I was in a front end collision with my Toyota Corolla, these guys not only got all the work done in less than a month they also have my car running exactly as it did before the collision. The paint and body work was especially impressive, everything is all silky smooth and the color (a two tone greenish dark blue) was a perfect match! I couldnt be happier with the results!

They installed a broken part that the back bumper connects with under the tail light in less than 1 hr. Total out the door was less than $200. They were super helpful and courteous. And they polished out a big scratch on the front fender for no charge! Awesome is the word.

Initially I had given 5 stars as the first moment receiving my car back was such a joy. Since, we have found multiple major issues as they didnt reassemble my car properly. After drama seeing it back in the shop to fix what Id found, we picked it up again today only to have windows not open, handles literally fall off and seat belts not work. Go somewhere else for your service if you dont want more functional issues upon your cars return. This is becoming an absolute nightmare.

Cant say enough good about these guys. Ive never used them before, but now I dont think I could go back to using anyone else. They got us in right away and completed the service much sooner than anticipated. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and helpful. The work they did was absolutely perfect, even though due to insurance paying for it they had to make some concessions (I couldnt tell you what they were as the work turned out stunning).

They did a really great job on the actual repair that I went in for (I got hit by a turkey and he destroyed my roof and windshield)- paint matched, can’t even tell I had a huge dent in my roof, and the windshield replaced. But I came back to a car that had dust and dirt in and around the middle console, dirt smudges on the fabric portion of the drivers door and mirror, a couple of slices in the plastic door frame, and a slice in my steering wheel cover. They offered to replace the steering wheel cover, which I was so grateful for and they’ve tried to do, but both times it’s been the wrong color and a cheaper material. With my car not even being 2 years old, and to have paid a lot of money for it, it’s been an extremely frustrating experience, and I will not be returning.

Daryl kept me updated the entire time they had my car with texts and updates and Kalob was amazing and provided the BEST customer service I have ever received, listened to my situation, made sure everything was right and even went above and beyond for me. AMAZING SERVICE! My car was wrecked by my son. It was really, really bad. Collision Caliber basically rebuilt the entire front of my car, returning it to me in BETTER condition than before the wreck. In addition, they repaired and returned the car to me about 2 weeks BEFORE the original projected return to me. I am beyond impressed with this collision and will only use them in the future for my sevices!
