I had brought my seven year old daughter with me to get an oil change. We were sitting in the main waiting area when we noticed the complimentary breakfast bars, water bottles, and soda cans. This made her day, as she hadnt yet had breakfast. Then, without me even asking, an associate came from her office and went to the kids play area and turned on cartoons for my daughter. She was so kind and sweet, I could have hugged her. Every single staff member there made us feel like we were the most important customers there. Thank you so much for treating me, my family, and our vehicles with so much care. We love you all.

I was very impressed with the ease of buying my Hyundai Palisade at Sid Dillon. In my search for the perfect vehicle, this dealership with this help of Tucker Fullerton, I was able to find it here. They were the only one that had an acceptable vehicle and NOT adding a surcharge in the KS, NE, OK area. They were honest and straightforward throughout the process, no games!It was worth the 4 hour drive to get the vehicle I wanted without having to play the games of other dealerships.

I shopped several states to find the best deal and the exact car I wanted and with the market right now it was a challenge to say the least , but Vinny was the best salesmen I have ever worked with and he got me exactly what I wanted and the best deal. He stayed in contact with me the whole time. It was a true pleasure and the fastest purchase process I have ever had. Drove 4 1/2 hrs there got done in maybe 45mins and back on the road with my new Suv. I love my Tuscon and highly recommend Sid Dillon.

I called and scheduled an appointment for 3:30 arrived at 3:20 it took an hour and a half. Before my vehicle was done for a simple oil change. I have had faster service for just a drop in. People around me and came after me service was completed before me they even got updates on how things were going. By the way I was the only person of color waiting.

My tire alignment was scheduled online over the weekend. When I called to verify my appointment, I was told there was no appointment on file. The soonest I was told I could be seen was in two days. I finally talked to someone who got me in the next morning. No one told me the alignment could take up to 3 hours when I rescheduled. Everything online says a basic alignment should take 1-2 hours. I was fine to wait the 3 hours because I had no choice. Then the whole system crashed and I should have left at least 30 minutes sooner but was unable to. I was finally able to pay in cash and leave. Definitely my worst experience since no one provided me with updates during the whole 3 hours or apologized for their scheduling mistake. I was also supposed to have an oil change done, but I knew there wasn’t time for it. I’m willing to give Sid Dillon the benefit of the doubt that this was just a one time bad experience, but overall it was pretty terrible.

Normally I am not one for a review but recently my Hyundai Palisade was due for an Oil change. I drove in and was immediately greeted by Zach Smith. Now, I have had bad experiences with dealerships before but I could tell that this was different. He got me in and out and addressed an issue that I hadnt noticed myself and fixed it as well. 10/10 experience. If you go there for any service work, ask for Zach Smith and tell them I sent ya!

We purchased my wife a Genesis G70 Elite from Sid Dillon Hyundai and had an incredible experience working with Tucker. Normally I hate the car buying experience, as usually you have a pushy salesperson that you feel is trying to get one over on you. Tucker was completely the opposite. He never put any pressure on us through the entire process, allowing us to take things at our speed and for us to do our own due diligence. When it came time to negotiate, he was fair and quick with it. None of this back and forth of trying to take things to a Sales Manager, etc... We felt like we got a great deal and we came away extremely happy with our experience. If youre looking for a Genesis or any of the vehicles that Sid Dillon sells at this location, I would highly recommend working with Tucker.

Had to replace an axle on a BRAND NEW 2021 blazer not even a month into purchasing the vehicle along with realigning the tires. Took a week to get my part in. I had to call to ask about the part they ordered for my car because I had been waiting a week then it “had just come in” I bring my car in and they take it apart and figure out it is the WRONG part, 6 hours after the fact. On a two hour job. I had to call and figure that information out. They kept my car overnight and magically had the right part the next day which makes no sense because it took a week to get the wrong part. They returned my car filthy inside and out. (Nothing new) Took 8 hours to do a 2 hour job. Will never purchase a car from sid Dillon ever again. Highly disappointed and do not recommend to any friends or family.

I had problems with the brakes making a grinding noise that I thought sounded like it was coming from the brakes in my new Buick Enclave purchased fall of 2020. After two visits with the shop men at the dealership suggesting that I give it some time to see if it would clear up I was told on my third visit that GM had made a post to dealers that there was a problem with some of these vehicles similar to mine. We set up an appointment to get the brake pads replaced but had to wait a few days to order the pads which was not a problem for me. The pads have been replaced as of 7/23/2021 and I have not had the problem since replacement. I will monitor the situation and let the dealership know if it occurs in the future. I want to extend a shout out to Chris in the customer service area of the shop for Sid Dillon in Lincoln. He was extremely courteous and helpful in handling my problem. Chris provided me with a great experience of what I think customer service should look like.Bill Rishel

Be ready to deal with BIG headaches and bad service after you sign documents!! We purchased a brand new 2021 Venue at the end of June and are still getting the run around from the staff. We purchased the vehicle and had it delivered to different state. Everything seemed to run smoothly right until the documents were dropped off along with car.First issue, they only gave us one key. Okay fine, mistakes can happen, we give them benefit of the doubt. Second issue, they mess up our documents, okay fine, once again benefit of the doubt. We reach out and let them know our issues and they apologize and will send the documents along with the new key. The documents come but they are still wrong and we still have no second key! At this point we are irritated, okay fine they send the corrected forms AGAIN and still no key. We FINALLY send the corrected forms but have not heard one peep from the office about when our documents are coming so we can go buy a vehicle tag!The temporary tag has expired on August 1st and if you look at the current date it is...August 23rd, way past the expiration date! We are sitting here with a car we cannot drive nor register and still without a second key which we are also expected to pay on? Ridiculous!! We have been contacting them almost everyday and our sales guy, Scott Gubbels, is always busy with a customer or at lunch but even if we leave voicemails or emails he doesnt seem to find the time nor care about returning our calls. I guess we dont matter now that he already got the deal.It seems like if this is going to go into September, legal repurcussions might be the only way to get anything done. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Worst experience Ive had in the service industry. Im leaving this review as a last resort to be heard. The sales process was lengthy and took several trips to the dealership before I was able to bring my new car home - one during which I waited for an hour an a half for gas to be put in my new car before I finally left - without the car.Once home, we discovered the my brand new 2022 Hyundai was leaking oil. I took the vehicle to the service center where they told me itd be a week before they could get the part and was sent home with my leaking vehicle. Its now been 2 weeks and Ive not heard from the dealership. Ive shared my experience with the GM and the sales person via surveys I received and Ive heard nothing. I finally called the dealership today to check in and Im told the person I need to speak to is in a meeting. At this point Id like to return my car and wash my hands of this place.

This was the first time and it will be the last time we will buy a car from Sid Dillon. I thought we would give it a try its a good name I see a lot of cars with their name on it driving around town. Service is friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately there has been some miscommunication going on which is beyond frustrating. We bought a used car from there and never before have I had to change all the air filters and windshield wiper blades. And I wish I could just take my car back Im very worried on what other things I will find wrong with my car. I will try to communicate with them but I know they can only do so much sold as is mystery junk box. Overall this is getting a two-star review because the friendly service other then that Im worried what else could be wrong with the vehicle since the basic stuff needed replaced. Its hard to find time to go look at vehicles when I work 6 days a week next time I guess Ill have to take vacation times to go check out a vehicle and nitpick everything. Hope other people have better luck than me

They gave us a time frame, called us to confirm costs before they began repairs in ernest, and actually finished majority of repairs faster then they told us. There was a young lady working in the Buick Service area which was just fine but after the servicemen finished taking care of our vehicle and it was parked outside the dealership as is routine, we waited at least 15 minutes and no one came to tell us our vehicle was finished and ready to go. Finally we went to the service area to check on what was going on that they were not telling us our vehicle was ready to go. One of the gentlemen in the service dept checked on the situation and he said the lady left to go to an personal appointment and did not let the other dept workers know our vehicle was finished. If we had not went to check on the situation, it is hard to tell how long we wouldve been there waiting for someone from the service area to tell us our vehicle was ready to go. This was not a customer friendly way to treat a regular customer. We have been going to this dealership for a number of years and this has never happened before.Otherwise they did a great job of servicing our vehicle and cleaning it up.

During a regular oil change (3,000 miles) the service advisor noted four things that should be addressed. None of them were emergencies, but should be done before winter. I went in at 8:00 on Saturday, November 21 for a rear brake job. I wanted to get home before the football game. They got me out in 2 hours just like they said they would and I got home in time for kickoff. While I waited for the job to be completed, I observed Devon (sp?) make at least two people happy in the waiting area with news about warranty work or what they had found and fixed. He found an issue with a possible timing chain on my vehicle that is covered also by warranty until February. This potentially saved me a great deal of money down the road. It would have been nice if they would have checked to see if the new wiper blade they put on actually worked, it was worse then the one they took off! The last 4 doesnt even touch the windshield. They work quickly, make sure you have a ride if/when you need it and have convenient work stations with electric outlets and charging stations so you can work remotely if necessary.
