The sales people were nice, but I had cash and all of my measurements on me, ready to purchase and no one really took me seriously. Id still suggest this local option over a box store but maybe you have to be better dressed or demanding than I was. Also, if you want to look without feeling rushed or pressured, this place was laid back.

I was shocked at prices, very affordable. The only downside was I had to call twice to assure the measurements was arranged properly and if my order came in. My order arrived and no call, I waited for a call or follow up to expected date of arrival...nothing until I called.

My wife purchased a remnant granite piece to place tops on two matching antique Clarks Spool Cabinets. They were great to work with and the granite was beautiful and cut to specifications.Wonderful sellers and staff. Worked with them several years ago on our old house with laminate surfaces in our bathrooms and they installed these professionally. They were great then and still are now. Would work with them in the future too when we remodel our kitchen and bathrooms in several years.

Top notch service and craftsmanship. Had Custom countertops fabricate and install my brothers bar tops as a house warming present to him and my sister in law. Every detail was perfect, from the lay out the granite to visually enhance the flow of the veining, the brushed finish, the seamless fit, to the chiseled edges. We hired them to install our kitchen counters and counter tops on 2 vanities in our bathroom, all from the same slab, however, the kitchen and one vanity have a beautiful glossy finish and the other vanity has more of a matte finish as if they didnt seal it or polish it correctly. I called them only to be told there is nothing wrong with it. They agreed to come out and take a look anyways, only because I threatened never to do business with them again. They called saying they were coming over, so I sped home and waited for an hour and a half. They never came. I called and they said they were already there. When? And that nothing was wrong with it, it is just the lighting. Thats just not true. Everyone who has come over has noticed the difference. You can visually see it AND you can feel it when you run your hand on it. They just dont want to fix it. Im not even convinced they were ever there to look at it. Whats more is that the back splash they put up has jagged edges. They were supposed to fix that also, but it still has jagged edges. I dont recommend this company!

Find another vendor! The black tile we chose took on a very blue cast under our lighting. Only 2 tiles were installed before we stopped the installation. Reluctantly we agreed to pay for the 1 open box of tile. Now, they inform us that we must pay for the entire order because THEIR INSTALLERS opened all the boxes!!! How can anyone do business this way? We will find another supplier to finish this and all future projects..............

I use Custom Countertops for all my Granite & Quartz tops and think they are very good at it. Any problems that have arose have been taken care of quickly, professionally & fairly.

Custom Countertops just finish installing our new countertops. I rarely give 5 star reviews. From Just looking to recieving bid, to selecting our slab, and installation, it was a very positive process . Our home is 118 years old and Curtis and Andre did a awesome installation job. I would highly recommend Custom Countertops!

During a complete kitchen remodel this company is the only one (out of all the various companies needed for a kitchen upgrade) that showed up, cleaned up, installed a perfect product and charged exactly what they said they would. The men that came to install where very professional.

I had a great experience with Custom Countertop. I thought Id be saving money by ordering from a Big Box store and installing myself. However, Custom Countertop was much cheaper and much more efficient since they were able to measure everything and get the install done in a reasonable amount of time. They responded very quickly to the one issue I had and came back out on short notice to fix it. The new countertops (on a tricky layout) look great.

I would NOT recommend Custom Countertop. Their work is beautiful, but it was wrong and they are saying it was our fault. They will NOT double check with you before they order and install to make sure it is what was originally requested. The impression we got was that we would have to pay for new laminate if we wanted to wait another 2 weeks. When they came to fix the issue they said they were sorry we werent happy with the counter tops, but they wont charge us for the extra labor involved. (Well I would hope not!)A simple re-cap of what was being done before ordering and/or installing would have prevented this, but they emphasized over and over that that is just not necessary in their other installs.The original plan was no seams. Now we have two. Its pretty but NOT what we explicitly discussed when we ordered.Also, if you are sensitive to smells, open some windows before they come over. Every single person who came into our house was a heavy smoker.UPDATE: I submitted a complaint to the BBB and it was a joke. BUYER BEWARE, if there is a mistake along the way they WILL BLAME YOU and take NO responsibility for it!

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE... DO NOT USE THEM... I have been waiting Six weeks and three counter tops later and still not right.. The first counter top they made..they cut short and wrong, it was over a inch too small so I took the first one back, then they said when cutting the 2nd counter top that the granite broke, so then went to pick up the 3rd counter top and it looked like crap.. one side of the sink had 1 inch overhang over the bowl, the other side had 1/4 inch over hang of the bowl, and the back was the only flush with the granite on the whole sink... So I refused to take it that way... and of course they tried to convince me that thats the way it should be.. I told him no way re-mount the sink the right way...Then they call me two days later tell me that they broke the bowl and have to order a new one so give them a week to get it done..So I go back a week and half later as my contractor tells me that the 4th counter top is now ready.. and the shop guy tells me that he has not made it, nor even started it as he says he did not know he was supposed to make another one. I said are you kidding me you know as you broke the sink and I gave you longer than I was told would be needed for you to have it ready.... So I TOLD HIM FORGET IT.AND WALKED OUT THE DOOR ..I will never use this place nor will anyone that I know...
