So Ive gone here a few times recently and at the other location in Lincoln. I like that theyre more honest here and (most) employees let me know if they dont know information about products, store policies, etc. Ive gotten a lot of help here. However, there was a girl that worked there and I asked if I could return a product bought at the stand-alone Sephora location and she just kept interrupting to tell me that they dont, even though I have made a return there before with a product from a stand-alone Sephora. Just blatantly cut me off what I tried explaining to her and ignored my questions. Even if it wasnt allowed, I would have appreciated a polite response and not rudeness. Hopefully I dont need to see an employee like that here again.

Expect to wait at least 30 minutes in line or for any help from an employee. They never have enough staff so if you go here just be prepared to wait and wait and wait.

I visited here last week, to be color matched with a new foundation. The lady grabbed 2 colors said they were both too dark and went to grab the lightest shade, it looked fine in store so I bought it, brought it home and I looked like Casper the Friendly Ghost. I went to the store in Omaha to exchange and they questioned who on earth matched me as it was two shades too light. I ended buying one of the ones she said was “too dark” but it matches my skin tone perfectly. :/

I recently purchased the fresh black age delay face lotion from this location and when I got home realized it had been expired since 2016. I will be checking future purchases way more thoroughly! For $75 bucks a lotion, I shouldn’t be receiving expired products!

Ive been in twice this month & unfortunately both times had workers who didnt seem to want to help at all. Apparently asking for advice on eyebrow pencils & pomades was too much trouble for them.I also noticed that makeup didnt seem to be one of the employees forte, just by looking at her face😳.Management needs to do a better job at making sure customers are being helped properly & treated w respect!

I mean i didnt have no trouble but they didnt ask people around if they had any questions and most of the employees were talking to each other or either they were behind the desk instead of welcoming the people who came in the store. But those are a few things that i would like to be changed. Anyways i like the beauty products they are a little expensive but affordable.

I just started going there for some months now, and in every visit, regardless of me buying something or not, I havent had any issues with asking for and getting samples of whatever I wanted to try. Every single time theyve been super helpful, so Im not sure where all the negative comments come from.

My 1st experience with male sales clerk was bad almost to the point that I wasnt going to return, was brought back by friends on girls trip.. We were helped by a nice and professional sales clerk named Taylor(asked if she was the only Taylor, she said yes.lol) with GREAT customer service! Knowledgeable, took the time to assist us(4 of us to be exact.lol) We will be returning due to her customer service!

I’ve always been a Sephora shopper but I hate going to this store. The sales people definitely need some training or new management because they are never the same sales people but they all act the same....rude and indifferent. I will do my Sephora shopping on line or Omaha!

I had a horrible time at sephora. the workers were not polite at all, and all i asked for was a sample. i had two workers tell me and my friends where the line was even though we were just looking at the things they had. worst experience ever. i don’t think i will be coming back any time soon. #ultaisbetter

Hello, Im from MN and I love shopping at Sephora the ppl who worked there always were so nice to me and very welcoming.. they let me try their new products what they have. So yesterday i came with my sister in law I was looking for myself a good eyebrow pencil.. and this Lady comes to me and tells me that we cant use their products because they have a limit not to use more.. I was surprised I was like wow really?.. I never had anything like this before.. ppl who works at Sephora they let me try their new products but this lady she sounded kinda rude..
