I would first like to say, the only reason why I did not give 1 star is because they did a decent job with fixing the scratches on my vehicle, but its the amount of time that I had to dedicate in bringing my vehicle to them, until I could get it fixed properly. The vehicle had a few scratches on both sides during transportation, they fixed most of them, except for three on the driver side after two days. Then they had to take it back to fix them, after 2 more days I received the vehicle. When I got it back, I noticed that my rock slider on the driver side was missing, and I could not get it back until Monday.Fair warning, do not let them detail your vehicle, when I received the vehicle back, there were some long clear coat scratches, which you could tell was from the detailer using a dirty cloth to dry the vehicle, so we had to get those scratches removed.Overall, it was a bad experience, better go somewhere else to get it done, so they can get it done in the first place, and not have it stretch out for a whole week.

I was recently in an accident and needed my truck repaired. I was referred to Autocare Collision Repair, but living in North Salt Lake it seemed like a long way to take my vehicle. I am pleased that I chose to use them! They worked great with the insurance company and did an excellent job repairing my truck. They are very detail oriented, and it shows in their work. The customer service was fantastic as they updated me as needed through the whole process. They are the pros when it comes to collision repair. Use them with confidence.

Our family always comes here for repair service. They have taken care of us thoroughly for 10+ years. The work done is quality and quickly. They took care of everything including dealing with the insurance adjuster. Highly recommended and would not use anyone else

I needed a tow because my trucks brakes needed work. AAA sent these guys to tow the truck. The truck was improperly secured, and IT FELL OFF while going around a corner. My truck hit the cab of the tow truck, and it popped off the side. The photo shows them trying to drag it back on the bed of the tow truck, laterally. The fall and attempts to pull the truck back on the bed caused enormous damage. After I rejected their first offer to pay for the scratch on the bumper, they offered $800 for the truck. I showed up at their office when they asked me to, to do the paperwork. They said were not ready come back tomorrow.Very unpleasant, un-professional, and inept.EDIT: I talked to a nice lady on your chat service and she said shed get the information to the right people. Nothing since.

I took my 15 passenger van to Autocare to have it cleaned inside and out because Im putting it up for sale and I wanted it to look its best.I left it there for 2 days. I picked it up after hours. A couple of days went by and I started smelling mold and mildew. I took my van back to Autocare and asked Cody, the manager, to please come out to see the water under my mats and smell the mold and mildew. He looked at it and said that they would put a spruce bomb in it & to bring it back on Monday. I said it needs the water taken out of it, just covering it up with a smell isnt going to work.I took it back the following Monday they told me I could pick it up the next day. I picked it up and the spruce smell gave me an asthma attack. It was overwhelming. What made it even worse is that my carpet was still wet. I aired my vehicle out for weeks but it didnt help.I finally contacted another auto detailing company and the carpet was re-cleaned to the best of their ability. This company gave me a statement as to how badly the carpet is damaged.Ive aired my vehicle out countless days. But my vehicle will not sell because of the odor. A guy test drove my van today. He said that the smell is a deal-breaker.I called Autocare and gave them an opportunity to make this right. A lady at Autocare told me to take her to small claims court.I do not recommend Autocare to anyone. I paid $308 to have my vehicle cleaned inside and out. Now, I have a van that I cant sell because of Autocare. The carpet in my van needs to be replaced. If you love your car, I suggest that you steer clear of Autocare!***The bottom of the mats are wet because of the water left in the carpet. The vans carpet is supposed to be gray. The brown areas is where there was water saturation. These photos were after the 2nd visit to Autocare.***

Tonight my transmission went out on me going over the Malad Summit in Idaho. My husband and I were stranded in the middle of nowhere at 7:00 pm, 100 miles away from our home. After over an hour of calling almost everywhere in a 75 mile radius, my insurance found Autocare Collison Repair and they were the only ones willing to come rescue us even though they were over an hour away. I cannot for the life of me remember what the drivers name was, but he was absolutely amazing to us after we had such a horrible night. I would definitely recommend them time and time again. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

It took over a month to get me car back when I was originally quotes a week and a half. They called and said my car should be able to be picked up after 2 and a half weeks and then when I went to go pick it up they said the part they needed didnt get shipped for another week and a half. Poor service and crappy attitudes.

Took my car in after someone backed into it. They fixed the body and matched the paint perfectly. It looks like it was never in an accident.

Worst people I have ever dealt with. The owner went completely nuts with one of his employees in front of us. We said something and he turned on us by sending two of his employees from the back to threaten us and try to pick a physical fight with us as we were leaving the parking lot.

It took 2 weeks to get my car back witch is not bad for it being around the holidays the car look great! but the transmission was jumping we took the car back the next business day witch was a monday to have the carpets cleaned we dropped off the car at 8 am just liked they asked and said the car would be good to go at 3. we called to make sure the car was done and it wasnt yes we wanted them to look at the transmission fluid but does it really take all day!!! they then told us the car would be done by noon the flowing day so again I wanted to make sure the car was done before I went down. NO sill not done!!!! they have the car over 24 for a cleaning and to check out the transmission fluid it was I am extremely unhappy with autocare. there work is great as long as you have 2 days for a carpet cleaning.

Our driver/mechanic was Joel Crawford who was fast. very professional, courteous, friendly, and even rsther entertaining. Our BMW X5 overheated and we were stranded in the desert of I-84E near Snowville UT at midnight. Me, my wife, and our two dogs!!!Through AAA (the best!) he somehow arrived quickly and towed us 70+ miles to Logan, where he droppef us off at the downtown Days Inn before leaving the car at Logan Auto Imports -- also a 5-Star operation!Highly recommend Autocare towing and especially our great driver/mechanic!Made a horrible night end up surprisingly pleasant.

Get a second opinion before accepting one of Autocares quotes. They told me their standard labor rate is $57/hr, but after calling around to other shops in the valley, I learned average is $54/hr. $3 may not sound like much, but if you can save ~5%, why not?
