Wonderful place!Debbi cut my sisters hair, which is curly and super puffy, and did a fantastic job! She was so sweet and helped us in so many ways!They are also super affordable! This place is great and we’ll continue to come back! ❤️

Ive been getting my hair cut here for over 8 years now, ever since I bought my house in Lincoln Crossing. Theres never been a bad haircut, no matter who is working. Theres rarely much of a wait, except for sometimes when theyre having a discount day. Everyone has been friendly, courteous, and has done a good job with cutting and washing my hair. I always feel great walking out of there, knowing Ive got a good cut that looks stylish and comfortable.

Sarah did a great job cutting and styling my hair. Ive never had a bad experience here at this location.

As I wrote before, prices & cuts were very good! The only problem I might have had, was the store closing hour had been robbed from the posted display on the door, although this gives them the leeway to close early if slow, it can be frustrating as I rushed over after 17:00, only to read a hand written sign that they closed at 17:00!! After 2 late visits of closes, I now call first & go earlier in the afternoon! Problem solved, no big deal!!!

Ummmm yesssss!!!! I went to a high end salon in Roseville and didn’t get the color or cut I was going for. I spent 4 hours and over $200 on something everyone loved but not what I wanted. Gave it a couple of days to get used to and the salon couldn’t get me in anytime soon to correct it. Cindy to the rescue. It took her all of 5 seconds to notice it the difference of the cut I asked for and what I had. She went right to work and even made sure I was happy with it before I left. Thank you thank you thank you!

Susan is excellent with pixie cuts. She made sure i was happy with the lengths and textures, checking in during the hair cut as i wear glasses and couldnt see the progress. The end result was just as I had hoped for. Price was great, $15. And I was in the chair for 20 mins, which i appreciated. Overall experience was very positive and I made sure to get a card for my return visit.

Took my 94 year old mother there for a wash and cut. Did a good job and were caring and gentle with my mom.

I’ve been going here for years to see one hairstylist. I won’t mention her name just because I really like her and this just seems to be a “fluke” on what happened. I wish I could post pictures so people know I’m telling the truth because Cindy the manager and the 2 stylist I dealt with today don’t seem to believe me. I paid $50 for a haircut at a different salon but came to Fantastic Sams to see my gal for a color. We talked about my cut I just had done the day before and I asked if she was able just to give me a long layer in the back without cutting my length and definitely not cutting my length in the front. The cut I just had done was an A-line. I was told yes, that could be done. I also asked to put lowlights in to take away the gray hair from around my temples. I paid $100 but walked away crying all night because she cut my hair so short and took away my a-line after we discussed NOT cutting the length. Before I left I even asked her if I still had an a-line. She told me, “yes, a little bit but with someone with hair longer like yours, it doesn’t look good, you need to have short hair like mine for it to stand out.” Well, I DID have the a-line cut and I really liked it. I hate my hair now and now have to wait months before I can fix the cut because it’s so short and I still have lots of gray around my temples. I called to speak with my hairstylist but she wasn’t in so I asked to speak to the manager, Cindy. After playing phone tag for a few days I finally got a call. I asked if I could send her a text or email with my before and after pictures so she can see the obvious issue. She gave me her email and I sent them off. With my job and my ill father, I wasn’t able to go in during her time being there for her to see in person. I asked for $40 back for what I paid and what I got. I think that’s reasonable specially when I have to go around hating my hair until it grows back. I finally asked Cindy if she could leave the $40 up front so I could come by after my shift to pick it up. She agreed but when I went in to pick it up the lady that handed it to me was extremely rude. I said thank you when she handed it to me and I got nothing in return. She wouldn’t even look at me when she found out why I was there. Not a “I’m sorry you are not happy” or “I’m sorry this happened”! They treated me like I was the issue and this was my fault! If I was basing this review off of my hairstylist alone I would give a 4 but my rating is based on how I was treated when I spoke up for myself on what the outcome of my visit was instead of bucking up and just dealing with it. This haircut really upset me and I’m still not over it!

First time at this location. Service was wonderful. She was quick, did a great job and very friendly. Ighly reccomend this location to anyone! Will definitely return.

Messed my hair up bad. Had to go to great clips to get it fixed. Gonna take a couple more cuts to get it back.😭

I made an appointment to have my hair colored and cut.(you do not have to make an appointment). They were ready for me. I like the haircut and color. Everyone is friendly and welcoming.

Linda and Megan offer quality perms, hair cuts and are very friendly so you can relax for a spell during this busy holiday season.

Brought my nephew in for a new hair style great job very friendly also men haircuts only 10$ on wednesday (optional shampooing included) so that was an added bonus we didnt know about ! But showed what he wanted and she did it just perfect ! 5 stars for sure i have got my hair cut there also and they always do exactly what i ask for and i love it everytime !
