This place has been in this location for 20+ yrs. The lot is small but space utilization is present. The home are of pretty decent quality. Multiple 3 to 4 bedroom available. Office personnel is friendly and upfront on prices. recommended 👍

Really Zero stars because when you’re doing BUSINESS the last person you would want to deal with is a liar and a dope head and that’s exactly what the owner is!!! I understand it’s a pandemic but stop using that as an excuse to tell lies! Waited a whole month for a BACK DOOR that I never got and I was told 2 times that it was in so I go up there to get it and it WASNT EVEN THERE ! With me ITS NEVER A MONEY ISSUE SO DO NOT WASTE MY TIME ! I will never do business here! And I came here with the intentions to buy a mobile home CASH!! So glad I didn’t!

Absolutely the worst place to spend your money. We purchased our home cash over 7 years ago. This man never came and finish putting things together. We called and called but he refused to send someone. Please go somewhere else.

We bought our home from the redbank lot in 2017. 73,000 dollars. The home was brought to our property and sat there in 2 pieces for over a week in my yard. After alot of calls...finally was put together. Took about 3 months for everything to be done and was only done then because my husband called our finance company and told them what we were going through. The head carpenter guy appeared to be intoxicated on something and his work was very sloppy. By the time they were done ...well it was never done the way it should have been but by their standards it was....the new carpet was stained, linoleum was scratched, tiles around kitchen counter were popping off.....ceiling cracked were never fixed....they never came back out within a year to relevel the home the way they were supposed to. We just took the carpet up and put new flooring down....all the trash we found under the carpet they stated they had put down themselves was mind blowing We sent them so much business but will not ever again

Called to simply inquire about used homes, based on a referral from 21st. Was told that Id have to come in, they didnt do anything over the phone. All I needed was an idea of what was there to determine whether or not it would be worth our while to load up 4 kids and drive 3 hours one-way, but the employee didnt have time to find that out.

Sales manager marked up the homes after they are priced online. Honestly feel like they will cheat anyone who they feel arent knowledgeable. 79,000 for a used home listed online for 56,600?

Worst sales experience of my life!!!

Takes too long to fix anything...waiting since October 2016 to get water line that Columbia Water Company used sub-contractor to move meters. They caused a water leak and according to Columbia water company staff the contractors contract prevents them from fixing...therefore Columbia water company puts the repair on the land owner to fix...so now it requires a law suit to get cost back...water company is 100 percent responsible for this yet they require the renter to pay for all the water wasted. If someone rents this place the owner of the land should be responsible for all water from now on...

No customer service, buyers beware u buy something there and its defect or broken or doesnt even work they will not let u return it

I tryed to get some basic information from this place and all I got was spoken down to. I do not understand how these people have been in business this long if that is how they speak to clients. If I could give no stars I absolutely would. Don’t expect anything but disappointment and being told not to come back or call again when you speak with these people. Awful business practices and people skills.

Fixes up preowned homes for a high price. We were looking for a do it you self kinda deal. Owner blew us completely off after we didnt want to spend 60000 on a preowned redone mobile home. Dont go here for deals folks.

This is the worst place to buy a mobile home from. My sister who is a cancer survivor was told she had an x amount of money to pick out her fridge and stove. Well when she call Mike to let him know he informs her that he had upgraded her ac unit so there was no money for a stove. Her upgraded unit is already having major problems, the contractor who installed is a joke. She has electrical problems that no one has checked. This has been a really bad experience and if she could sell and get her money back she would. Do not go there to buy a mobile home unless everything is in writing and you have copies of everything and all corespondents between Mike and yourself.She has been without a stove now for over a year. Do I really think a 350.00 dollar stove would break Mike. I do not think so.

This is hilarious. I even love the setup crew comment, and the house pics. Digging the website phone number overlay, contacts transfer and app bait and switch w/ maps.

This has been the most horrible experience EVER! My 76 year old aunt purchased a home from these crooks, they dropped the home on the property, and it sat for 2 months. She has been virtually homeless for the past two months because of the outright failure of this company to honor its own contract. Mike Green and his staff are rude, incompetent, and take advantage of the elderly. What they have done to this 76 year old woman should be, by any standards, criminal. And, THE ONLY reason they got 1 star was because I couldnt post my review without it.
