This was my first time picking out a new mattress, and Mike made it very easy! The way he explained the specs of different mattresses and broke down pricing was easy to understand. There were other customers around as well, and he had a handle on helping all of us. I feel confident that I was able to pick the mattress that’ll work for me!

The employees were very kind and helpful. They asked many questions about what I liked and disliked in a bed, and provided helpful insights on the type of bed I should get since I have back problems. The bed I ended up choosing wasn’t in stock at the store, but they coordinated with their warehouse, and I was able go pick it up from them the same day. I am very happy with the bed I got, and would recommend them.The only reason I’m putting 5 stars is the parking lot is small and is dominated by a massive pothole that’s difficult to navigate. My uhaul made it over without trouble, but smaller vehicles might not have such an easy time.

Wanted to buy local and see products first hand. The reviews were great so we headed in and started our search. Chris was awesome! He was VERY knowledgeable about all the products. He did not overwhelm us with questions. He asked what we were looking, anything specific and lead us to the right direction. We thought we knew what we wanted, very firm bed, but after listening to us and asking to try the Purple mattress, we were hooked. No pressure at all to buy or pushy on upsells. I just bought a really good mattress for the price with an adjustable frame thrown in free. They even had the Tencel mattress protector I was looking for on sale! Salesperson (Kade) was very knowledgeable, helpful, and low-pressure. The sale goes through Tuesday I think and made it so much cheaper and more convenient to move up to a queen size.

Mattress Firm is, hands down, the best, most pleasant place to get anything I need to get a great nights sleep. Kade is super helpful, and very knowledgeable! We have purchased three beds from this store and are completely satisfied with them. We have also purchased pillows, mattress protectors, sheets, you name it, they have it.

Buying a mattress is a pain in the rump. Mattress Firm was extremely helpful and informative when it came to picking out a mattress. People only know about the “brands” they’re used to. The guys at Mattress Firm were able to give me the low down on who the actual leaders in the market were and especially when it came to my price point. Some “name brands” don’t make the cut if you’re not buying top of the line. All together a great experience!!

We called ahead to set an appointment do to COVID concerns. The sales assistant was pleasant and professional. This was the first place I stopped in search of a new mattress set. It ended up being the last place as well, because in no time their friendly, un-pushy sales associate had me trying out beds and finding just what I needed at the right price. I was in and out within 45 minutes and the whole sales experience was relatively pleasant. (I just hate parting with money!) The sales associate had the right amount of helpfulness without trying to convince me to buy something I didnt want. She also took time to explain the warranties and so forth. Their whole process seemed very efficient. Highly recommend.

Just went to look and get an idea of prices. After talking with the super friendly salesman. Found a great bed at a affordable price would recommend going there as your first stop.

So I bought my memory foam mattress because the one I layed on in store was soft. I now have it at home and it’s hard as a rock my back hurts every day and I can hardly sleep. Go in to see about exchanging and am told I will pay $79.99 exchange fee since they will have to pick it up. I was not informed of this when I purchased and must have missed it in paperwork, beings we spoke about options for return this should have been mentioned. So not only am I paying over $1000 for the bed I’m going to have to pay $80 to return because it feels nothing like store model. Not good business

Rolled up to Mattress Firm before the huge snowstorm. John and Kade immediately welcomed us. John asked a few questions to help identify our sleep needs and proceeded to show us different options that would cater to us individually. I never thought I’d have an adjustable frame but we got it for free thanks to their great President’s Day sales. John and Kade were very personable and knowledgeable about mattresses, but spoke in words we could understand since we don’t speak Mattress. To them, none of our questions were stupid. Kade even knew some of the philanthropic endeavors of their corporate office. They made sure we walked out knowing our options for return should we need it. While sitting down to make the final transaction, John ran out of staples. My five-star review was on the line until Kade politely offered his own personal stapler to John. Now that’s some brotherhood right there. Great fellas, great mattresses. Go there or be square.
