The owners and staff are caring people who are extremely knowledgeable. Their passion for automobiles is apparent. I’ve been getting oil changes and repairs here for over 5 years, and these guys are hard workers who do an excellent job of communicating with customers. They seem to be capable. Ive taken two vehicles to them for repair over the last year. For the second vehicle, they did $500 of repairs without my authorization. These were very MINOR issues (a noisy bearing), which I would have much rather lived with, given the extreme age of the vehicle. Im using a fake name. I will probably be back, they are good people. I just hope that you coach your employees on repair authorization.

I trust Jeff and James and the work they do on my car. I have just walked in before, told them what was going on, and they fix my car that day. They are honest, call you before they start repairs, tell you the price, and dont try to sell you extra things you dont need. The price is fair too. Had a battery replaced at big boxer. They did not do needed recoding. When asked them to comlpete job was advised was not included in replacement. Contacted Trade Crntet Automotive as A result of referral from regular customer. Problem diagnosed on phone. Appoinment made for next morning. Problem solved while I waited. Great service from very accomading staff.
