This has to have been the best experience of buying a mattress I ever had. Was treated like family and made the buying so easy. I was very pleased with the service I received from the young man at the Lincoln store. I told him I was no longer sleeping good on the futon that I using at the house where I’m staying but didn’t want to spend a lot of money. He shows me several mattresses of which I was able to select two. I came back to try them again before buying.

I appreciate the time that Sanam spent with me while I searched for a new and comfortable bed. This is a big money commitment and I never felt pressured to buy. I don’t have the new mattress and adjustable base yet, but I am excited for the delivery and hopefully some future restful and pain free nights!

JP did an awesome job with properly aligning me with the best mattress for my lower back and side pain. I had came in and asked JP for a extra firm mattress and he right away was clear with why a super firm mattress might not be best for my consistent lower back and side pain. Revised review: When I purchased the mattress the salesman, JP made it sound as though I could’ve thrown it in my truck and left with the mattress right then. We didn’t have our bed frame yet so I told him to hold it until I was ready. He said that wasn’t a problem and that he only needed one day for deliver. Let him know before 3pm and it would be delivered the next day. I called today to schedule my delivery, I’d called after 3pm on Monday so I expected it to be delivered on Wednesday at which point u was informed that the first available deliver day was Thursday. Not what I was told when I purchased it but whatever, I said “ok. I’ll just come pick it up” When I called back to confirm I could come get it I was told it would t be available for store pick-up until Thursday. So much for the 1 day delivery, now we’re without our new mattress until Thursday with no temp from the store to fix the problem except “you can pick it up at our warehouse in Sacramento”. I went from being extremely happy with the service I received to wishing I’d purchased my bed somewhere else.Original review:My wife called regarding a Purple mattress she saw online to confirm they had them. I went into the store and worked with JP who was very knowledgeable and helpful in making my selection. They matched the price we’d seen online and had the mattress available for delivery within a day. Much better experience than dealing with the computer.

Just purchased a mattress last week. We had some issues when the incorrect mattress was delivered. JP was quick to assist. They swapped out the mattress a few days later. Things will not always go smoothly and what matters most is how you respond. This locations response was fantastic. Very happy with our new mattress.

When we came in, we had a great experience. They helped us try out multiple matresses to figure out what we liked. That quickly changed when we got our mattress. Its important to note that Outlet means pre-owned. This was not explained in the store and put a damper on our experience when we get a matress with pre-owned stamped on the side of the plastic. This is why its discounted so much. If you get an outlet item it also does not come in a box rolled up like it was explained. Therefore taking a floppy 200 lb matress upstairs was not fun (you can pay for the service but since we were told it was coming in a box we thought we wouldnt need it). After talking to the store manager, he assured us we can exchange it if necessary. He took our frustrations of about a level 10 down to about a level 2. I appreciate the customer service and were going to give this matress a chance.

Just bought a mattress here and it was literally the easiest process ever!! Sanam did an amazing job providing me with all the details and was extremely patient throughout the process. Upon moving to Lincoln we decided that it was time for a new mattress. Unfortunately, the one we ordered was not able to deliver to our home so we ended up calling Mattress Firm. Wonderful!After using our mattress for a few months we decided it was time for a cooling mechanism of some sort. Other stores wanted to over charge but my hubby has this thing about loyalty and customer service. Bought the SUB O softchill pillow. Have had other pillows before but this is not cool much less cold for sleeping. I see no difference from a regular pillow!!!! Not happy with it for the money I paid for it!

My wife, 1year old son, and I visited the store 8/21/2020. We were quickly greeted by Evan. Our initial hope was to purchase a new mattress which unfortunately wasn’t something that fit our budget at this point in our lives. Throughout the process Evan was extremely helpful, patient, and overall fantastic. He ended up referring us to their selection of mattress toppers, which are very well priced compared to their competition. I was very satisfied with the level of service I received. I spoke to Sanam on the phone regarding my extra firm mattress and how I needed some sort of cushion for the back pain I was having. Sanam went on to tell me why a mattress topper would be a good idea and recommended me the lucid 4 inch charcoal topper. My husband and I came in looking for a new bed. We have been sleeping on a queen for a while and wanted to upgrade. What prompted us to upgrade so quickly was that we had family who was coming into town this coming weekend. As soon as we came in we were greeted by Evan and he immediately started showing us different styles of beds and we narrowed down to the bed we enjoyed the most. Since we live on a military base there was only limited deliveries that are allowed on base and the only delivery available would’ve been got the week after family would be there. Evan went above and beyond, calling around to see if we could get it delivered sooner and he was able to! He also worked with any military discounts we were able to qualify for. Best service, and Evan made it easy to go through this whole process!

Michael the store manager is top notch. After purchasing a few mattresses, the wife and I werent in love with the split king design and unfortunately didnt love the mattresses. This was by no means Mattress Firms fault, but sometimes you just never know until you sleep on a mattress a few weeks. It wasnt an easy decision to make, but unfortunately we had to request an exchange from the split king mattresses to the single king mattress. Fearing the worst and not knowing what to expect, I contacted Michael and he assured us that it would be fine and honored the Mattress Firm 120 day exchange policy. I went to this location on 7/18 (Saturday) and had AMAZING service! Michael was absolutely amazing and was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses. Ive had an employee fraudulently apply to credit card under my name without my consent. It took about a month or longer to get ahold of corporate and fix their mess and get my credit fixed to what it was prior this visit. Never go to mattress firm in Lincoln, they are shady and is just a scam. They misinformed me completely and theyll do the same to anyone walking through their doors look at just pricing. Theyll ask to see if youd qualify for any of their current promotions and then that when theyll get you. NEVER COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO RUIN YOUR CREDIT.

I went in to buy a pillow. The same pillow I bought from them almost six years ago. Its lasted this long and I love it. The gentleman who waited on me was friendly and found the pillow online since it wasnt in store anymore.

The salesman Michael was great. Gave us great service. However, delivery crew lied to me. They said the encasement and the sheets were the wrong size. Delivery crew were supposed to put the encasement on the mattress. My husband and I ended up putting on the encasement which was difficult for both of us. Took two of use to put on the encasement on the mattress.

Awesome experience shopping for my daughters new mattress. I was hesitant to visit, but am so glad we did. Michael was amazingly patient with not only my kids and I but with the other customers in the store. He answered all my questions (some of them redundant 🙄) and my kids’ questions.
