Love taking my car here for repairs. Kyles group of guys does a super great job on my car every time I have taken it in. Never have to question the bill because Kara always goes over it with you when you pick it up. And they wont even start on it until you approve the cost. Great place to go.

Stop looking. You’ve found where you need to get your car repairs done. Let me tell you I got bopped around to a couple places trying to find a place to handle a bad oil leak I had on my Jetta. I was lucky enough to be recommended here by a good friend and thank God for that! Cara goes above and beyond period. You won’t find another person who cares more about you as a person as much as the repairs you need- if her cute dog doesn’t pull you in. Her warm personality will win you over. I felt cared for. The work was done efficiently and even came in under the estimated price! That NEVER happens!—(see update)Thank You DSA you have my business for life.Update: a day later I noticed my car was still leaking oil which was frustrating. Went back to DSA and $500 later I finally wasn’t leaking oil. Cara said she gave a tongue lash to her mechanic but I better customer service would have them correcting the issue the 2nd time for free. I think it’s fair to revise my review accordingly.

The only shop in Nebraska I trust with my 06 Saab 9-3 Aero V6.I was referred to this shop after questioning around at my workplace about independent shops that worked on European vehicles. I will never take it anywhere else.Theyve done everything from oil changes, to a fuel pump (very difficult on this specific car), to injectors, to suspension parts on it; and youd be hard pressed to find a better price anywhere else in Southeast NE, and their work is top notch with a warranty and Technet roadside to boot.Cara is very friendly and easy to get along with while being professional at the same time. She does a great job recommending parts and working around your schedule to get your car into the shop.Kyle and his team of mechanics are simply the best in the business. Not sure what else to say. Work is always done right the first time with quality parts and care taken. Not to mention, theyre all really friendly and easy to get along with as well.

Great office manager, gathered all the details over the phone so when I had someone drop off the vehicle it didn’t need to be repeated. The ability to communicate appointment time over text was convenient.The diagnostic work was below the price I was expecting. The labor was fair and efficient. Everything that needed attention was fixed, my girlfriend and her daughter were not pressured to fix more than needed.They have again earned my trust and recommendation!

Got my car in the same day for battery,alternator,and started check just needing a new battery had them put a new one in done same day,very honest and dependable ppl, Front desk girl very nice and always informative thanx to my co worker Marlin for hooking me up with this place, Definitely recommend DSA!

Told me they could look at my car on Tuesday and didn’t get it in the shop until Thursday. Told me my car could not be fixed but I took it somewhere else and they were able to properly fix the problem, they do not want to work on vehicles. Replaced my brake pads and rotors and did not replace the caliper so now my new pads and rotors are ruined. Forgot to put the fuse cover on my fuse box. Completely over priced. Highly do not recommend, very displeased!!!

The new location is beautiful and clean and state-of-the-art!Instead of just selling me a battery because I asked for one, Kyle actually did several tests on the vehicle to make sure that it wasnt the starter or the alternator and he tested the strength of the battery as well.I showed up in the middle of a very hectic day and asked to be accommodated immediately and they recognized my stress and helped manage it forthrightly to get this Mom back on the road!The customer service here is unparalleled! Additionally with the purchase of my new battery I got a roadside assistance plan for free I thought that was a pretty cool bonus!

I met Kyle and Cara while working at the local parts store. When it came time to have some work done, I didnt hesitate to give them a callI had just purchased a truck and the ABS light was on and the Speedometer did not work. I took it in for a oil change and to have them diagnose the ABS problem, which they did. The following week I took it in to be repaired. They also pointed out some things that needed to be taken care of in the future. There was never any pressure to fix these things, just a heads up that they would need attention in the near future. If you are looking for an honest shop that does outstanding work this is the place to go. I will definitely be taking all my vehicles here in the future. Thnk you!

They fixed my A/C with a price that is better than the dealer.

Simply the best in Lincoln. There is no question period. My latest experience:Son is driving our 2003 Honda Odyssey going to UNO in Omaha. He experiences car problems with the following symptoms: Loss of power, excessive shaking, Engine Light on, codes reading all 6 cylinders misfiring. We replace spark plugs to no avail. At this point, take van into Auto Specialists Inc. in Omaha. I carefully picked out this place based on the 90 some reviews all nearly 5 stars. Son drops off van, and returns 3 hours later to learn hes been billed $140 for diagnostic test, and quoted $860 to adjust the valves.This just didnt seem right, so trusted my instincts to call Cara and Kyle. Both of whom are simply amazing people. Kyle quotes a valve adjustment as significantly less, but also questions the diagnosis of the vehicle. Me too! Was an easy (but dangerous) decision to have son get van to Lincoln somehow and drop off at DSA.In 2-3 short hours, I receive a call from Cara with a completely new diagnosis! One of the ignition coils is bad which will solve the check engine light, (most of the shaking), and power loss. Whats more though, is they inspected the entire van! They noted an outer tire rod at a very dangerous level!So we go from nearly paying $860 to a shop in Omaha that wouldve solved nothing all the way to bringing van to Lincoln, and having a team of experts fix the coil, both tie rods, and even noted a bulged (likely broken belt) back tire!For the love of god, EVERYONE, please go to DSA Performance LLC. At this point, Id say youre a fool if you dont.

Wouldnt take my car anywhere else. Kyle is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and honest. Have taken an Audi and a couple of BMWs to him for service in the past several years, and had nothing but positive results. If you need a great shop for your import (or any other) vehicle, this is the place! They have the knowledge, and experience, with lower overhead than the large garages -meaning you get better results with lower prices. Cant be beat! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I was in a dark place with my vehicles condition, and every shop I went to quoted me a fortune to repair. DSA not only took the time to drill down to the problem (fixing it for a fraction of what the other places quote); but I could tell they genuinely cared about me and my vehicle. They have earned my business for life and I highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with Kyle and the DSA Performance team. Im new to Lincoln and wasnt to sure who to go to or trust with my automotive needs. So I looked online like most of us and looked for automotive repair shops in Lincoln. After searching and reading many reviews from a few shops online I determined that DSA seemed to have really good reviews and their shop looked good and clean from the pictures online so I decided to give them and two other shops a try. I visited all three shops and asked for an estimate on a job I needed done on my Blue Corvette, not only were they the cheapest but also the friendliest of them all. When I stopped by I had a chat with Cara in the front desk and talk about my vehicle and had a pleasant conversation about their online reviews and her pet dog that was in the shop that day. Kyle the owner came in later and politely introduced himself and help with the estimate, we talked a bit and I decided to drop off my car the next day for the work needed. Next day I dropped off my car at their shop, again Kyle and myself had a nice talk about the shop, the weather, the car, and about my job ( Military) among other things. About six hours later I got a call from Kyle that my vehicle was ready for pick up, when I picked up the car the Cara told me that Kyle had given me a discount for my military service and that they appreciated my business. I was shocked and super thankful for the discount, they didnt have to do it but they did. Needless to say they have definitely have earned my business and will be referring my friends to them from now on, thanks again guys!!

Asked them to change out my fuel pump and in changing my fuel pump broke my gas gauge refusing to fix what they broke for free trying to charge me $700 more on top of the $600 to fix fuel pump.got a call back they did another check and it was there falt took the blame said sorry and is fixing it for free changing my 1 star back to 4 just happy got this stuff sorted out

They know what they are doing...affordable..i would recommend. We have a VW that would have cost 2x what DSA charged. And im moreconfident in DSA.
