Bought an expensive office chair just a few years ago that is shedding leather everywhere. Spoke to the store manager in April 2021 who said they will do nothing about it and would not even provide a discount on a new purchase. Give the condition of this chair and the lack of concern and support my management, Ill never shop there again.

Travel for work and use OD all over the country. This was the least friendly and least helpful store Ive ever been. Refused to allow me to email a project to them for printing. I do this all the time at OD stores. Never been a problem. While standing at a self service machine, 20 feet from the closest person I took my mask off, dangling it from one ear as I used face ID to open my phone. Manager came right over to me and told me to put my mask on. Get real. I left and headed to Staples.

Went in to ship an item yesterday. The girl working the shipping desk area was rude and not helpful! She would barley speak and helpus with shipping the package. Tried asking a few questions and she would mumble something and walk away...We asked for a fragile sticker and she points to the floor and says “ There May be one out three” and walks away. We didn’t get a receipt for our shipment. Overall just an unpleasant experience as the girl was unfriendly and not helpful.

I am sitting outside an office Depot after trying to get in twice. The store hours still say that theyre open from 8:00 a.m. in the morning. It is now 9:15 a.m. . I tried the door just after 9:00 and it was locked. There was a person sitting in a car in the parking lot that I later noticed unlock the door and go in. I tried again to go in, door is locked. I have tried three times to call but nobody will answer. If youre not open please put a sign on the door that says you are not open. If you have changed your hours please put a sign on the door that says you have changed your hours. If youre too lazy to answer the phone please put a sign on the door that says you are too lazy to answer the phone. Your lack of signage and assistance has sent me to find my office needs elsewhere.Before leaving I tried calling one more time. After a long period of rain somebody finally picked up. It was the woman who was sitting in the car, who saw me go up to the door, and saw me go back to my car. She stated that the store does not open till 10:00 today. When I mentioned she should have a sign on the door she just dated that somebody forgot. As I asked her why she did not tell me they open at 10:00 as I walked past her car to go back to mine she hung up on me! Really, is this how you do business! Very, very poor!!!

This is the review I promised the guys in the print area that I would post. I had a music book which I wanted the binding trimmed off and three-hole punched (drilled). My parents owned a print shop so I spent my youth working in bindery and know exactly how it is done. It takes less than a minute for each step so less than 5 minutes total, including my paying for it. But no, they work strictly on a first-in, first-out basis and the earliest they could have it ready would be in TWO DAYS. I even spoke with the manager who came over probably after he heard the shock in my voice as I was talking to the first guy. They told me The Bindery Person was at lunch, but the manager conceded that he knew how to run the cutter and drill so could complete my order himself but he flat refused to do it. Since The Bindery Person was at lunch, no one was doing anything on any of the jobs they had in-house so their doing my order would not have delayed anyone elses order. Had my order required 20 minutes to complete, I would have understood adding it to their queue and waiting my turn. But something that takes less than 5 minutes they should be able to do on the spot if they have someone capable of doing it and the machines availalbe. Just unbelievable! If you like dealing with employees who blindly follow arbitrary rules that make no sense whatsoever, I highly recommend Office Depot! This is not the first time Ive had this type of issue with their employees, but it will be the last as I have no plans to ever go there again.

I come here quite often! I am usually met by an employee right when I walk in the door! It really makes finding what I’m looking for, take much less time! They always know exactly where, whatever item I’m looking for, is! I go here instead of Staples, whenever I possibly can!!

We spent a good 2 hours in here trying to find a couple desks for an office. And it was a huge headache on our end, but the employees were great. The employees here were very kind and not pushy but kept checking in on us to make sure we didnt have any questions. Sometimes when you spend a good amount of time in a store employees act like youre bothering them. Not these guys.

I needed a headset phone for work. I felt pressure to purchase separate headset and phone when even the salesman wasnt sure it would work. i was told i could bring them back if they didnt. i spent an entire Sunday trying to get them to work. i had to take them back in a snow storm after work. They would not give me my money back, only a gift card to the store. i need the money for medical expenses.

I do alot of printing here through their online service. For some reason when I tried to print some invites it wasnt working online I had to go in store. There was a misunderstanding between the lady doing the printing and myself. I told her I need 25 invites, there were 2 to a page and she printed and charged me for 25 pages. I did not realize this until I came to pick up my invites. A little bummed for the extra money I spent that will end up in the trash.

I just paid $4.29 for a standard photocopy. When I asked about the price I was told it was because the paper was larger than standard and needed to be put on the glass instead of sent through the feeder. This alone will be justification for me to not return.
