I went to buy screws and they told me they were all galvanized. I got home and my husband told me that was wrong and were zinc coated. Then they told me was all $3 a pound and when I had to pay it was $3.75 I did not like their customer service at all. They were not honest

Im not a huge fan of writing a ton of reviews but I believe these guys deserve it. Ive been back multiple times and so far so good. Get the vibe that they care and they are helpful. The employees havent been moody either which is a huge plus. They have always had a positive solution to what problem you are trying to solve. So far so good.

I always had good service at IPACCO until last week. I brought my Simpsons pressure washer in for carb service. The soap injector was also broken off, they told me they could weld it closed but by doing so they broke the pressure washer pump. They told me the cost was $200 to replace the pressure washer pump that they broke when they tried welding the soap injector closed. The pump worked, just sprayed a little water out. Epoxy would have worked. I understand that things happen, but make them right. I bought a lot of equipment from them but they lost me as a customer over this.

Just walk in and they get what I need.

This place was awesome all the staff here knew exactly what they were talking about gave me all the help and information that I needed plus they had all the parts gaskets tools and supplies that I was going to need to do the repairs and they were really funny and friendly it was a really good experience especially since that was my first time there greatpeople thank you

I love Ipaco! Its one of those local shops that still provides amazing service. Ive brought hand-drawn sketches of things to them and had them build it out of metal exactly as I need.

They help me get the right size of pipe I needed. They even let me go back and size it up with the piece I already had. They cut all my stuff up that I needed to put together a project Im working on. Very helpful. Very helpful staff

Best place for hardware.

On two separate occasions in have been here to purchase power equipment, I try to support local as often as I can. First time I was looking to get a riding mower. I looked and the various models looked them up online etc. I was there nearly an hour, and not once did someone come to help me or take my money, so I left and went to home depot. Today I went in for a chainsaw. I poked around for 20 minutes, read their labels etc. Noone seemed interested in making a sale so I called up a competitor and left. Wont shop here again. For all their talk about supporting local, they seem to be more interested in other things than taking local money.

Very rude not very knowledgeable people work there they have allot of bolts but metals your better off going to metal mart instead

These guys are great at service, and know their stuff, they do a great job of training the guys. Prices are a little high but they have great selection and can do a ton of custom work too.

IPaco in Logan is such a pleasure to work with. They know their stuff and their customer service is outstanding.

Update: Ryan was able to clean up the horrible customer service received so the star rating was increased.Brought in a snowblower for repair. Received a call two weeks later with info on what was needed to repair it and approved the work. Two weeks later and I still hadn’t heard from them so I call in to find out what’s going on (as it’s snowing). Dave tells me it hasn’t even been worked on and was still in the “needs customer approval” stack, after I had approved it two weeks ago! I ask him to get it done and asked about a possible discount for making me wait 4 weeks for nothing. That’s when Dave becomes a total jerk and takes the customer service hat off (he really never had the customer service hat on in the first place). He tells me he doesn’t like being bent over a barrel and I can come pick it up, never apologizes and never takes any initiative to make it right! That’s the customer service at IPACO? When you get all the work you need from warranty service then I guess you don’t have to do anything to earn a customers business. He doesn’t even pretend he actually cares that I’ve waited a full month for absolutely nothing going so far as to tell me they aren’t going to want to do the work before other machines in the que that are paying “full price”. And this is an approved warranty repair facility? The next call will be to the companies that think their products are being serviced at a reputable repair facility that cares about their customers.

IPACO has a great range of capabilities in their fabrication shop. I use them on a pretty regular basis for various metal projects (From CNC plasma cutting, welding, steel,and aluminum). They are very willing to do random projects for you, including repair of equipment. Their bolt selection is one of the best in Logan and you can buy a lot of it by the pound (Much cheaper than most hardware stores). They also stock a good range of high quality drills and basic end mills.This is company is a huge asset to my business and are always helpful when Im working on a project.Keep up the good work!

Ipaco is the place to go for great quality power equipment. Just purchased a Stihl weed wacker, and Daryl was very helpful (and patient). I prefer to purchase things where I can get it serviced or repaired if necessary by skilled authorized service techs. Also purchased an Ariens snowblower here several years ago. Thanks again to Daryl for his assistance. I was able to get a piece replaced on warranty. Best part? Their prices are no higher than the big box stores. They also have a great selection of nuts, bolts, fasteners, etc.

Prices are ok but service is good

I paid over $330 to have two pieces of equipment serviced. The next day they called and said the guy adding up the bill made a mistake and I needed to pay them an extra $30. They got their $30. They also got a 1 star review and lost a customer.

While they did fix my problem with my snow blower I was disappointed with their explanation of the issue. I know a thing or two about engines and everything they told me that was wrong I had checked before taking it in. It was quite a coincidence that the problem they found wasnt covered under the warranty and was something I already checked? Dont know if Ill take any other equipment to them for repair in the future.

My favorite store hands down! They have everything hardware / material / machines / fab you name it.
