5 stars arent enough!!! These men are absolutely amazing at what they do. Have been here twice with issues with my car and they got me in and out with in an hour. Extremely helpful and friendly. Very inexpensive opposed to other places. Thank you guys for all you do!

T I Haas outfitted my SUV with high quality, reasonably-priced tires in an hour! A great maintenance package at an astonishing low cost was too good of a deal to pass up. The crew are knowledgeable, professional and genuinely courteous. I highly recommend doing business with T O Haas Tire & Auto.

I purchased 4 new tires and new wheels for my Jeep in September. They were very personable and easy to work with. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and they were very patient with me while I made my decision. These guys bend over backwards to make a sale and work very hard to make their customers happy. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and I refer all my family and friends to them as well! Great customer service!

Ive had to get a couple vehicles aligned here. They have managed to get my vehicles in even when they are busy. Really appreciate the service, work and honesty they provide!

I stopped by on Thursday because I had gotten a nail in my tire where it couldnt be fixed, the gentleman took a look at it, said he would have to order the same tire. He didnt try to sale me more than the one since I had only had my car a few months. We scheduled an appointment for Friday at 11, I got there they got me in and tire fixed within 30 minutes if not less. I would highly recommend. Thank you for your help.

Not good at all. Costumer service was trash. Went to two stores and neither could mount and balance tires. Told me the price was 65 and then told 120 bucks. I will never go back. Not to mention they gave me a time to be there and still couldnt do it. Dont waste your time.

Had them order a rim i couldnt find locally.1. It came a day late.2. No one told me this was a used rim until the order was already being shipped, to my knowledge it was supposed to be a new replica.3. I was also unaware that the salvage yard they had it shipped from, wanted a core... until i was standing at the counter, ready to pay!!!4. Had the tire mounted on the rim by a different shop, when the job was done... the tech mentioned how the rim had a dent in it and said he just wanted me to be aware of it.All in all, very disappointed. I should have been given more information upfront. I should have been told where the rim was coming from, that it was used, and that there was a core charge if i didnt supply the core. The shipped product should have also been inspected to ensure they were providing me a quality part. I do not recommend having anyone order you anything from this store.

The customer service here at this location is far better than the location off of South 27th b y Super Saver. Dont waste your time going to that location totally joke for customer service.

Quick and easy to get a tire patched. The wait was a bit long, but for $25 it was fine.

It is a really good place. My tire was punctured by a steel stick. And I was not sure whether it hurt the tire inside. So I went to the place and asked them to check that for me. They helped me to check all the tires and everything turned out to be good. The amazing thing is that it cost me nothing. The staff here are really good guys. Highly recommend.

I had a 20 year old car, with corrosion on the rims which would result in low tire pressure. Because of the car’s age, really did not want to invest in new rims. My solution was to routinely stop at T O Haas on North 48th street for pressure checks. Every time I stopped I was greeted promptly, and serviced immediately. There were times that the bays and waiting room were full, but I was helped immediately and never once did I feel like I was looked at as an inconvenience.I recently upgraded my car and in the first two months have had tire issues. The first was a short screw that luckily did not penetrate the tire. Today however, I woke to find a flat tire (not the same tire). I had my car there when they opened. They mounted my spare ordered a new tire, got me to work on time. Came back this afternoon they mounted the new tire and I’m as good as new again. Honestly these guys are just great at what they do, and even better at customer service.

Ran over a small but sharp object, took my car down to have the tire checked out. They found the problem super quick and got me out quick too. Fair price and friendly staff. I’d do business with them again.

At no cost, they checked my alignment and it wasnt off enough to worry about. Very nice folks, printed off my results so I could make sense of it to my father.

They did a good job, getting my car back on the road, with a fair price on good tires. I asked them if they would put spare away, like it was, and they did. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars was they didnt get the jack back in the car correctly. I had a flat tire that needed to be fixed asap. I was on my way to the hospital to see my mother, after her surgery. I needed it done quick and inexpensively. They didnt waste time. It was busy, but they had me on my way in about an hour. Nice guys. No bones.Thanks for helping a stressed lady out!

Purchased two new front tires today & already feel the difference. Everyone was friendly & the installation of the new tires was quick & efficient. On top of all that Terri Reed is a delight! There was a recent snow/ice storm, and my alignment got all messed up trying to get my car out of the parking lot at my job. I called a different location that was booked until Monday. They referred me to this location. I called at 7:40 am and was able to get in at 9 am. They completed my alignment and promptly called me just after 10 am. Great, quick service! I drove my car to work this evening and it is driving great, no more shuddering!

They told me to show up at 3:30 today and take about a half an hour and they were really busy and they got it done unbelievable. Great people to work with I will be back.

This place is an absolute joke. They are sexist and will take advantage of women. My battery needed replaced (which I knew) but then they lied and said I needed a new alternator. They were charging double bill would have been over 1000, just for the alternator not including the cost for a new battery. I got my alternator fixed and tested the old one just to see and the one was still In great shape! They lied and ripped me off. Spent so much money on a part that was perfectly fine.

These guys already have great reviews but im going to throw them another one. I was in the used car market and needed some info and general advice as well as a pre purchase inspection and Tyler absolutely had me covered. The professionalism and helpfulness blew me away. Will come here for anything possible going forward.

Got the appointment scheduled 2 days before. Dropped my car off and it was done in a few hours. I told them it was no hurry and I could pick up my car at the end of the day. The price I paid was exactly same as the quote I got on the phone. Great service, good customer service.

I had a great experience at this store today. They were on time with the appointment I had made to have tires changed on my new car. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. The wait for my tire swap did not take long at all. I was pleasantly surprised after my tire swap was done they cleaned and shined the new tires that were installed. I recommend this T.O Hass store highly.

Gabe runs an amazing shop!! He is honest, tells you what the issue is, if any, and gives you options to move forward. His team is friendly and always helpful, I can honestly say that I have never had an experience at the 48th st location in Lincoln, NE that has upset me, let alone made me impatient. They are good at what they do and I will continue to bring all my work to them for the foreseeable future!!

Friendly staff! Bought 4 new tires today, seem to be fair priced. When I scheduled I had ask that they check to see if alignment was needed, however that wasn’t noted and they didn’t have time to do it today. Other than that, I was happy with my experience.

Got me in right away and out just as fast. Will be returning for other tires and vehicles needs.

This was for their North Platte store. Could not have had better service. The attendant had two tire option quotes for my truck on the counter top in the time it took me to park and walk in the door. Everything was done in less than 45min from the time I pulled in the parking lot to the time I was back on the road.. Without an appointment! Highly recommend!

My young niece limped in with the spare donut tire on her car to have the tire repaired from a nail. They repaired for $20 but then didnt offer to replace the temporary spare and just threw the repaired tire in the trunk. When my sister in law realized what theyd done she went back to ask if they would do the replacement and the guy gave her a hard time.Now for the follow up. Mr. Paul Faugh from T.O. Haas tire saw my post and immediately took action to correct the situation and called to apologize. He fully understands that their customers have to be able to depend on them for quality, friendly service just like when T.O. Haas started out. I was happy to get his call and trust this will be make a positive impact on future interactions with customers. Thank you Paul.

Called at 5 on Tuesday. I had to get new tires on before I go out of town Thursday morning. They got me in there Wednesday morning even though they had to get my tires in from a local supplier. Gave me a good price on a set of four and I picked it up later that day. Someone must have forgot to call when it was finished but all in all a good experience.

Very quick and friendly employees. A professional clean looking tire shop. A good busy location on 48th street Lincoln, Nebraska. Helped me choose good branded tires from Michelin to BFGoodrich and others. I choose their BFGoodrich A/T all terrain tire since I drive on rough bumpy roads all the time for work. Employees let you see the work they do also talk to you about the process their going through to put on the tire. Might tell their life story how they got in their job position. Witch was very nice and friendly of them. I would go back to them in the near future.

This location has been our preferred TO Haas for more than 12 years. I had been going to a newer location because I moved. That new location discounted my concerns, charged me for services that I shouldn’t have been charged for. North 48 TO Haas and their people ROCK! When I mentioned I planned to sell my car they even made a print out showing me what to ask. I depend on them to know what I don’t know to ask. My experience at North 48 TO Haas is always perfect.

T.O. Haas on N. 48th Streeet in Lincoln, NE was exceptional. I discovered that I had a near flat tire a few blocks away. I called to see if I could bring my vehicle in and have my flat fixed as I wait. They said they could accommodate me and did. A life saver they were!!Thank you!!!

Stopped at T.O. Haas cause had a damaged tire and was loosing air. They got my spare on, ordered a new tire, got a few hours later the new tire on my car and me back on the road! All on the same day. Outstanding!!!

It was so easy using TO Haas, yet again. I blew two tires on a pothole and just had my car towed to TO Haas on 48th. Left a note on the dash and dropped my keys through the slot. I called when they opened the next morning and they already had my repair in process. Same day quality service!

Had a leaking tire. Went to two T.O. Haas stores and could not get me in. 48th and Holdrege found an opening and fixed my tire.

This is the second place I tried. Older, unusual vehicle. One glance at the wheels and vehicle and they knew the load rating needed, bolt pattern, and size, and figured out where to order things and when theyd be here (two days). The first place got stuck in a tarpit of trying to look up information online. T.O Haas wins the eyeballs and brains award here. Looks great, staff completely on the ball.

Not a good place to take your car. I felt like I was stereotyped as a young white women who knew nothing about cars. As such, my reason for bringing my car in was overlooked and the solution I wished to discuss was ignored.What happened was, I made an appointment to have the error code for a loose gas cap cleared from my computer and to replace the gas cap since I was going to be there anyway. When making the appointment, I was told it would be about $20. When I got there, I was charged a $70 computer hook up fee and was then told to come back for more diagnostic work that would start at $120. None of which was necessary to actually fix the problem I was having with my vehicle.

Alway get great service at T.O. Haas!! Been buying tires and wheels from 1985 still to this day. That should tell you how well they treat there customers!! Doesnt matter what store you go to. Paul sold me my first set of tires and wheels in 1985 and John at 24th and O is still taking great care of all my needs. Thanks again for all the years of great service!!

I was so impressed with the service I received today at T.O. Haas on 48th and Orchard! They were friendly, got my part in and replaced within 2 hours. They even showed me the piece that was broken and explained how it worked. Ill be going there again! 🙂
