I practically owe Luke a foot massage (if not) for how much effort he put into fixing my aging, overused, and abused iPhone.If he can’t figure it out he’ll send you to Kirk at his thriving business Gear Up Electronics about a half mile away - who fixes electronics with a microscope. They help each other at no charge to the other’s customers.My phone mysteriously started working as he was sending me to Gear Up, so Kirk just took it apart, cleaned it, repacked it, and put it on a charge.Then it started acting up again maybe a good month or two later. When I took it back to Luke and told him the symptoms, he finally figured out that it was a most unusual problem he hadn’t had to repair in four years and fixed it.Luke is a personable family man that seems to be genuinely blessed to love his job.The rest of the CD Warehouse staff are consistently cool.All of this was free to me as a Selectel customer.When it comes to service - what more can you ask? Seriously.

Fantastic customer service. Had my Iphone fixed there & they were really fast, inexpensive and took the time to explain everything to me. I also purchased a new glass screen protector & case, which were reasonably priced.They took the extra step of putting the screen protector & case on for me (remember when Best Buy used to charge for this, now I dont Know if Best Buy even does this anymore).Very happy I went there.

This place have amazing repair phone screen. The employee was so nice to look at my phone screen and the fix my phone screen. I really like this place because the have amazing services and I recommend this place to repair your phone screen or anything about your phone. Well done on this place. Took iPhone 6s in for a battery replacement. Service was super fast and friendly. However, replacement battery did not work very well - I get only 4-5 hours of moderate use before having to recharge. I was informed the battery may have been a lemon and they offered to replace it with a new one again for free. However, since I decided to just get a new phone, they agreed to simply re-install my original battery and provide a full refund.

Great place to get what you want in music and movies

Just meh. Used CDs are in good shape. In case youre looking for vinyl, there were none that I saw (yes, I know this is the CD warehouse)

Wifes iPhone 8 Plus screen suddenly stopped working. Not dropped or cracked or broken - display just quit. These guys had the parts in stock and had it fixed within 20 minutes for a reasonable price. Bought a case for my iPhone X and a screen protector too while we were there. Great service!

Friendly staff, great selection. If they dont have it in store, but can find it online, they will sometimes order it for you. Got all of Game of Thrones (sans the last season) from there for an amazing price. I havent had any experience with the cell phone side, but they did have phones for sale and the prices seems decent for those displayed.

Is the worst place to go in Lincoln Nebraska for a phone I bought 4 that did not work Chad charges new prices for used phones and I did a phone repair he gave me back my phone with no sim card in it and I gave it too him with a sim card I have talked people out of gong to cd Warehouse for a phone why would you pay new price for a used phone that doesnt work stay away from cd Warehouse very bad business

CD Warehouse has excellent customer service. The phone service is cheaper and just as good as larger providers. It is basically Verizon service for a portion of the Verizon price. We pay a month in advance without a contract. More people should consider them because we save hundreds of dollars a year, we get exceptional customer service, and we dont have to stand in line all day to get service.

Good to talk to the guy who run the shop phone. I went there to order a replacement screen for my phone.. The price was better than quotes I got from 2 differents shop

I came to this store because my current cell phone needed to be sent in for a couple weeks for repairs that were still under warranty. The staff worked with me and got me a temporary phone. They understood my situation and allowed me to sell it back to them for a negotiated price. Highly recommend.

Dont rely on them for a phone or service.They lie about the product the service limitations and return policy. Best in town when it comes to customer service Chad and his team go above and beyond what they have to do to take care of you.
