Have been contacting CKF sales to give me a call back for an issue we have with the newly installed cabinets , all the time I was being transferred to and leave voice mail. No response back for the voicemail given a couple times.Working with the designer was super easy and helpful but post purchase guarantee / warranty not doing the best job.

I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for your cabinet and countertop needs. The entire experience with CKF was disappointing, they ordered cabinets in the wrong color, they measured them incorrectly, they built some incorrectly, they didnt seal the countertops correctly. Now, after they have my money, they arent responding to my warranty claim for the counters. Seriously, for the money, you can do far better.

WOW! What more can we say but WOW! The counter tops look fantastic. The installers came and it was like watching a choreographed dance as they put them in. They were extremely clean, careful and precise. These are the people to use if you want to have new counters installed.

After a long and disappointing home building experience, CKF was a breath of fresh air. They were one of the only positive experiences that we had. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful, their communication after the sale was great, installation was perfect. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and will not forget the high level of service that we received. Thanks!

Stayed open late for us, extremely patient and helpful

5 stars on the cabinets and countertops, 1 star for my custom closet. The drawers dont work right and one of the handles fell off because one of the screws is defective I think. I called and emailed several times to resolve my problems but couldnt get the service guys to respond and Kim obviously didnt follow up with them either. Its disappointing because the countertop repairs I had were handled wonderfully. I dont think it is a company problem, but an employee issue.
