and told us to come back for a return if it didn’t work. We tried that evening again, and it still had a huge scratch and didn’t work. We then took it back, explaining that we never saw the disc originally before and would not have purchased it if it was scratched. They only offered to return the item for store credit, as “store policy” would not allow for a refund. Even better is, the purchase price was a total of $19.25 and they only gave us in-store credit for $18.00. Thanks for selling us a broken game and then not refunding us. Ridiculous and poor business practices. Don’t come here.

Huge location with an amazing selection of obscure and rare games. Definitely will get lost in searching for something that you’ve been wanting for a while. Here’s the downside from a customer standpoint. The pricing that you see on the items on the shelves aren’t the actual price. Once you get to the register and you try to check out everything is re-priced before you can leave. From what I can totally use price charts Amazon and eBay for pricing. The caveat to this is if the price on the game is lower than what they feel the value is they upped the price but if the price on the game is higher than what the value of the game is they leave it alone. Unfair shady business practices coming from a location that could be amazing. The other side of this is the facility is huge but it’s dirty and unorganized. The way things are stacked next to bookshelves and thrown around is a huge safety concern for any kids they go into this place. Honestly they might as well just slap a sign up that says this is a museum and change admission for somebody to go in and look at some decent items. In my professional opinion this is not the way you should run a business nor should you treat your customers that are spending time out of their day to shop your facility. If this was a a major city like Salt Lake or LA they would not stay in business. Lucky for them there’s a lot of individuals that don’t know what they’re paying for or how to research at themselves and they’ll just pay the price they’re asking. I’m assuming that’s how they stayed in business so long.

This place is okay. Not great, just okay. Wide selection of random things but they tend to be thrown everywhere but most things are in alphabetical order (once you fine it). They do sell new copies of games, sealed, and have a 30 day guarantee on it, which is nice. The one thing I do not like are their prices for retro games. NOTHING is marked with the correct price, you will be asked to pay more from their system that dictates current market price. They do not take into consideration the condition of the game you are getting. Overall, since they will not honor the marked price, there is no reason to go here, rather just go on ebay for a complete copy in good condition.

Good place to find retro stuff, they have a lot of games and most of the prices are fair. You could get a lot of the stuff cheaper online, but with shipping cost it might be the same or more, along with a wait to use what you bought. You cant return things for a refund, but you can exchange for the same value. I bought a gba SP that I didnt know had broken shoulder buttons, they let me exchange it for a fully working DS lite. They also have a lot of movies and books. Almost all of the games are real, but I have seen fake Gba Pokemon games. Gba games were some of the most pirated and faked though, so its not that hard to find any one selling them be selling a fake.

Pokemon cards, movies, DVDs, video games game systems, action figures, collectibles. Pretty much all of these things at very reasonable prices. most of the things sold in there youll be hard-pressed to find a better price even online. The staff is always very and kind. But generally it is a get what you find kind of place. It is a very small store with a lot of stuff in it. You have to sort though to find what you want. My 7 year old son has been saving his hard earned allowance money for a while now. We went to Fun Unlimited as he had his heart set on Pokeman games. A purchase was made for $45. We played the game for roughly 20 minutes before the game stopped and said it was unreadable. We reset the game and played a while longer, before it did the same thing. We went back to get a refund and are told there is a small sign taped to the desk that states no cash refunds According to the English language Cash is money in the form of banknote or coins. Im fine not receiving cash, just put the funds back on my debit card. If you have ever been into Fun Unlimited you know how cluttered those counters are. I did not see this sign upon purchase, I was not told the policy nor was this, absolutely no refunds policy printed on the receipt.I have a hard time comprehending how a grown man can sit in his chair and defend his rights to rip off a child. I also dont understand how the police officer can sit there and defend this type of criminal behavior. Be prepared to take a risk if you shop here. I hate to give a poor review because the staff seems friendly (and I collect retro game stuff) but their return policy is deciving. Near the register they have a sign that says exchanges or return for credit only no cash refunds (it does not say they will not return credit to the card you used to purchase). At the time of purchase no mention of any return restrictions was made by my cashier. I bought a used game for more than online sellers charge, but I did not want to wait to play. When I got it home it would not work. I took it back the next day, they tested it and agreed it was broken. Since that was the only copy I was told I could have store credit only (even though the game was sold to me in broken condition, and I did not want cash I wanted my card credited). I would not be upset if the signs had been clear, or the cashier had warned me. After this I will hesitate to support this business in the future.
