Quick Connect simply rocks! Our old computer was slowly dying so we took it in, explained all the problems we were having and they set up a plan for us to build us a new computer. Three days later, we had our new computer and they took as long as it was necessary to explain how everything works, (which was a long time as the wife and I are not techies at all!). We had a few problems when we got home communicating with our printer and other questions. We called them back twice within a few days and they were more than happy to solve our problems. They are very computer-savvy, professional, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond, especially V, the tech who engineered the whole deal from start to finish. They even did a follow up call, (like a doctor would) to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction, and once again, reminded us that they are there if we have any further questions or issues. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially us older folks who only know enough computer stuff to be dangerous lol. QC and V, you guys are our heroes!!!

I used Quick Connect about a year and a half ago. I had some complaints based on what the associate told me about my computer and what other computer repair shops stated. I was contacted by Kris (the owner). He sincerely apologized for the associates actions and went far beyond my reasonable expectations to make sure I was taken care of. He did this even though the issue was one and a half years old. I very impressed with their customer service! While Kris and I were talking I mentioned I had a computer that would not boot. The Quick Connect in Lincoln took a look at it, replaced the CMOS battery and charged me a very fair price. They also reset my BIOS in order for me to get optimal performance from my computer and did not charge me for doing so. The staff were very friendly.

Make sure you read everything.My PC began restarting itself with no warning. $430 or so later on labor and parts, the problem isnt solved. When asked if I wanted to bring it back in, I ended up saying no out of a sense of distrust. After some encouragement from my friends, I got in touch with the owner. Hes a great guy and weve had a long relationship with him. We worked out a fix that made us both happy: I get a new PC with that $430 as credit toward it.Thus do I happily honor QCPC with all five stars and encourage all to get their work done here. If you have trouble getting something done, you dont need to leave a bad review as an opening volley of sorts. Just call and ask for the owner! Kris will get you sorted, I promise.

Excellent customer service. I am so glad I found this place! I have been carrying around a CD with my wedding photos on it for years and trying to find a place that would help me transfer the files over to a jump drive. Went to buy a keyboard. I did not want to provide my email but understand their program may require it so told them [email protected] they told me it was the owners policy to not sell to customers that did not provide them with a legit email. Gave them a legit sounding, but fake, email. Why do they force me to give them my email? Are they selling it? If I have an option I am never going back.

I was in a panic situation...the report I was preparing had disappeared off my computer screen and I couldnt be sure my external backup was functioning correctly. I called other shops and was told they would need to have my computer for a week. I for one strongly dislike dealing with many electronic stores and repair services because I always find I know slightly more, that in itself is a problem. Stopped in because my email stopped syncing in outlook with my GMAIL account. We purchased our laptop from Quick Connect just over three years ago. They were great in getting us set up with wireless and have provided us with terrific support ever since. Quick Connect has been one the best businesses Ive worked with in years. I had been looking to get a new gaming PC and boy, did they deliver. I had shopped around online at many of the web stores that built custom PCs and even thought of building myself. I then happened upon their website while I was researching. I sent them the specs I wanted and got an immediate response back with a quote cheaper than most the big web PC makers, and they were right here in town. They were always nice and professional; and responded to any question or comment with a call or email with minutes. The PC itself is a beauty. Quality is the word here I have not see a PC this well built before. Every part is from a major brand and wired together so well I didnt know if I should use it or display it as art. I needed a new power supply for my PC but wanted to be sure my old one was really bad before I spent the money. I called a couple other places in town and they wanted to charge for the bench service to test it. They also wanted me to leave it with them for the day. I tried Quick Connect instead. I kind of know something about computers but when it comes to changing out modems and routers replacing TWC supplied subscriber equipment I thought it was better to get some help. K selected the equipment that would fit the bill since I have 25 network connections in my home. I needed something robust..not just in the data transfer bandwidth but RF signal strength. What I got appears to be a perfect fit.Installation..a little pricey but I got confidence that they will be there if I need them and thats everything. I figure by replacing the modem and router I can make up the difference in about a year (ROI). These guys are responsive!

I had dustin from Quick Connect come to my home for numerous issues from installing a new modem to helping set up my email on my smart phone. I have used several computer companies in the past and I will say, that Dustin, by far is the absolute BEST for a variety of reasons. I am computer illiterate to say the least. He explained things in terms I could understand. He was more than willingly to answer any and all my questions and I had a whole list of them. He didnt make me feel ignorant when asking my inquiries. In our conversation, I realized that prior providers had make excuses and given me erroneous information as well! He also was willing to schedule on my time clock too. I would recommend him highly and without reservation.

I brought my old lap top in to see if they could fix the mouse. The technician thought that the built in mouse pad needed to be replaced but said it would be cheaper to use a mouse with cable to plug into the lap top. I asked if he had a used one and he went and got one and gave it to me at no charge. A year ago I had a computer that wouldnt connect to the internet and brought it in to Quick Connect and the technician looked at it and discovered the lap top was asleep. He woke up :) the computer at no charge. My experience at Quick Connect Computer Services is that they are generous, treat you fairly, and no price gouging.

First, let me say that I never give the highest rating. Always room for some improvement - no one is perfect. But Dustin comes about as close as you can get. My issues started in January. He has been with me all the way until we finally figured out a way to have the best set up going forward. He knows our situation well and I can count on him if I have problems. Thanks, Dustin.

My computer was running slow and overloaded with corrupt files, etc. I took it to this company for service. All was good. They quickly resolved the problems, cleaned up the obsolete information and returned with a workable machine. Also added a program to cleanup the computer as often as I wished. This machine was an older model running MS 7 Premium. Good service, explained the problems and charged reasonable rate. I will return.

Built a super fast new computer with some friends but was encountering constant blue screens of death. I took it to another computer repair store first and they re-installed windows and sent me on my way. The BSODs came back, and then they thought it was a driver problem and fixed it and sent me on my way. When the BSODs returned a 3rd time, I decided to try Quick Connect instead.The guys at quick connect were so great to work with. The BSOD issue was really hard to figure out and pin down- but they did extensive testing and initially believed it to be my processor. We replaced that but unfortunately the BSODs returned. I called them up and they took it back right away and didnt charge me more. They finally concluded that it was a bad motherboard, which is an extremely difficult problem to find and prove. It was quite a process but Im thankful for their thoroughness and honesty. That was over a month ago now and Im happy to report that my computer is running like the dream computer my friends and I wanted it to be with no BSODs since.I give them 5 stars not just because of their knowledge and expertise that fixed a complex problem, but also because of the outstanding customer service along the way. Aron was patient and professional as he took my 7 year old Acer Computer; saving my data and programs from the failing hard drive. Finding my Windows 10 and 2007 Office Pro Licenses on the hard drive, he was able to be reinstall both. Replacing the old hard drive with a new state of the art solid state hard drive, my computer has never run so fast. I was able to save over $800 by refurbishing instead of buying new... WOW! I highly recommending Qteq to anyone having troubles with their computer.

I took my laptop in because it refused to load. I had a lot of important stuff on it so I had to try to get it back. My niece highly recommended Quick Connect, so I took my laptop and an HDD to transfer whatever data they could recover from the laptop.Shortly after I dropped it off, they called to tell me there was a problem with my HDD and asked if there was any important data on it. That HDD contained every photo of my grandchildren since they were born!Severals days later they had recovered all data from the laptop, and more important every picture from the HDD!These people are the best!

My laptop was having screen issues, it was having visual glitching. I took it in to be repaired and they got it back to me. they replaced my screen with a new monitor with a viewing angle worse than what i had before. I didnt mind though because it was the cheapest option. but i noticed the mouse pad no longer worked, but it didnt matter because i use a wireless mouse.buttwo weeks later i was opening my laptop and one of the hinges exploded. I noticed that, each hinge has 3 screw in places, but only 2 of them had screws in each. I didnt want to take it in to be repaired again so i left it. over time my monitor basically became how it was before and now longer works.consumer service was fine but idk what the deal was with all the other things that went wrong, and i didnt want to go back because i didnt want more things to go wrong.

I met Dustin at Walmart out of chance tonight. Honestly I thought he was working there with the shirt he was wearing. It was blue shirt and had a yellow logo on it. Never used them for service but I asked him if he knew where something was in the store and he just showed me where it was like he worked there. On way to the item in the store I realized that his shirt did not say Walmart on it at all, It said Quick Connect. I apologized to him as I totally thought he worked there at Walmart due to color of shirt. He said it did not matter and he was happy to help cause he knew where it was. I might never use them for computer work as I am quite able in that area but wanted them to know that for no reason that he would be required to, he helped me. We talked for a bit and he mentioned a few things that they did and gave me a business card. Just wanted to say thanks for doing something that he did not need to do but did anyhow.
