DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM THIS PLACE!We are from out of state and ordered flowers from Terrys Florist that were for some reason arranged and delivered by Kelly & Co. We specifically requested that they were to be delivered in the morning and were told that that would not be a problem. All morning we waited, but no flowers. After 12 noon I received a call from Kelly & Co Florists asking if flowers arrived, I replied that they did not and why were they calling? The person said they couldnt reach their driver. At this time, I had no idea that the flower delivery in question was my order. When they finally arrived after 2 pm the driver left them at the door and when the door was quickly answered, the driver was leaving. Not only were the flowers late, but they were wilted! These were flowers for my mothers 95th birthday. I was so embarrassed and humiliated when I saw my pitiful flowers next to flowers my cousin sent that were gorgeous and from another florist, obviously. Attempts to get a refund and replacement flowers were unsuccessful even though a review on Terrys Florist website said that they did both. When we called Kelly & Company they took no responsibility for the flowers they delivered. They said we had to contact Terrys Florist, even though Kelly & Company arranged and delivered the flowers. We were told that they received the order via Ftd, but in contacting Ftd, they had no record of sending Kelly & Company the order and in fact their Ftd account has been suspended by Ftd. Still disappointed and frustrated. This was to be a joyous day for my mother, but Kelly & Company made it a disaster!UPDATED BASED ON OWNERS REPLY:The owner misses the fact that Kelly & Co MADE the floral arrangement that was delivered by them wilted.! TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! Also FTD was the one that told us that they had no record of the order being sent to Kelly and their account was suspended. If the owner has a problem with that information, he should talk to FTD.I do have a question for the owner. If I placed my order at my local florist STORE and They sent the order through a wire service called FTD., do I still get a wilted arrangement made and delivered by Kelly & Co???

I recently hired Kelly & Co to make a birthday arrangement. I shared some photos of what I was interested in and they made it happen! Antoine took lots of time to communicate with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I never felt rushed or pressured. There was no effort to “upsell”. Antoine double checked everything to make sure everything was right. My mom was ecstatic with her arrangement! When she sent me pictures, I was floored! Not only was the arrangement gorgeous but the quality and freshness of the flowers were top notch! The effort and value put into the arrangement for the money spent was incredible. You could really tell a lot of thought and talent went into it. I, shamefully (shop local!) had been looking at some of the online florists prior to calling Kelly & Co and I truly believe I would have spent close to 1.5 or 2 times the money to get something similar from one of those services.I’m so happy I made the call to Kelly & Co. For the amazing customer service, value for the money, thoughtfulness, and gorgeous product, I’ve definitely found my go-to florist!

I ordered a Mother’s Day bouquet online as my mom has recently moved from Florida to Lexington, SC. Not only are the flowers GORGEOUS with an amazing selection of blooms and buds to bloom in the days to come, but I got the complete local treatment even after making a contactless, faceless, voiceless online order!!! My mom adores the flowers, as do I, and we have daily photo updates planned as the lilies bloom and roses open. She was just thrilled when they were delivered. Thank you, thank you, thank you ❤️

Although customer service was great on the phone, I’m disappointed in the arrangement that was sent. Ordering from out of state I could only go by reviews. I asked for a few things, a beautiful arrangement with no pink, I told them her favorite color was blue and no lillies. The arrangement she received had no blue at all, pink spray roses and a mix of greenery that made it look like an arrangement of leftovers. It also was smaller and sparser than I would have expected for the price I paid, confirmed by a friend that owns a flower shop here in MD. I went out of my way to cancel an order I made with an online “order gatherer” to ensure my money made it to a real brick and mortar shop without fees taken away by the order gatherer. In the future, I will choose another shop to send flowers.

I live in Las Vegas and wanted to send my mom flowers on her birthday which was also on Mothers Day. Being across the country, Kelly and Company made it really easy for me to make this happen. Very satisfied with the flowers and my mom loved them.

Communication and accommodation for my delivery was Awesome! The flowers are beautiful and super fresh!! I would highly recommend Kelly and Company Florist to anyone looking great customer service and pretty good value!

Ordered two arrangements recently for separate occasions. First was the birth of our first child, and the second was when she had an overnight stay at the children’s hospital, and Covid rules would not allow more than one parent. When it’s important to you, or involves someone important to you, make sure you buy flowers that say the same. 5 stars to Kelly & Co!
