Literally the worst parts store I have ever dealt with.I was 12hrs from home on a 60 hr road trip when a vehicle I was towing lost a wheel due to the studs breaking.Luckily I broke down across the street from this store, or so I thought.I called asking for a hub, no luck.Asked about wheel studs and was told they had 9 on hand.Walked over to 5 or 6 employees chatting with their friends.Took a few minutes and me speaking up to get an service.After 15 minutes I was told they didnt actually have any on hand. They also had a very limited amount of tools on hand.Worst experience I have ever had.Avoid this store at all cost!

A good place to do business got exactly what I needed, good time that it took to get my parts with decent.

The young man who helped me was very nice. He carried my heavy DEF containers out. He looked for the oil and coolant I needed. His friendly attitude was appreciated.

20 minutes to just get a piece of straight heater hose. This place has really gone down hill!

The sales associates are kind and helpful.

Love me a good auto parts store. If you need lube this place will sell you enough lube to get Roseanne Barr slick enough to slide down the old water slide.

Staff was VERY helpful! Above and beyond service. And very friendly. I forgot to get her name, but she was working Mon, July 20 in the A.M. and she was AMAZING. She definitely deserves a raise!

Everyone is eager to assist with anything you may need to know. Tools, parts information on how to do something on, ready to help EVERYTIME

A bunch of kids.There are some older employees that will attend you properly but it isnt as professional as it was in the past .

Four stars because the last time I was there the guy went out of his way to help me even though I caught him at the end of what was obviously a bad day. But I did have a hard time giving them four stars because they tend to order a part for me just to find out its the wrong one when it gets here. And they almost never have what Im looking for. But I tend to replace their parts half as much as Parts I buy elsewhere.Except batteries and lubricants (that sounds horrible) but seriously get them somewhere else

U need it, they got it, or can order it. Not cheap, but eliminates driving all over creation. Just pay & fix it!
