Was on hold for 24 min after being hung up on 3 other times before that. And then they never picked up the phone I stayed on hold 10 min past close and they just left me on hold and left I’m assuming…. All for just one simple question🤦🏼‍♂️

Cesar was an absolute rockstar! My husband and I were on a 2-day cross country trip from Northern Minnesota to Arizona. About 50 miles north of Liberal, both of our headlights go out! It was absolute coincidence that both went out at nearly the same time. Very scary on a two lane rural highway in the dark.We pulled up to Auto Zone 40 minutes before closing. Cesar helped us figure out how to take the lights bulbs out and removed the battery to help us get them back in. The bulb is a ridiculous design, so we only got one part way in by the time the shop closed. Cesar offered to drive ahead of us to to the hotel. He told us to come back in the morning so he could help us more in the day light.Cesar, we managed to get the bulbs in at the hotel! It was a Herculean effort but we did it! Thank you for your empathy and generosity. We made it safely home because of you :).

It seems to be a 50/50 chance on if they have the part I need in stock or not.

Hardly ever go to autozone. But had to get a few things that added up to about 45 bucks. Well to find out my transaction got duplicated and talked to my bank who informed me it was on autozones system that charged twice. I called they showed the receipt but couldnt help went to the store multiple times just to get the run around and told the manager wouldnt be back til monday... Were wednesday now and no call. I had asked for corporates number they wouldnt give it to me and the fact that they charged me double put that account in overdraft, charging me a fee so not only did they take 40 some dollars from my account but also cost me 35 dollars for an overdraft fee. Never will i go there again.

What can I say its China zone they dont sell any Toyota parts they dont even sell parts by the vendors that make the parts for Toyota like Asin.. Denso.. Tekein..and Advics. However no auto parts store in town is like that first business to go up that sells all these Toyota vendors will make a fortune no Kirks import doesnt sell the stuff either he has to order it..

The Staff was very helpful, and friendly.

I didnt think to get the gentlemans name, but he was very friendly and helpful. Helped to find the correct wiper blades and answered all of my questions on the use of ac recharge kit.

Very nice young man helped me get a new battery and put it in for me.
